Always show first available slot

I have hard time understading why is the view below showed when calendly is opened. Why is it not just showing next month when available slots are? Can I modify it somewhere to automatically present always first slot?

Hi!We want to restrict the access to sending emails to individuals outside the organization but we use Calendly for our clients to book their walk in tour with us. Will this be affected? Are there workaround?

I’m fine with the name coming to my email but I share the calendar with other organizations. I can’t believe it’s so hard to find a way to get a little bit of privacy. I have been looking for weeks. Appreciate any help.

Available when I should be busy

Hi!I synchronize an Outlook365 calendar with Calendly, where I enter the travel time before every appointment (created without Calendly). Despite these travel times, it’s possible to book an appointment in Calendly. It does overrule my blocked travel time.How can I change that?Thank you for your help,Michael

Problem with different availabilities in different event types

Hello thereI run a dog training school and would like to offer my clients some appointments in city X, some in the countryside and some online. This means that I have entered different event types - one for each location, so to speak. This was not a problem in the old Calendly version. With the new version, the following problem has recently arisen: I enter e.g. Monday, 10:00 a.m. a slot in city X. On Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. a slot online and on Wednesday a slot in the countryside. This means that users should only see the respective slot in the respective event type. However, it always happens that all 3 slots are displayed in all 3 locations at the same time - which is not feasible for me. How can I plan so that I can display the slots individually for each event type as before? I am very desperate. I’m the owner. I would like to add, inside my organization, multiple professionists, each of them with their own mail and their own calendars.Is it possible to manage this stuff? Overlapping events

I use one account on Calendly and I have a problem - currently, I have two events scheduled for the same date and time. Booking event number 1 prevents the possibility of booking event number 2. What should I do to ensure that booking a specific date and time for event number 1 does not preclude the possibility of booking the same date and time for event number 2? Is it possible to separate these two events? Edit: I'm using the Standard plan - will switching to the Teams plan allow me to resolve the above issue?

Decline Invites

If an invitee declines an event, why is it still showing on my Outlook calendar? Also, if an invitee needs to reschedule an event, how do they do this? Just as an FYI, I am using the free plan. Thanks!

New event is not saving to my page.

I’ve created a new event type about 5 times now and I can’t get it to save.  I click save after every update when updating the event settings and everything looks good until I go back to my main booking page and that option doesn’t appear at all.  I’m not a fan of this new update.  I’ve been a user for a couple of year and can’t seem to get things to work since the update.

Hello, Wonder if you can help me understand how this works my mobile (I have iPhone 11).I’m on FB, and l click on a person’s View Profile, the Details. Then there’s some links to choose from. I choose one, the one that says nameofartist.com. Then I will just tell you what I see on the next screen:at the very top: I’m still in FB and it says Facebook and nameofartist.com is under it in small gray type.under that: a black bar that says TODAYunder that it is the homepage of nameofartist.com’s website .at the bottom of my phone screen is a blue button that says “Schedule Your Free Consultation powered by Calendly”I have no idea how the website and Calendly are being integrated into Facebook this way. I would appreciate any thing you can tell me. I would love to be able to use Calendly on my Facebook. How do I do that? Thank you!

Managed event doesn't show the "Schedule Invitee Again" option

I recently configured a few managed events. Just noticed that those events don’t give me the option to Schedule Invitee Again from the calendly scheduled events page. Is there a setting i’ve missed somewhere or is this not an available option for some reason?

Looking for a way to set up meeting with multiple hosts and more than 10 attendees

I am looking to see how I can set up an event with two hosts and multiple (more than 10) attendees.Essentially, we hold monthly webinars with clients and ask the clients to choose the date/time, so one person would be in charge of selecting the time, but then they have a bunch of staff they also want to include in the calendar invites. We’ve tried having them forward the invites to their staff, but then the staff don’t appear on the original invites and we book up to six months out, so they often forget whether the invite went out to the staff. Anything we add to the invite or change within the invite also doesn’t get sent to their staff unless they reforward the invite.I see that it’s possible to hold a group event with one host, but we need two hosts for these webinars.

Tracking Form Submission From Two Different Forms

I have two separate Calendly forms. One will be tracking leads from a particular source (these submissions will only be coming from a specific ad network), and the other submissions will be coming from all other sources on the site. I want these to be tracked separately. I have the Calendly GA4 integration set up on the site.  How would I go about creating separate conversion events for them in GA4?

We’ve been using Calendly since 2022 - but recently when I checked the billing details - I could only see invoice of the recent two months. I need invoice of earlier months as well. Why am I unable to see it?

I'm available and Calendly shows booked - even though I've fixed every setting and plug-in.Help please.  I’ve watched the tutorials. I’ve done everything.  My desktop Outlook shows I’m available.  Calendly doesn’t have conflicting events that I could clear, I’ve synched my calendars, changed my available hours. Downloaded the Outlook plugin.  In short, I don’t think there’s anything I haven’t done.  Any suggestions to get my calendars to synch correctly?

Best way to handle overlapping events?

Hi Calendly team,We have a small business and need to allow for multiple events to be scheduled at the same time.For example, we have 3 team members who run group classes at 6-7:30 pm. We have many overlapping events per day. Customers can choose among all of them, and would like to see them in one place. The issue is since one Calendly account is connected to one Calendar, we can’t do overlapping events.  What is the best way to solve for this? We thought about buying one Calendly subscription per team member, but then we would need to send the customer 3 scheduling links to browse all our available time slots. Not a smooth customer experience.From an operations standpoint, we would need to setup 3 accounts worth of workflows, and log in and out of 3 accounts for daily management, and manage 3 google calendars, not one. I really appreciate your help! We’ve invested a good chunk of time into setting everything up before realizing we can’t do double booking.

Why set both before AND after buffers?

If I set a buffer of 30 min after every event type, isn't it unnecessary to set any buffer before any event? I would think that there would always be 30 min between any type of event.  Right? :) Thanks!
