How Do I...?

I’m frustrated Calendly removed the “Schedules” functionality. I hold an event once a month for an hour where I want to be only available for that event and not allow any other event types from scheduling something. I used to be able to do this, but Calendly removed the feature with an update.  Support told me I could manually input these specific dates on every other event type (8-10 of them). This would take hours. It’s should be really easy to set a schedule and apply it to multiple event types. The time off feature is useless because it blocks it across ALL event types. I can already do that on my own calendar.  Is this something other people were using? If so, please let Calendly support know or comment below. 

Hello everyone,I am currently experiencing an issue with Calendly connected to my Exchange server. Sometimes Calendly connects and works without any issues. Other times, it becomes unavailable or shows an error asking me to contact support. I have contacted Calendly support multiple times. They asked me to allow their IP addresses on my firewall, which I did, but the issue persists. Support keeps telling me it is a problem with my Exchange server. However, if that were the case, why does it sometimes work fine and then randomly stop? Unfortunately, Calendly support cannot provide logs or diagnostics to show where exactly the communication fails. I am looking for help to properly troubleshoot and fix this problem.Additional Information: I am using [Exchange Server 2019- on-premises]. The Exchange server is accessible externally, and I confirmed that firewall rules allow Calendly IPs. Questions: What could cause Calendly to work intermittently with Exchange? How can I better

Hi, there! I am writing on behalf of my supervisor, who uses a different Calendly account for our nonprofit organization.  At the organization, we have 2 people staffed at 3 different time slots in the day. For example, 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, 5pm-9pm. We want 2 people for each shift at all times. There are a few regular ‘employees,’ who work on Tuesdays at 9am-1pm, for example. However, if I block this on Google Calendar with their name, it makes it so nobody else can schedule for the shift. Since this regular employee works at the same time every week, we don’t want them to half to fill out a Calendly booking every time, and instead, use Calendly as a way to notify other employees that the shift has opened in case the regular cannot come in. Essentially, I want to be able to block off the Tuesday worker, but have Calendly state that there is “1 of 2 spots filled” still.  Thank you in advance.

Hello,Would it be possible to implement an option for full-day bookings, without linking events to specific times of the day?This feature would make it much easier for us field employees (a lot of potential calendly users!) to schedule customer visits that last two or three consecutive days.At the moment, scheduling multi-day visits is not possible, but with a simple full-day event option, it would become much easier: customers would only book when we are available for all required days in a row.The specific times of the day are not critical for us — we can easily clarify arrival times manually in the confirmation email (for example, mentioning that we would typically arrive around 9 AM). What is important is selecting the right dates, not the hours.Thank you very much for considering this request! I use Calendly for our youth basketball program and have three different calendars for different session types.  I’d like to change the group size on a specific day within a calendar (for example, generally sessions are capped at 10, but I’d like a special session that caps at 6) Do I need to create another calendar for this or is there a way to change a specific time slot only?

Dear Calendly Support Team,I’ve noticed that comments entered via Calendly - presumably with line breaks - are not properly handled in the exported CSV file when doing the events-export. This issue causes the resulting file to break the one-line-per-record structure, which is typically expected from a CSV export.From my perspective, this seems like a bug in the Calendly export process. Are you aware of this issue, and is there any plan to address it? I have a problem with my Calendly. It doesn't load properly. And it keeps showing me no vacancies. Even if I send it. I keep getting the following from my customers: No vacancies. Can you help me further?

I’m currently trying to update my payments options on the billing information page but there is no link to select to mange these details.  After switching from Exchange 2019 to Exchange Online, no appointment was synchronized with our calendar (Exchange Online)! In the end, we therefore removed the calendar access and set it up again. Now not even the Outlook calendar can be connected!We receive the error message "There is a problem accessing your Outlook calendar. de Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@calendly.com."No calendar is linked under “Integration and apps”.Under entra.microsoft.com, however, we find calendly as an enterprise application.Does anyone have any tips?

I will be setting up multiple photo shoots and need to have a scheduling link before hand.Like 1 person in 2 minute kind of thing. How can I set that up in the event? I need like 50 people done in 90 minutes. Payment needs to be made to schedule the session so I need that payment option as well. ThanksChris

Can anyone please advise how to set the following up?I have 4 gym pods that i want anyone with the booking link to be able to book from a calendar, only 1 booking in the room at any one time. So they can’t double book a gym pod but the other 3 rooms are still available to be bookedThe can book a 60 minute slot between 06:00 and 20:00 in 15 minute increments I don’t want it on my personal gmail calendar too so i would see if i can connect it to a different one. Can a password be set on the calendar access too? Thanks

Kajabi is not connecting to Calendly.  Kajabi says I must have integration on both sides. They have a button to connect but it does not work and Calendly does not show Kajabi as one of the integrations on the integration page. How do I do this?  In Kajabi it says I am connected to Calendly but it asks for an event type and the drop down searches but then says “No Calendly events found.”  I'm lost. 

HiI have a reoccurring problem that is driving me insane.On the app when ever I go to rearrange a client meeting using ‘show all availability’ to a time that is free. I always get the message ‘Sorry, That start time has been filled’ but there is no conflict. This happens at anytime I put wether within my set  working hours or not. I believe it to be a bug but this has been happening for months now.    

I changed my profile picture, which works when someone goes to my calendly page - but when I paste the link into LinkedIn DMs, it shows my old photo. Anyone know why - would be greatly appreciative of any help. -Jim

A recent upgrade to the online version did not come with release notes for the new “Book Follow-up Meeting” tab vs. the former “Schedule Attendee Again” nor were instructions provide on how to navigate the new tab. Several efficiencies of the former process used to book additional meetings/sessions were eliminated requiring a lengthy live chat session with an agent. Here is what no longer occurs or is shown that makes it very challenging to use the new tab. Please help if I am not seeing these somewhere in the new tab. The Attendee time zone used to book the meeting is no longer shown.  The email addresses for Guests are not “brought forward” to the new event. They show in the former event but are not copyable to insert in the new event so the only option is to write them down and renter. A waste of time and increases errors in typing them wrong.  The cell number used for text notifications is not brought forward and had to have a chat agent show me where it was.   

Hello, I handle Hubspot on behalf of the company I work in. I installed Calendly for our website, that is supposed to send the appointments taken to a specific contact in Hubspot.I ’m looking for the way to automatically map a few information based on the Calendly form, into the Hubspot properties that already exist. = Like the date, hour and place of the meeting, and comments for example. The Calendly extension has already been installed on Hubspot but information is partially completed. I need help and can’t find any on the help center on that specific topic. Thank you,Chloé

Calendly is showing me available when I have meetings booked & showing on my Outlook calendar
