I would like to change the email that I use to login with, how can I do that?
I work as an admin for my organization, and one of my responsibilities is to send Calendly booking links to candidates we're inviting for interviews. Currently, we use one-on-one event types for these interviews.I'm looking to improve my workflow by being able to add calendar invites to our master calendar and make edits to event calendar invites even after invitees have scheduled their time slots. Is there an option to add myself as a third invitee to scheduled events so that I can access and modify the event calendar invites? Alternatively, is there a way to include our master calendar so that calendar invites are automatically added to it?Currently, I have to rely on the user to make these changes, but I'd prefer to handle them myself. Is there a workaround for this issue?
Having too many clients is never a bad thing, until it is. I recently had the privilege of attending the annual Future Proof Conference in Huntington Beach, CA. The conference is unique. Not just because it is entirely hosted on the beach—yes, you heard it, on the beach—but because it gave me a unique opportunity to hear stories from numerous RFA's that use Calendly in the field. Spoiler alert…they LOVE the tool. While love is a strong word, I enjoy hearing praise for a product so near and dear to my heart. However, I always like to take opportunities when meeting with clients on the front lines to ask how they are using it, and of course, how we can improve to make the love affair last a lifetime (or at least until retirement)? To my surprise, the number one piece of feedback I received can be summed up in this statement: Advisors love automating scheduling as a way to accelerate client growth, but need a way better way to manage their calendars to prioritize client interactions. You’ve signed up for Calendly, created your event type and customized it to your liking, and now you’re learning how to share your link! How exciting is that? You’re about to allow someone to book with you for the first time via Calendly! If you haven’t already, you can read about the different methods of sharing your link on this topic created by my colleague: Now - let’s get into the nitty gritty of one of those options: adding times to your email! Check out the video I created going over how to do this, below! It’s really that easy! If you’d like, you can read the step by step in our Help Center, here! Happy scheduling!
Great question! - Available to our Teams and Enterprise plan users, are Managed Events. Managed events are reusable event types that admins can edit, lock, update, and assign to users to help standardize meetings! Here’s how to get started! See! Wasn’t that simple?
Calendly Event Types support emojis in the titles, and it’s one of my favorite things to add a little personal flair. It’s fun + I’m convinced it makes people even more excited to meet with me! Plus, it’s great if you ever use Calendly for personal meetings like a birthday party🎉 or school pickup🎒!

How can I seamlessly integrate Calendly with my existing calendar to ensure all my appointments are synchronized and conflicts are avoided? Does it matter which calendar service (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) I use?
I downloaded the Calendly browser extension for Chrome but am unable to find/click/use it.
Recently, we added National Holidays onto our user’s accounts in case you would like to be seen as unavailable during those holidays. But what if you don’t need to take off for all of the holidays? Check out below to see how you can toggle these holidays off!Edit: This functionality is part of a gradual rollout and will be available soon. If you don’t see it yet, it’s coming!
A great feature that’s been recently added to the Calendly homepage is the ability to have AI create your events for you! Have you seen this button at all recently? This is our AI creation tool. Once you click this button, you will be brought to a screen where you can input a prompt, where our AI will create the event for you based on the prompt that you wrote! We even place some recommended events based on your previous prompts!
I changed banks, and I need to change the card that on file for my subscription. How can I change that information?
The new design looks great. However, it took me some times locating and figuring my way around the availability feature since it's a bit different from the previous calendly version I have used. I use to block my availability directly on calendly but now doing that through my synced calendar is definitely a different experience.
I’m a longtime Calendly user and absolutely could not get along without using meeting types to set up calls with prospects, customers, partners and colleagues. While I sometimes set up special meeting series for a specific client, especially if I’m engaged in any interviews with their customers, I have a few fallback meetings that I use all the time. These are my 30 and 60 minute sessions. I have a series of invite questions that I use for these and have them both captured as a macro using the app TextExpander on the Mac so that I can easily drop them into a chat or social media direct message.Lately, I’ve expanded my meeting types to specialized sessions for parters or other non-business functions.I’m curious what others use?
All of you solopreneurs, busy parents tasked with booking soccer championship celebrations and business savvy CEOs seem to have something in common - you have your own websites! (Duh, Kelsi, it’s 2023 after all!) Not only do you want to allow your invitees to book with you via those websites by embedding your booking page, but, you often want to redirect your invitees to specific pages on those websites after they’ve booked! 🙌🏻GREAT NEWS - this is something users on our Standard, Teams and Enterprise plans can do very easily! Check on this video I created that goes over how to redirect, then read a bit more about it below! As seen in the video, I redirected (as an example!) to our Help Center article that goes over how you can accomplish this yourself. You can read that same article right here! ✅Additionally, I briefly mentioned in the video that you can choose whether or not to “pass event details to your redirected page” - by selecting "pass event details..." then booking a test ev
If you are an owner attempting to add a new user to your organization but have run into an issue, or, if you are a Calendly user attempting to join a new organization and can’t - you’ve landed on the right topic! 🤗Users:With Calendly, you can only be a member of one organization at a time, and it looks like you previously owned or accepted an invitation to join another organization. To resolve this, you can reach out to your current account owner to have them remove you from their organization. (I truly wish that we could make this happen for you - but only your current organization owner can!) Here is a brief article about that option you can pass along to the account owner as a reference: Remove users and paid seats from your account.Once your current owner has removed you from their organization, you should be able to accept the new invitation! Owners: Like stated above, you can only be the member of one Calendly organization at a time. If you previously set up your account as an or
I’ve kept a calendar since I was in the 7th grade, seriously! Now that I’m a parent, I find myself often doing the scheduling dance, or tango, 2-step, or slide (whichever you prefer). How do others integrate their “work” schedules and their “home” schedules with Calendly? Is it a balance? Or a blend? Or a swirling combo of both?I would love to hear from my fellow Calendly Community members who are parents or caregivers to humans, pets and even plants! I’ll go first: My Calendly includes evening hours after my family’s evening routine. This way, if needed I can shift back to work mode uninterrupted (Mon-Thu, Fri are for family) AND to accommodate people in other time zones (I see you PST!).

Our One-Off Meetings feature is something that we often see confusion about when answering tickets on the support team. What makes it different than a one-on-one meeting? Why don’t you see it on the landing page with the rest of your event types? Why did the link go dark once someone booked it? Not to fear - I am here (to answer these questions and more)! One-Off Meetings are meant to be used when you need a single date and time open for a specific person. They offer a quick and flexible way to host a one-time meeting that doesn't match your regular event type configurations. When you set up a One-off Meeting, you can use key event type settings like location, hosts, timing, and more. Watch the video I created, below, to learn how to set up a One-Off Meeting and how to manage it, once you do! If you don’t have time to watch - that’s okay! You can bookmark this for later, or, read more about setting up One-Off Meetings here! Note: once you’ve created a One-Off Meeting, it will not appe
I have heard about features like Domain Control that are only available on the Enterprise plan. How do I know if this is something that would benefit my team? Thanks!
“Calendars” and “Event Types” - what’s the difference? “Workflows” and “Event Type Reminders” - aren’t they the same thing?! Use this post as your guiding light when it comes to what is what within Calendly. We have a specific set of terminology and verbiage that you will run into when writing our support team, talking to other Calendly users and reading through our Help Center - so understanding it all will be of great use!
