How Do I...?

Hi everyone,we downgraded our Calendly account to the free plan before the next billing date, so the paid subscription should have been canceled.Despite this, we were still charged.This is obviously not correct, and we’re now trying to figure out how to resolve this and get our money back.Has anyone experienced this before?What exactly did you do to successfully get a refund?Is there a specific way to contact support or escalate this issue?Any advice or experience would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with the Calendly Inline Embed on my website. I set a custom background color using the options from the Calendly documentation, and originally all the text including the date picker text displayed in white, exactly as expected.However, this week something changed without me updating anything. Now the date picker text (and some other text elements) suddenly appear in a dark navy blue color, which makes them almost unreadable against my background. The embed settings haven’t changed on my side, so I’m wondering if something was updated on Calendly’s end.I’m attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is this a known issue or is there a workaround to force the text color back to white?Thanks in advance for any help or insights. 

When I try and change the available hours on one event schedule, it is changing the other events’ schedules to match that new one. I am selecting the option at the bottom of only change the one event (the default seems to be 1+), but it still is changing the others.

Hello allI work on my Calendly layout on my MacBook Air and have the Calendly app on my iPad and iPhone.  I use a Google Calendar link on the platform.  I use Google Chrome on MacBook Air.Over the last month the weekly hours on my iPad and iPhone have not matched with those on my MacBook Air.  Equally the override dates on my MacBook Air do not feature on the iPad and iPhone and I am unable to insert overrides on either of the apps.  Over the last couple of days I have had client appointments cancelled on Calendly and have had to reinstate them separately with the clients.I have tried removing the Google Calendar to see if that makes any difference but I still have the same working hours/override issues on the iPad and iPhone.  I have yet to see if this has made any difference to client bookings.Help!

Is anyone else having this problem. When I signed up for Calendly. I added my outlook calendar so I received the notification. I never made any changes since I started my subscription, but as of this week, I am not receiving notification in my email or on my calendar. What am I paying for?!?!?!?!?!?

I had to retrieve a call transcript from April 8th (it’s 21st as I write this). I could not find the call in the Calendly recaps section, so I found the email summary that was sent and used the link back to the recap page.  The link from that email drives to a page that loads indefinitely. The call is no longer listed in my recap history, it’s simply inaccessible and all I have is the email with the summary. Other calls from that same day are still there.  I’m extremely concerned there’s more calls that may have disappeared I’m simply unaware of, and I’m wondering if Calendly is reliable enough anymore. Losing 1 call is 1 too many.  Has this happened to anyone, and does anyone know a way to get that call back so I can access the transcript and video?

Can I change the Poll vote by asking if Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, or Fri will be best to have meeting instead of selecting the dates of the meeting?

I have an in person interview scheduled but just found out the person needs to have the interview via zoom or Google meet. How do I change this so that they get a link to the Google meeting and that time slot doesn't get double booked?

Hi,  We have a Calendly-powered form, and the number of responses is lower than the number of completed events (minus the cancelled ones). How could that happen? And what is the best metric to report on Calendly performance? Thanks 

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing an issue with group events in Calendly and would really appreciate some guidance.I’ve set up a group event (15 spots) for a class. When an invitee books, they receive the standard confirmation email with the “Cancel” link.The problem is:👉 When an invitee clicks the cancellation link from their confirmation email, instead of cancelling only their individual booking, it appears to cancel the entire event.👉 As a result, all other attendees receive an email saying the event has been cancelled, which is obviously not the intended behaviour.This is especially problematic for group classes where multiple participants are booked into the same session.What I’m trying to achieve:Each invitee should only be able to cancel their own spot The event itself should remain active for the rest of the participants

Under More Options - every time I add a comment under “description” describing the calendar meeting… and I view the page after I save it. The formatting is not correct. The sentences are cut off and not aligned. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and it is still not formatting correctly. Words are cut off (one or two ending letters in a word) are placed on next line.  

Hello,I am experiencing an issue accessing my Calendly account.Originally, my account was linked to a Gmail address: [removed by moderator] I have since upgraded this email to Google Workspace, and my address is now [removed by moderator] Since this change, I am no longer able to access my Calendly account, and it seems like it cannot be found when I try to log in.I would like to recover access to my existing account or have it migrated to my new email address.Please let me know what information you need from me to proceed.Thank you in advance for your help.

I do not have a paid subscription and I use this once a year...i created the link but now it is not allowing people to click through….why is this happening??

Hello, the app isn’t letting me save my notifications preferences  

I am traveling over the next several months and painstakeningly updated my availability on Calendly juggling multiple time zones, dodging flight times, etc.  For about 2 months, its a very fragmented schedule (not like 9am - 5 pm M-F).How do I get the time slots I’ve set up as available on Calendaly to show up on Google Calendar?  I’d expect these slots to see it show up on Calendar as Free time (not Busy) just so that I’m aware of what my Calendly availability is so that I don’d double book myself.   As it is right now, managing availability is an error-prone manual process.  I want to be sure that I don’t double book myself but also don’t want to continually remember to check Calendly while I’m traveling. Thanks

I’ve been using Calendly for a long time and have always found it easy to revise the available times to schedule meetings. However, tonight something is definitely wrong. I added an additional time period to my date-specific times and hit save, as I always do. When I look at the preview, though, it’s not showing for my meeting attendees to select. You can see from the screenshot below that I added an 11:00-11:45 window to April 16th, but when you look at the preview, those additional times are not shown (and no one has signed up for them already). I’ve attempted to log out and log back in, but that hasn’t worked. I have also tried multiple browsers and devices. It doesn’t seem to make any difference. The only filter I have set up is a cap of 30 meetings per day, and I’m not even close with the signups I have already.What is going on??

Can i set a schedule specific to the location my attendee chooses? Eg opening additional time slots for zoom meetings?For reference I visit students when they are local to me but when they are not they choose a zoom meeting. This works great how it is set up, no problem there. But my schedule is set up assuming everyone will be in person, which ends up blocking out entire hours that students could book a zoom. I don’t need a buffer on a zoom only if i have to drive to a location. As my spots fill up Im running into a shortage of times for students to self choose.

Hi,Is it possible to manage two different locations on different days (Mon–Thu one office, Friday another) with the free plan of Calendly?Or do I need a paid plan for this setup?Thanks!

For some reason my previous bookings and future ones are not showing on my calendar/availability page. I still have my bookings, but my calendar is showing availability when people already have booked me. How do I fix this?  

Hello,We’ll be attending a conference and would like to set up a private meeting room that guests can book to meet with our team.We recently purchased Calendly and are trying to find out whether it’s possible to create an event for this conference room without linking it to one individual host’s personal Calendly account.Ideally, we’d like the booking page to represent the conference room itself, rather than a specific person.Has anyone set this up before, or can anyone advise on the best approach?Specifically, we’d like to know:Is this type of setup possible in Calendly? Hi all, I’m new to Calendly so hoping someone can tell me if this is possible.We require a calendar availability system for a car mechanic. At the moment it is a single person business with a max of 10 man hours per day 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri.All customers vehicles need to be booked in at the same time 8am regardless of the working happening on the car. Types of events/jobs vary in how much of the 10 hours per day are taken up.For example;Diagnostic Work - 30 minutesStandard Service - 3 hoursMajor Service - 5 hoursAir Cond Service - 4 hoursPlus other jobs for various amounts of time. I have tried setting max number of events but we don't want to be in position where 4 diagnostic jobs are booked one day ( only 2 hours work for the day) or 3 Major services (15 hours for the day) The other issue is we want the time for all events/jobs to start at 8am and all events/jobs to finish at 6pm (customers drop their car at 8am a

I'm a therapist and my clients will schedule themselves for sessions and consultations.  Normally when they do this it pops up in my Google calendar.  Randomly 2 weeks ago it stopped.  Luckily I get the calendly notifications and emails so I have not missed a meeting.  I've tried resetting the calendar connection, removing the calendar and adding it again, restarting my computer (I saw that worked for another user).  I'm at a loss but I need this function to work.
