What is the email address I need to send a ticket request to get help in setting up my calendar connection?
In the old format, we used to be able to go into our calendar settings and set it up for however long you want to allow people to schedule an appointment with you. 30 days, 6 weeks, 60 days, Etcetera. I cannot find how to do that in this new formatting. Any help would be most appreciated.
I have used Zoom for our collective meetings with great success, but several clients want to use Microsoft Teams. I have a professional Calendly account and Microsoft 365. Every time I try to integrate Teams, I get a message saying I need to ask the admin for permission. I have admin rights on 365 and calendly. Please help me figure out what I need to do. I have contacted Microsoft and they told me to ask Calendly.
Hi Calendly Community 👋Exciting news: Calendly is now available in ClaudeWith the new Calendly connector, you can handle your scheduling through simple prompts, right from your conversations (without switching tabs). What you can do with Calendly + ClaudeHere are a few examples to try once you’re connected:Find available times “Find the top 3 open slots next week for a 30-minute meeting” — checks your actual availability and suggests time slots based on your event types. Create a one-time booking link “Create a single-use link for my 30-minute intro call” — creates a new meeting link without opening Calendly in a separate tab. Reschedule or cancel a meeting “Cancel my 2 pm meeting tomorrow” — updates an existing meeting using a simple request, and the change is reflected immediately in Calendly. Review what’s coming up “What meetings do I have this week?” — show you what’s already scheduled, including invitee details pulled directly from Calendly. How to get started in ClaudeSett
Hi Calendly team 👋I was wondering if it is possible for different Calendly event types to appear in different colors in Google Calendar?Right now all events seem to show up with the same color. If this isn't currently possible, it would be a really cool and very useful feature to have in the future. Thanks!
I’ve been using the text notifications but noticed that some leads were coming through without an added phone number. The phone number field used to be required to book a call, now it is not. Is there any way to make this required? My show up rates have gone down significantly because of this change..
I’m wanting to set up one meeting type, with different durations, but when I go to the payment options, there’s only space to put in one payment amount. Surely if you charge for your time, like myself, you need an option to vary the price depending on the meeting duration? Is this an option that can be implemented?
No idea where to post this- but my company are really in need of a waitlist option thats native to calendly instead of having to sign up/use another paid platform to integrate. Crucial update request- can we please get a increase in the questions you can have on an event form? Even going up to 12 would be super ideal.
Hi,I’m wondering which plan to subscribe to. If I need 2 different types of “event”, like one for a discovery call and one for a full appointment, can I use the free plan, or do I need to get the 1st level pay plan? thanks!
Calendly shows a successful connection with my specified Outlook Calendar, but is not syncing correctly. My Calendly shows all days available but that isn't reflecting my actual Outlook calendar availability. So, they do not appear to be “talking”. Any suggestions? This is not a paid subscription.
If I want to change an appointment past or future to another day / time, it seems I can only choose from open times. Why can’t I change to what actually happened? Am I missing something?
I’ve seen this discussed in other threads - like this one: and am curious if there is a timeline for this being resolved. As the previous poster noted, this is a bad user experience for customers. What is happening in my case: A user books with an event type link and the meeting is booked correctly based on availability and working hours. The customer is no longer available during the initially schedule meeting. They use the reschedule function as part of the original meeting invitation. The reschedule function does not take into account: Google calendar working hours, set working hours in Calendly, and blocked ‘busy’ time on Google calendar. This allows a customer to potentially reschedule during times team members are not available. This leads to a manual reschedule and having to reach out to the customer to let them know our scheduling tool has a fundamental bug that allowed this to happen. This is a significant bug that leads to very, very poor customer experience. I’m curious
None of the similar threads are addressing my issue. I have availability set, the live calendar is showing I don’t. The calendar is showing I have ZERO availability. It’s not showing some correctly and others not, it’s literally just showing that I have none. No error message. The troubleshooting tool doesn’t work for me because I can’t select a date. I have no buffers set. I’ve also used this calendar in this way dozens and dozens of times, but this one time, it’s haywire.
We use round robin to let people quickly schedule a meeting through one of our landing pages. Prospects schedule and will receive a call from us at the selected time. Sometimes, we see a very high priority lead that we would prefer one of our more senior people handle. Is there a way that I can simply edit that existing scheduled meeting to make a senior person the host, rather than the rep it was originally scheduled to? As they are just waiting for a phone call we don’t need to update links or meeting rooms, they’ll still get a call at the preferred time.
I leave in Italy (+39) and sms reminders are not working. They are the primary reason I bought a paid plan! Could someone help?Support has not solved the issue saying sms was sent, the problem is on the receiving end.No good enough for me - I receive tons of messages, from unknown senders and adv so I don’t understand why Calendly’s sms should not go through. I also checked the Spam and Blocked folder, not there.I’ve already checked and: workflow is set up correctly and on the booking meetingphone number and prefix are correct I booked the meeting myself but the phone number is mine so I don’t think it’s a consent issue either. Please help or I’ll have to move to another platform!
We are using calendly to schedule paid-for counselling and coaching sessions, this works well through the stripe integration and generally we are very happy with the ease of use and overall clarity of the calendly app. However... We also offer bundles of 6 sessions at reduced per session rates. To manage this we’ve resorted to using single-use links. The client will book a meeting titled ‘bundle’ at the reduced price of 6 sessions. We then send 5 free single-use links manually per email and the client can book those in their own time. While there is a manual step involved here and it would be nicer for this to be automated somehow, it works - using the single-use links we can rest assured only sessions that were actually paid for are being booked. The big problem arises when updating our overall availability, like releasing the next month of session slots. Single-use links are not tied to the general availability once they are being created. They take a static ‘snapshot' of the availab
Hi guys, I keep getting this error message, when this shows the meeting doensnt show in my google calendar. What can I do to solve this? Thank you in advance!
I want to open only 1 month for booking, but don’t want to delete next months. What’s the way to make inactive upcoming month and make it active when time comes?
Hello,I manage two separate sales campaigns and would like to set up two different Calendly event types, each connected to a different Gmail calendar. Here is my setup: I have two Gmail calendars (Calendar A and Calendar B). Each calendar has different availability schedules. I want: Event Type A to check availability only from Calendar A Event Type B to check availability only from Calendar B Each event link will be used in a different marketing/sales campaign. I personally manage both Calendly events. Internally, my sales team will manage their own schedules directly in their respective Gmail calendars. The goal is for Calendly to to allow both calendars booked based on availability My questions: Can I do this on Calendly? If yes, how ?
Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with a Round Robin event type and hoping someone can clarify the expected behavior or offer a workaround. The Setup: We use a Round Robin event type for our sales team. Under the Event Type settings > Hosts and Invitees > Round robin settings, we have explicitly selected: "Use same host as original meeting" for reschedules. The Action: When a host needs to reschedule a meeting, they sometimes go directly into their connected Google Calendar and edit the event (changing the day/time using the pencil icon) instead of using the Calendly dashboard. The Issue: When the 2-way sync kicks in, Calendly cancels the original event with the system reason: "Rescheduled from connected calendar event". It then creates a booking for the new time slot. The problem: It completely ignores the "Use same host" rule. Calendly seems to treat this calendar edit as a brand new booking request, throws the lead back into the Round Robin pool, and frequently assign
Even though my gmail, google calendar and google meet are all connected, there is no Google Meet link generated and added to the meetings. Does anyone know how to solve this?
The original creator of the link has passed on and I cant log in to see who has booked times. How do I change admin ?

Hi, I created two events at specific times on two days in March. This allowed me to book 15-minute meetings in the first event and 10-minute meetings in the second.Everything went well, but a few days ago the available slots disappeared, and it's no longer possible to book appointments. What happened? How can I fix it? Thanks.
