Wouldn’t it be great if the Calendly API allowed you to send a time range (a start time and an end time) and then receive a response indicating whether that time slot is available? I envision an API endpoint where you send a new appointment request with a specified start and end time, and Calendly returns:• Whether that time slot is available for scheduling, and• If available, the option to create a new meeting/appointment directly via the API. This feature would make it much easier to integrate Calendly into automated workflows and scheduling systems by allowing us to quickly check availability and then book appointments if the slot is free. Looking forward to feedback and discussions on this idea!
i want to ask question why when i insert the code in my website in the first image look like this and how to make look like the second one
I have a use case where I want to partner with local restaurants and offer a Book A Table feature via my app. Is there a way I can use a single ‘master’ API key to access the individual calendars of my partner restaurants and create bookings via the API?
I am trying to create an automation. When a person book a time in my Event page, I sent this information to Albato, an automation tool. As I have 2 event pages, one called Interview and the other Strategy Session. Which variable should I use to identify the Event name? Even though I am using the Event variable as you can see the image, it is not working. So, I believe this is not the correct variable to be using. The name is correct but the Event this not to be the correct variable.Does anyone know which variable is the correct one to be used to identify the Event Page?Thank you!
We just migrated to Calendly API v2 and are having issues with formatting the date/time fields. In particular, I’m using the start_time api field. There is no more “pretty” version of the start_time api field, so we need to format it in JIRA automation. I noticed, we get the date/time value in the start_time field as “2025-06-25T05:00:00.000000Z” (for example). However, in the JIRA documentation, JIRA is expecting the date/time field as “2020-08-18T02:40:37.0+0000” (for example). Because of this, the smart value format operations in JIRA automation do not recognize the date/time format therefore will not work. Has anyone found a solution to this issue?
We advertise the link to our Calendly on another website (which we have no control over). When a person clicks on this link, certain query codes are attached to the link.It would be extremely helpful if we could use this information to autofill the answers to some of our questions when the person is signing up for a time slot.
When prefilling Calendly forms, the url parameters codes are not customizable (i.e., first name is first_name, custom question 1 is a1). It would be great if we could set the url field code dynamically for integration with vendors who push data in a set format (yes, requested the opposite with those vendors as well). For instance, instead of using “a1” as the field parameter, allow user to change it to a custom name.
Good day,I have created a new SAML certificate in Entra and I am trying to figure out the best method to update it in the Calendly Admin center or if a brand-new connection to have to be established? I could not find an article on this so I was wondering if anyone would know the answer to this or if anyone knows how to get ahold of technical support, the chat option is not available for some reason. Thanks!

We’ve set up a simple automation using Make and the Calendly Watch Events module, but it appears to have a bug.The module claims to receive cancellation events, but after thorough testing on our end, we’ve confirmed that it does not. Regular scheduled appointments are received as expected.Could you please review this and let us know how long a fix might take? We’re relying heavily on this, and it’s currently breaking our workflow.Calendly Watch Events Module in a Make scenario
Can we get the following features for No-Shows?Ability to change meeting to No-Show in App. Cancel meeting is the only option available. Follow up text and email messages.
I noticed that only a limited number of countries are available for “Holiday schedule”. I’m happy to provide the dates for Swedish holidays (these are established by the government) in any useful format. Even though Sweden might not be the largest country, the holiday days are mostly the same in all Scandinavian/Nordic countries, so hopefully it’s of use to many users.
After a Calendly booking via Typeform, I only receive the invitee ID, but I need the event UUID for API purposes. How can I get the event UUID?
Hi everyone,we're currently working on integrating Calendly into our Shopware 6 webshop, but unfortunately the standard plugin doesn’t meet our requirements – so we plan to build a custom plugin ourselves. Our goal:We want to offer installation appointment slots through Calendly, with different time blocks based on how long the service takes. For example: 3-hour installation 6-hour installation Customers should be able to choose the appropriate appointment type directly from our webshop.Questions we need help with: Where do we start with the Calendly API integration into Shopware? Do we need an API key to interact with Calendly? Is a Calendly developer account required, or is this possible with a standard paid account? How do we handle appointment types with different durations and availability? Has anyone here already worked on a Shopware 6 x Calendly integration? Any pointers, API setup guides, or code references would be greatly appreciated. We’re happy to share our progres
This is the first time I’ve used Calendly and I was disappointed in the customization options for the embed form. I was able to choose background, text, and link colors. However I chose a darker theme and there are details in the second step that aren’t adhering to those settings. I would remove the details if I could. It’s an expanding toggle, which should have less prominence. Because the background and text css has been overridden, it has much more prominence than it should. I can’t change these settings on my end. Essentially, there are two css properties that are creating the issue, which I believe should be removed..c1y2smo4 { background-color: var(--coreColorNeutral100, #fafafa); color: var(--coreColorNeutral900, #0a2540);}If I turn these off, everything looks fine (see images). Is there a way this can be corrected on the Calendly side?Link to page: https://sensryui.com/contact/Properties turned off, shows my preferred styles

I added the embed code as custom html. the preview looks great but on the site the calendar does not appear but the link https://assets.calendly.com/assets/external/widget.js Could anyone help me troubleshoot to help visitors to my website see the embedded calendar. Thanks.
I created an inline embed widget and set the text color to white #fff. However, the color that renders based on the colorTextStandard variable is #dedede. Below is the script I’m using. You can find the widget at the bottom of wagginglabs.com<!-- Calendly inline widget begin --><div class="calendly-inline-widget" data-url="https://calendly.com/wagginglabs/chat?hide_event_type_details=1&hide_gdpr_banner=1&background_color=162035&text_color=ffffff&primary_color=99eff1" style="min-width:320px;height:700px;"></div><script type="text/javascript" src="https://assets.calendly.com/assets/external/widget.js" async></script><!-- Calendly inline widget end -->
I have used the following code to ensure the cookie banner doesn’t appear:hide_gdpr_banner=1On initial load of the calendar page the banner doesn’t appearBut after someone has booked their first meeting and the calendar allows you to book a second meeting the cookie banner re-appears.How can I stop this from happening?I’m using Divi builder on Wordpress
Hi everyone,I’m having the issue where all of a sudden starting yesterday our embedded calendly inline widgets started appearing visually twice on the website. It looks super unprofessional and annoying and we’ve never had this issue before. All of the embed have existed prior to yesterday and have worked great for months, nothing’s changed. It’s happening on our wordpress site AND our hubspot landing pages. I’ve tried everything debugging wise on wordpress etc and I can’t find any reason for this to happen out of the blue. I’ve hidden the doubles under a white backround from the section beneath right now, but the site is grandcircus.co if anyone wants to look at the code. Please help! Oliver
Hey Calendly Community,I'm working on adding Calendly to our custom web app, and I could use some help with a few things. Here’s what I’m facing:Styling Customization: I want to change how the Calendly widget looks to match our app's design. I've tried using CSS, but it seems like Calendly’s default styles are overriding mine. How can I make my custom styles work?Responsive Design: Our app is designed to work well on all screen sizes, but the Calendly widget doesn’t resize properly on smaller screens. It looks off and affects the user experience. How can I make the widget more responsive?Event Handling: I need to know when certain events happen in the Calendly widget, like when someone schedules or cancels an appointment. I want to run some custom code when these events occur. How can I capture and handle these events in my app?If you have any advice, code examples, or tips on these issues, please share. Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The embedded Calendly didn’t load until I scrolled it into view, which is bad for my user experience, even though I loaded the script right when the landing page was visited. I visited Calendly embed demo sites and it seems that they have the same behavior. How can I prevent the loading experience ?
