I haven’t changed any setting on my availability and since December 9th I have not been able to have anyone schedule a time.  It says “no time in December” View next month and every month says this. I tried creating a calendar using google no to see if it was an issue with calendly and the same thing happened.  Any idea why this would happen?

I don’t receive notifications from notifications@calendly.com. As it turns out, Calendly IP Adresses are publicly blacklisted. I entered an event location to my invite and then added a note to give directions on how to get to the specific area we will be. But when I look at the booking page, my note does not appear anywhere.

Hi, I have some questions around moving appointments. If i’m manaing my outlook calendar and I have an appointment today scheduled from calendly at 10 AM, and I drag and drop that appointment to 3 PM. The participant gets sent a reminder email and the appointment is updated in my Outlook, does Calendly ever update that in their system as the new time. When I use this means to reschedule (Drag n Drop) it seems like Calendly does not update backwards from outlook. If I do this for sake of efficiency and not having to click through the booking page, will it impact my analytics?

HiI offer group coaching. I have the time marked as ‘free’ within my google calendar so that this will correlate with my zoom meeting and allow people to book in. However I don’t want the time to show as ‘free’ because I don’t want other clients booking in whilst I am busy on this group call. What am I doing wrong? Thanks 

About 50% of the emails being sent through notifcations@calendly.com end up in my client’s/prospects spam folder.  Please advise how I can fix this. 

I want to allow my 10 clients to book individual feedback meetings with me during a defined set of specific dates -- say all 5 days of the coming week. I want to send out one Calendy link in a group email to all 10 clients and let them choose their times from the slots available.  That does not seem possible in Calendy; as soon as one client uses the link it goes dead for the other 9 clients. The only way to do it is to send separate emails to each of the 10 clients with an separate link to the event in each one. That is very inefficient and time consuming. Surely there must be a way to invite a group of people to each choose their individual meeting times. Can someone help me with that.  I’m fairly new to Calendy and am trying to master the fundamentals. 

I’ve read through similar questions, but none of them are exactly what I need.  Here is my scenario:I am on a training team.  We all have Calendly accounts.  Normally we would just send a link to a client and have them select their time.  What we would like to be able to do is to send a link to clients that allows them to select their preferred/assigned trainer.  However, if that trainer is not available during their window, they can just select a best date and time and a trainer would be assigned that time.

I have 4 calendars across different businesses.  I can sync all 4 calendars from an availability standpoint but I want to have a specific booking link for each different calendar i.e. I want to have a calendar link in my email for @acmeinc that will see availability in all my calendars but if someone books time with me it will be in the @acmeinc calendar. Similarly my @ABCINC email calendar link will also see availability over all my calendars but if they use that link it will book into the @ABCINC calendar. I cannot see that this is possible on Calendly without paying for 4 subscriptions (which is a silly workaround IMO) 

When I create an event and I schedule myself for only 4 hours. I get this error  and I don’t get the Boxes for the recipient to choose there time.

Hello, I have recently changed the trading name of my business. I have edited all publically viewable words and email addresses. However, I am still receiving booking confirmation emails at my old email address. Where can I edit the email address associated with my account? I have been using Calendly for years and never had to set up users (there is only 1 anyway) - but I have been through all the options and cannot see anywhere to edit my email address. I have an out of town business executive that I want to meet 15 of my hand-picked students.  This exec will mingle for a bit, give a 30 min presentation, and then we’ll have a meal.   It could be at lunch or at dinner, depending on what time slot works best for the most people. I can work with the business exec and we can establish a number of available 2 hour slots over a 3-4 week time period, but I don’t want to book the event until I’ve gotten feedback from all the 15 possible attendees.In the meantime, if the two of us offer 6 alternatives to the 15 attendees, I want those blocked out on my calendar, and the exec’s calendar until the final meeting time and place has been finalized. Can I use the personal copy of Calendly that I license to do this?

I am logged in to Calendly and trying to contact someone via the chat. It asks me to please log in (even though I’m logged in). After opening to a new tab it confirms I’m logged in and directs me back to the chat. It then says there is an error please try again in a few mins - this has happened for the last few hours.Anyone else running into this issue? I am trying to follow up on a ticket I raised last week and haven’t heard back from anyone at Calendly.Would greatly appreciate any help. 

How would I create a meeting type, with a duration of 15 minutes, and only shows availability for the 45 minute mark of the hour?  Example.  8:45, 9:45, 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, etc. 

I’ve given this feedback to a Calendly representative before but it has not changed and I am hoping that there can be this option added.I hope I can explain this in a way that is understandable. Currently, Calendly only shows availability exactly 24 hours prior. For example, if a student is looking at my Calendly page to set up an appointment, they can see availability 2 weeks in advance. This is great, but for instance, I have many slots open after 3pm 2 weeks later, but it will not show as available until it’s 3pm TODAY. This has been a HUGE frustration for students and for us advisors since students do not understand that they are not able to see what is actually available until that time comes. At this point, it is out of pure luck if they happen to check the page at a time that shows the availability. And this is not customer oriented.Prior to using Calendly, we used Microsoft Bookings. I need to create an event type for a meeting that has an in-person and virtual option but you can only have one location with group meetings.  Would like to see the option to add locations.

We are a team of 3 meeting 2 separate customers every 30 mins. How can I reduce the number of customer down to 1 during lunch time?

I run 2 different services and I can’t open a time slot when one service already has this time slot.But is there an option to not have this? I want to be able to have my services set up that when someone books one service then the other services time slot will then close. To make myself more clearer:I have 1 service that is a duration of 90 minutes and I can do these at 9.30am & 11.30amAnd the other service is 3 hours but can only do 1 at 9.30. I want to have a choice for these 2 services on either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday but can’t have them both open as it’s saying I already have this time slot taken. I want time slot to only close once I get the booking. If that makes sense!!!  if there’s no way around it then what’s the alternative?Thanks.

Hi there and thank you for your help. I’m.a French lady, I hope my English is still good. In one unique event, I want my client to choose many services with different prices.I mean, in one unique event, I put 3 different services and they don’t have the same value.event 1 - price one - price 2 - price 3event 2 - price one - price 2 - price 3etc. If I do this with many events, I will loose my clients because of too many informations..

Hey, I have set up an event and used my personal phone number (have quadruple checked it’s correct and also twilio verifications come through to my number fine). I have set it to text booking confirmation to my phone, but none come through. I tried setting it to my partners phone number and they went through fine, i set it back to mine and nothing. Calendly workflow confirms they’re being sent, but not recieved to my phone. Anyone able to help? 3 x Calendly agents told me they can’t do anything (i asked for them to reach out to twilio directly given they’re a customer of them, but they wouldnt respond to that question and kept telling me that they’re unable to do anything, despite me asking them to contact the department that manages the twilio account, i asked to be put in contact to a director (they only offered a manager that would maybe get back to me after 48 hours+), I did this over 3 hours until i needed to head off to work so if you

Hi, is it possible to customize the “Send text messages to” field into the invitee questions?If i add a workflow to send sms messages to invitee the system add this field but is not clear for users..and they may not enter this field for fear of receiving unwanted text messages…In Italian this field is translate in a way that is not clear for people why they have to insert the phone for text messages..it would be much easier to just change it to "enter phone number" or "telephone"…is it possible?thanks
