When I request the Calendly API, I encountered an unexpected error, and I'm not sure what caused it. Could you please explain it to me or make some improvements to your API? Hello, how can I offer my executives times with my Calendly account? I have 3 executives calendars I manage and want to be able to share a link for people to pick a time that is available for them. The issue is, the times it offers only comes from my calendar (the executive assistant). Is there a way to choose a different calendar?

Auto Generating Single Use Links for Large Audiences

I reviewed all the options for single use link, and it’s pretty manual. I am sending out an email to 100+ clients to book a consultation event, and need the single use link to be Auto Generated instead of manually having to: (1) generate a link, (2) copy & paste 100+ links.I am also using a routing form to enable clients to choose whom they want to meet with, and based on their answer, they would be directed to the right booking page. Can we limit the booking to a single use (single book) once the routing to the event takes place? If we leave the booking open, customers will spam our calendar with multiple bookings using different booking information, and we really need to limit this. At the moment, we manually share a single-use link with each client, but it is time-consuming.

Why won't Calendly accept my iCloud credentials when attempting to connect my iCloud Calendar?

I am navigating to my Calendar Connection page and selecting ‘iCloud,’ then following the prompts to connect my iCloud Calendar. Each time I enter my password, I am met with an error. Why can’t I connect my iCloud Calendar? It seems so easy!

Expose more fields than just `uri` for `calendly.event_scheduled`

Feature RequestThe https://developer.calendly.com/api-docs/2d6c9df9b89de-notifying-the-parent-window, and personal testing confirms that the only data available to the parent window when an event is scheduled (calendly.event_scheduled) is the uri of the event and invitee. However, I see in the network tab that many fields are returned. Can you expose all, or some of these other fields? At least start_time, end_time, and uuid My Use CaseI would like to create my own “you are scheduled” page, because calendly is just one of the steps in my flow. I would like to show my users this ‘scheduled’ information alongside a few more “what’s next/what to expect”, my own styling for FAQ link, etc.

Scheduling to Multiple Calendars from One Calendly Account

I have check a few similar post and none seem to really link with my request so posting this question. I would like to setup an Event type (30 min meeting) on a registration page. The catch however is that I need the Event to basically check 3 persons calendars (3 google calendars) when displaying availability (they are in two different time zones). Is this possible and if so how? When a meeting is booked can it go to the specific user calendar based on the time selected?

Export details for cancellations

When I export a list of cancelled calls, how do I export the person who cancelled and the reason? The report only shows "host" or "invitee". It does show the reason if the invitee cancels, but it does not show it if the host cancels it. We have multiple people that fall under “host” that can cancel and we need to see who is doing it most frequently and what the reasons are in an exported list.

Feature Request: Duplicate One-Off Meeting

Hello Calendly Team, It would be very helpful to have an ability to duplicate One-Off Meetings. For example, I have 5 people I need to meet with (separately) over the next 3 days, and the priority of these meetings takes precedence over most meetings on my calendar, so I make a One-Off that overlaps on lower priority meetings that already exist on my calendar. Right now, I have to manually recreate each One-Off. I’d love if I could duplicate the One-Off with a unique link for each of the 5 people. Thank you,Jose

Notifications Always Come Through in Eastern Time

Hello,I am having some trouble with the email notifications for events. Invitees schedule events in their time zone, which is fine, but the notifications always come through to me in Eastern time regardless of the invitee’s time zone (see screenshot 1).I only have one event type, and the time zone for it appears to be set to Central time (see screenshot 2), so I don’t know why this is happening.Any help would be much appreciated.
