How Do I...?

I used to have 4 different “availability” definitions that could easily be adjusted once, in one place, and those adjustments were applied to all the different events that used that specific availability.Think:  1) Open for Public Calls;  2) Open for Client calls (more availability that is NOT open to the public);  3) Open for Community Member Calls (different from the first 2);  4) Available for Friends and Family (even less restrictions); 5) Per-Call ConsultsEach of these Availability Definitions were used in one, two or 4 different events, making it easy to adjust “When I’m Available to the Public” and know that all the various events (and links) out there in the world would be correctly adjusted going forward. Now all that functionality is gone and I have just 1 “Weekly Hours”.Meaning, I have to adjust each Event individually.That was a dumb change.  Please bring it back.

Hi, Two feature requests with a theme If I delete a calendly invite from Google Calendar it sees this and give me a cancellation notice.  if I try to move the event on Google Calendar to a different time it does not recognize this change.  The google calendar invite has a reschedule link but that limits me to the parameters of that meeting type.  I set certain office hours for clients, but occasionally I will schedule outside those hours.  Why not allow Calendly to just match the change from the calendar? This is a general theme for me as 80% of my clients schedule themselves within those set hours, but when I schedule myself or reschedule someone, I should be able to easily override those hours and other parameters (like max # of meetings or buffer)  This is actually a HUGE hassle for me since I rely on text reminders, reconfirmation and payment workflows so if soneone wants to reschedule outside the parameters of that meeting type i have to manually go into the meeting type and make

Hi,I have two event types for my office hours: an In-Person Meeting and an Online (Zoom) Meeting. I want only certain potential invitees to have access to the second event type (i.e., Online Meeting). Is that possible? If so, how do I set it up?Thanks!

As a post graduate teacher, I would like my students to be able to book certain windows of time with me to just meet one-on-one. I’d also like them to be able to view “drop-in” times on my calendar where I’m available for drop-ins, but not bookable for 1:1s. Is there a way to do this so it’s clear when they click on my booking page?

Hi there, is there a way for the meeting host to receive a reminder before the call?

Can someone please assist me with this issue:  I've made no changes to my events; however, now I am seeing that under preview and even when I use the Calendly link, it no longer shows available event dates/times to book.  Troubleshooting is not fixing the issue. I have also logged out and logged back in /toggled on and off.. and checked Zapier integrations to see if that was affecting things. Doesn't seem to be an issue elsewhere. How do I get this Calendly back up and running so I don't lose business. Thank you.   

If a candidate needs to rebook their interview, it appears in my calendar at another date, but does not cancel or reschedule the original meeting.  Perhaps they do not see or use the reschedule links provided in their booking email.  However, is there a way to block the same name and email from booking another interview and instead re-direct them to use the reschedule link? Thanks

My schedule is changing in March. I want to make those differently-time appts available to my clients to start scheduling in Feb. How do I make changes to the default schedule without them applying to all of the appts in the interim? Thank you!

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing an issue with the Stripe-Calendly integration for a video consultation booking system with payment.Situation:My Stripe account is definitely in TEST mode (purple banner visible on dashboard) I have set up the integration between Calendly and Stripe I'm trying to test a booking using the Stripe test card (4242 4242 4242 4242)Issue: When validating the payment on Calendly, I get the following error: "Your card was declined. Your request was made in live mode, but used a known test card."This error is contradictory since I'm certain I'm in test mode on Stripe. I've already tried disconnecting/reconnecting the integration but the problem persists.Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any suggestions on how to fix it?Thanks in advance for your help!

I use calendly for a while and I love how it makes my life easier. One thing I was running into today: When I create a meeting poll and setup a meeting - how can I add and agenda there?I did not find an option and maybe it would be great to have the option to add  agendas?To have the option to add agenda information on the platform would be great option as this would ensure that changes on the event itself, maybe someone reschedules, everything stays and is not getting lost? 

Hiis it possible for clients to download the app and then book my service whenever they wish?When I email the link to my client list, will that be the only way to book my services, or will they have to keep going back to the original email to find the link? paul.

I have not been able to get through to a live agent for support.  Does someone now how long the wait times generally are for a live agent over chat, or is there a way to call in?

A person schedules meeting. My workflow states that the host will receive a text message. I receive the text message, HOWEVER, the text come through a random contact (which is in my contacts). Yesterday a person who scheduled a meeting indicated the text came from a contact she doesn’t know. Please help. Thank you  

I am a solo user however Calendey overlapped an event. How did that happen and how do I change it?

I have the free plan, when someone books a meeting on my calendly, I am getting an email with meeting details but not calendar invite meeting so I cannot add it to my calendar. I’d really appreciate your help! Is there a way to increase the custom duration of an event beyond 12 hours, for instance, to 18 or 24 hours? Or is there a specific reason why 12 hours is the maximum? It seems like this should be adjustable based on the unique needs of different service providers. If I run a spa and offer a three-day weekend cleansing package, how can I allow customers to select both a start date and an end date? I own a company and have a situation like this:We have one account and a dozen Calendly calendars The calendly calendars all obey what my Google calendar saysI hired a salesperson.
