Hi I have had a few fake bookings recently as my calendar is on my website. I know there is guidance to only share the calendly link with known contacts, but is there a way to prevent bots and fake accounts from booking a meeting? Can I use a Captcha perhaps? 

Hi there,I need assistance on setting up a way for people to choose a time slot for an open house on a specific date. Multiple families can be in the time slot. For some reason when I set it up it isn’t showing all of the slots. This doesn’t need to tie to availability in any calendar.

Hey Calendly! I have an event that has a custom calendar invitation. The invitation includes embedded inline links like this: Remember to visit the prepare for your meeting page When the recipient gets the calendar invite in gmail, the email they receive and the calendar description look like this: Remember to visit the prepare for your meeting page (https://www.example.com) If you look carefully above, you’ll notice the original link was expanded to include the URL in parentheses after the text. Then someone (maybe gmail) is doing the favor of hyperlinking the URL, but mistakenly including the closing parentheses. The net result is all HTML links in a calendar invite end up broken due to the trailing parentheses. Is calendly the one expanding these? Can the HTML be sent directly to Gmail? Wouldn’t this be breaking every link for every user? Is anyone else experiencing this?

I cannot access this calendar box, tried alternate browser.  

my copy link is not coping and providing the link for others to make appointments, how do I fix that?

I just tried my booking form collecting your phone number and it correctly identifies my location of Spain but when I try to type in the number it insists on putting a plus at the beginning and I am unable to book as the format is incorrect. Is this something I need to Change? I’ve tried my integration in the website and also direct on the booking page. 

i have created my link, but it is not properly working , i am very frustrated to get my link, team support me to get my link to be active.   

So this latest greatest version has a bug - the pop-out window for date availability is off the screen so you can’t save the date range - tried Edge and Chrome and same results.  Does anyone actually test these changes before they load them - and really annoying you can’t talk to anyone to flag the problem. Of course I’m trying to set up interviews on short notice - never fails.  Love the product but the new releases leave a lot to be desired. 

How do I sign my charitable organization non profit up for discounts on calendly subscription?

Hi–I am only receiving about half (?) or so of booking notification emails. This includes both new appointments booked and cancelations.They are all showing up under my scheduled events, which is good, but I would like to receive an email each time someone books an appointment or cancels one.These emails are not in junk, and do not seem to be filtered by my email (as I am still receiving some of them)

Is there any way Location Type analytics can be added? I need to be able to run reports for my team to assess the frequency of locations used (i.e., Zoom vs. in-person).

Hi There,I go to my customer’s homes for service.  Is there a way to add a location field when adding a contact so that it automatically pulls up when I select location? I get a lot of repeat business and it would be nice to not have to ask for their address or have to look for it.

We’re trying to add a new host (new Calendly user) to an existing Round Robin team event, but we don’t see an “Edit Team” option under the event type.What we tried Added the new user to our Calendly org and assigned the right role. Opened the existing Round Robin event → no “Edit Team” control visible. Duplicated the event → hosts stayed “locked” to the original team. Creating a new Round Robin event does allow selecting the new host. Expected Ability to add/remove hosts on an existing Round Robin event after creation. Actual Host list appears fixed; no visible way to edit the team on the existing event. Context We’re not a sales team; we use Calendly for student meetings. Our team changes periodically, so being able to add new members to existing events is important. Could you confirm whether editing the host list on an existing Round Robin event is supported on our plan? If so, where is the control located, or is there an admin setting we

Hi I have received an email an email saying my free trial over however I wanted the free plan. My link has disappeared from by website and I can seem to be able to choose free plan when I connect in Billing. I have read that is is automatic but since yesterday nothing has happened and link still does not work. I have opened a ticket yesterday but I still have not been contacted 24 h later with a link that doesn’t work.

The system used to allow me to only see upcoming appointments and counted them for me.  Now it makes me select a time period and doesn’t show an upcoming appointment count.  Did this feature get deleted with the update or an I missing something. 

Hi There,Can anyone help me, it seems I have two accounts and they seem to be having a confilict and my outlook is not synchronising to the events that customers have placed in calendly. I trialed calendly a while back using 1 email addressAfter months of lapsed time i decided i was going to use calendly however by then I had changed my email address logging in details, however my outlook email is still the original trialed calendly. Can someone please advise?thanks Sam.

I’ve had a client able to schedule using the “card” feature through the Stripe integration, but a different client tried to use the “Apple Pay” feature and it doesn’t work. I tested it out and had the same issue - apparently this is an ongoing issue other folks have had as well via calendly. Is there a way to remove the Apple Pay feature altogether? It’s not ideal to have to have this back and forth with potential clients, making the steps to pay/schedule much more difficult than it needs to be. Not to mention apple pay is showing the client this payment is pending, I’m hoping it doesn’t process/go through. Any help is asspreciated. 

I’m looking for a way to set up an event in Calendly that includes two hosts and multiple attendees in the same time slot.I’m hosting a virtual group interview with a co-host, and we’d like to allow up to five invitees to join each session. I know Calendly allows group events with one host, but in our case, we need two hosts to be present for every session. Is there a way to create a shared event that allows both hosts and multiple invitees to join the same time slot?

I am doing an automation from Zapier where if an invitee scheduled a booking from calendly, the google meet name is set as event name. The scheduled event name is working but after creating a one-off meeting, all titles for google meet is named as “Invitee name and Event creator”.I need to configure the Google meet name created from this one-off meeting so I can integrate automation for fireflies.ai in google meet.

I have recurring events where agents book meetings with clients onto my calendar. I would like for both the agent and the client to be added as invitees, with all the associated confirmation emails, but I’m not seeing a way to do so without a lot of extra steps. I’m looking for:Agent goes to booking page Agent enters their email and information Agent enters client’s email and information Both agent and client are automatically added to the eventCurrently I have a one-on-one event, and I have to choose between adding either the agent or the client as the invitee. I can intake the other’s info, but they’re not added as an invitee. I’ve seen some workarounds that involve rescheduling the event once confirmed and adding the second invitee, or I could do a group event with a limit of 2 and have the agent schedule twice, once for them and once for the client, but these all seem cumbersome and error-prone.Is there an event type and setting that would let one person book an event automatically

Hi, new here.I’ve set up three events and have a few people successfully book on. Great.They paid (I’m using Stripe) and received their booking confirmation emails. Then someone contacted me saying that they’ve paid and showed me the ‘pending’ payment on their bank account. But they were not showing as booked onto the appointment. I’ve just had another person tell me that they’ve booked onto another event time. And they are also not showing as booked on. Bit worried as to where my bookings are going. They are paying, and I’m not seeing it. Any help is much appreciated. ThanksRonners
