Event scheduling minimum notice conditions: are "days" 24 hours or calendar days?

Hi there,When setting the minimum amount of notice required to book an event, are “days” counted as 24 hours before the exact time of the event or actual complete calendar days ahead of the day of the event regardless of the event starting hour? What I am trying to ensure is that the deadline for booking any event at any time taking place on the 27th of October ends at midnight two calendar days before (23:59 of the 25th / 00:00 of the 26th), so that when I arrive at the office at 9:00 on the 26th (the day before the event) I already have the definitive list of booked events to arrange. Initially I set it to 33-35 hours ahead but it’s not ideal (either events late in the day are not yet closed the morning before, or events early in the morning cannot be booked at night 2 days before the event).

Someone hijacked my calendly account, added me to a group i know nothing about , I am no longer an admin on my own account

Hello All, I have just found out that one of the people I scheduled an appointment with named Sathish mahadevan  has hijacked my account, added me to a group I know nothing about. Calmly refunded my subscription payment. I just found out that I have been made a user. I cannot use ,my link anymore. Has anyone ever experienced this? I have emailed calendly bt no response.Can someone help with this? I am also unable to access chat box

Update my billing - no option under account

I don’t see a way to get to billing options or plan options when I go into my account.  I had a client tell me my booking link was not working - and that’s how I figured out my plan must have expired.  When I click on Account, these are my options:

How to set a location automatically, depending on date, to a recurring event

Hi, I have 3 physical offices in 2 different cities, the 2 in the same city being very close one to the other.Depending on the date and time people schedule an appointment, I will be receiving them in one or the other location. The dates and times in each office is fixed once and for all. So I want people to select first the city in which they want to consult me, and so I have set 2 recurring events :event city A → in this event I have set the availability to the days I work in this city event city B → what I’d like there is that depending on the date and time the person selects, it tells them afterwards which office it will be happening to.it is not as if they have the choice of selecting a location, once they’ve chosen a date and time, and it feels unnatural to create a third event for the 2d office which is really nearby, and then they would have to navigate between 2 events, and so 2 calendars to look for my availabilityI hope I’m clear in my explanation ! Could you tell me if this

Customized message on 'No slot available' page

We conduct multiple research studies each week and recruit clients using Calendly. The recruitment completes very fast some times and we turn off the event within a few mins (like in 5-10 mins). The clients that go to the booking page after the event is turned off see a message that says the link is invalid.I would like to show a customized message to clients instead. Is that possible with Calendly?

Full Days at Different Locations - Viewing complete availability

I am setting up my clinic schedule so that I am in one location for a full day and I move around to different locations.  The problem I’m having is I haven’t found a way to view my complete availability to avoid being booked in one location at 0900 then a different location across town at 1000. Right now I have a different event for each location, and am attempting to manage the multiple different availabilities for each event. However, I can’t view my FULL availability to make sure there isn’t overlap

Delete Event permanently

In the Admin section, I have cancelled the scheduled appointments in a range of dates.Now in my calendar on the scheduled appointment it shows Deleted. In addition, the trace of the appointment in the scheduled events remains on the Calendly website. Is it possible to permanently delete an appointment from scheduled events?

How do I create placeholders in my calendar for my event types?

How do I create placeholders in my calendar for my event types? It seems to offer this important features only for scheduled events but I need to see it too for my event types so that I don’t risk to book something else on top of it. I want it as a type event so that I can connect it to the workflow I prepared.Thank you,F.

Hello!  I have created 2 different event types, but only one of them will show.   I go to turn it on and it prompts me to upgrade my plan.   Does the free version not allow more than 1 event?thank you

Availability not correct

I cancelled availability for a specific days, but my students were able to still book on ONE of the days. I had changed availability in both the event and my working hours for the specific dates. Some dates show no availability, but one day still showed students/clients that they had open booking times. I changed availability on all three dates the exact same way on the exact same date/time. I ended up going in as a student/client and booking the 8 open time slots, as I could not figure out why this happened. However,  I can’t do this every time I have a day off, teacher workday, faculty meeting, etc. I need to be able to cancel individual dates.  Please help! Thanks :-)

Ho do I disconnect my Google Calendar and connect my Outlook calendar.

My Calendly account is tied to my Google Calendar, but I want it tied to my Outlook calendar instead. When I go into connected Calendars it doesn’t show that I have any calendars connected, but I can see my Calendly availability when logged into my Google Calendar. It also appears that I’m signed in under my Gmail account. I use Microsoft Exchange and I’m having difficulty connecting to my Outlook Calendar. c

When I book a time slot on calendly it shows up 4 hours later on my google calendar. Both seem to be in the same time zone.

Appointment and Confirmation Displaying an hour earlier/later for client?

Hi,I have been using Calendy successfully for over 6 months now.  My clients love it.  However, in the last week I have had two strange occurrences.The first was where the client showed as booking for 4pm in my diary and my Calendy notification but she was convinced that her notification showed 5pm.Then today, I have a client who has booked for 1pm, my notification says 1pm but he has screen shot his confirmation email that says 12pm.All I can think is that these two people have the wrong time zones on their computors. Any ideas? Thanks.

Fehler Calendly

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe ein Problem. Ich habe heute mein Profilbild bei Calendly geändert und jetzt habe ich einen Fehler mit meinem Namen. Hieß vorher T&T Media. Nun steht dort immer T&T Media. Wenn ich das amp; rauslösche und auf speichern drücke, wird es beim speichern automatisch wieder hinzugefügt. Vorher hat es auch funktioniert und bei allen anderen Sonderzeichen läuft alles einwandfrei. Vielleicht kennt jemand eine Lösung. Liebe Grüße Tim

Are users able to view their scheduled events

Hi! Some assistance with this would be much appreciated. I am a relatively new user to Calendly. I give online lessons and am using Calendly as my scheduling tool. The problem I am struggling with is that I can’t work out whether it is possible for my students to view their booked lessons. My preference would be a calendar format. I’d rather that they didn’t have to go into a link in an email to see their scheduled events. I’m thinking that that they will need some sort of login? I can’t figure it out. I’d like the student to be able to view this calendar (or list of scheduled events) via their own profile page on my own website, if possible. I’d grateful for a few pointers. ThanksNicky
