How to pass event details to a redirected page?

Hi there,I’ve recently faced an issue with passing event details to a custom Thank-You-Page after booking an appointment. As far as I know, the “Pass event details to your redirected page” option adds parameters to the redirect URL. The problem is I don’t know how to display this information on the page.Me and my team are using Wordpress and Divi as a theme, if that info helps. Is there any kind of code snippet that must be implemented on the page?

Hi, is it possible to customize the “Send text messages to” field into the invitee questions?If i add a workflow to send sms messages to invitee the system add this field but is not clear for users..and they may not enter this field for fear of receiving unwanted text messages…In Italian this field is translate in a way that is not clear for people why they have to insert the phone for text messages..it would be much easier to just change it to "enter phone number" or "telephone"…is it possible?thanks

Send text messages to is not prefilling when scheduling the invitee again

When checking the scheduled events, the “send text messages to” is clearly filled out together with the rest of the fields. However, when trying to schedule the invitee again, all of the fields prepopulate except for the “send text messages to”. Is this a bug? See this video -

Correct tax recording of Calendly invoices in Germany? Reverse Charge?

Hi!A question specifically for Calendly users in Germany of the EU: I’m confused about how to put Calendly invoices correctly into my accounting software as expenditure.There’s no US VAT listed in the invoice - so do I need to apply the Reverse Charge paragraph?Customer support of my accounting Software-as-a-Service were telling me that there is not Reverse Charge for US invoices - but google told me differently.Anyway I’m wondering: how do other people handle this?Thanks in advance!Jörg

Changing email issue

Hello colleagues,I got an email domain from my company. And I opened my Calendly account using Gmail (without any passwords). Then the company decided to change an email domain. And now I can’t log in my Calendly account with an old domain email.And when I insert the old email using Gmail - Gmail says that it can’t find my Google account.Could somebody please help me to solve this issue? Thank you.

Syncing Location with Outlook Availability

As a hybrid worker, I am really struggling currently with managing my in person and remote meetings. I have one primary link that is available to everyone, all the time, and it would be amazing if the location availability would sync with my outlook calendar availability. For instance, if I put down that I am “working remotely“ only remote meeting options such as zoom or phone call are available, and the in person options aren’t shown. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Right now, I have to be either fully available or fully unavailable, which is far from ideal.

Getting In touch with support...

I recently changed the domain I'm working from "swierscoaching” to “swiermiedema”. Most works fine, but for the Firefox add-in, that keeps presenting links to the old domain, which no longer exists, and results in 404 errors.. When I try to approach support for this, I get a blank help screen, so I'm not getting further there. Any ideas?Here is the screen, which is impossible to use:

Is there a setting to force events to be next to each other and prevent gaps between events from occurring? 

I am looking for a solution to stop gaps between events from occurring as I want to maximise the number of events I can schedule in a day. Currently, I have two event options - a 90-minute event and a 60-minute event which I would like to use on the same calendar. When a customer books in a meeting at say 8:00 to 9:00 and another books a meeting at say 9:30 and 10:30, there is a 30-minute gap between meetings.Is there a setting to force events to be next to each other and prevent gaps between events from occurring? Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Webhooks seem to never reach the AWS API (using Lambda and API Gateway)

I have setup webhook subscriptions both to a local ngrok server as well as my deployed API in AWS which is serviced via API Gateway and Lambda.  I have confirmed that both subscriptions are definitely active.  They also both have the same events setup for the subscription. However, when an appointment is booked only my local ngrok server seems to get a request.  The API in AWS seems to never get triggered.  Is there a way to see what the specific issue was and if Calendly actually called the API?

Customers subscribe to their own ongoing appointments calendar

As a customer, I want someone to be able to book appointments and subscribe to all of their appointments rather than manually add each one individual by e-mail. I don’t see a way to log in or get a URL to subscribe this way. How can this be done so customers have less hassle? For example, a school calendar will come with a URL that you can add to Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud, and then when the school updates events, users automatically see all current and future events. On 10 to 8 App, another calendar app, there is a URL-based subscription option for customers. I don’t see an equivalent feature in Calendly.

How do I set up Calendly to ignore my actual availability?

Use caseI am scheduling regular office hours for customers, where they can sign up through Calendly. I want these time slots be blocked on my calendar in advance, so that other meetings don’t get scheduled over them. These blocked slots are exactly the slots I want to make available to Calendly, but Calendly assumes I am busy and doesn’t allow me to schedule over this time.  I tried setting up Calendly first as then secure slots on my calendar, but Calendly canceled everything once the slots appeared on my calendar. How do I make Calendly ignore my actual calendar, if I want to designate blocked slots on my calendar as open for Calendly?  I assume this should be a pretty common use case.

Changing events

I set up an event for 1:1 events like a house viewing. It’s set up for a 30-minute meeting. from 10 am - 4 pm.However, I’ve had an overwhelming response and would like to be able for more people to attend.I cannot change the event to a group event to open up the time slots again.I cannot create a new event because the attendees are synced with my calendar.How do I get around this I want to duplicate the event and allow for double the attendees. (Because I now have 1 extra staff to accommodate this).Or if I changed the time slots to 15 minutes (could I do this and how would it affect the attendees already booked it?)

Can You Use Routing in Calendly to Qualify Based on Zip Code

Hello,We use Calendly on our website for people to either A) schedule an appointment with a member of our sales team or B) sign up to be contacted by a representative to be contacted about our services. We currently only operate in select portions of our state, yet we receive submissions on both types of Calendly forms from all over the United States, that would be considered “Out of Territory” for us. Is there a way with Calendly to use routing to qualify a customer by the zipcode they enter when they fill out one of our forms so that they’re prompted with a message such as “Sorry, but you’re outside of our serviceable location at this time?”Thank you in advance!

Hi, I want to have a custom confirmation page on my website so that I can track meetings booked. I have set up the page on my website and have ticked the “pass event details to your redirected page” box.But I don’t know how to get these event details to pass through to the page. What information/code do I need to put on the website to show things like email/time of event etc For reference I am using wordress. I can’t find any information showing how to get the event details to show on the custom page.

Our Contacts list shows many, but not all, of the people who have made appointments. Why are some missing? The incomplete data makes the feature unusable.

Request: want to mark a contact as a previous no-show

If a Contact has ever been a no-show, I would like to see that in the contact details. We are operating a non-profit which has about 40% no-shows. As we grapple with this problem, it would be helpful to screen no-show people, especially those who are habitual. Thanks.
