Hi!I am a big fan of Dark Mode, every platform or device I have is set to Dark mode because the white of pages really triggers me and overstimulates me.My question is when Dark Mode available on Calendly?more specifically the booking page because my linktree is also set in Dark mode but for me it would be better if it was available overall the platform.It would be fun if Dark mode became available which i can set Dark mode as default and visitors can toggle it back on to light mode when they prefer, or even for some users System default (on which device they are working on)

Hello,My email was recently migrated from Office 365 to Zoho and I am unable to log in to Calendly. Would appreciate your help as my calendly link doesn’t allow work nor allow me to log in.

I know that I am so close to getting a great calendly set up but I’m stumbling in the final spot.Can you set up a calendly to route logic by state that the person is scheduling the meeting in, then have a round robin for each state? - DONEAnd the final question is can you have the round robin be set up for a non guaranteed host every time, but only a host from the round robin team?  Each state will also vary on who is in the round robin team.Currently, it is set up so I or another person has to attend every meeting.  Which isn’t convenient, and doesn’t distribute the inbound sales leads like I am looking to do.  How do I change this setting?

TLDR: We would like to be able to group and limit invitee slots into “Group A” and “Group B” (and multiple other nameable variations).Example below:For a 3-hour event, we have hourly sessions at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM. In each hourly session, we have 16 invitee slots.We would like to split these 16 slots into “Kids class” and “Adult Class” with 8 participants per class. This ability would allow us to cap each group so we don’t have 15 kids and 1 adult.This could be useful for other users to group signups with examples like:Breakout Group 1 & Breakout Group 2  Interview Group 1 & 2 

I am the only person using my scheduler.  Would like to apply a single set of date specific hours to all event types.  Is this possible?

Some changes to availability are not reflected in my scheduling calendar. I tried to make a couple of hours available on Sundays and it’s not showing up. Active events are set correctly. If I make changes to other days, they show up, but it won’t show Sunday availability. There are no conflicting events in my synched calendar.  There are no date overrides. 

I am having an issue with Calendly and Microsoft teams. When a meeting is scheduled, I get the error message : Sorry, this web conference link no longer exists.You are logged in as ****** This message is only visible to you."We couldn’t retrieve the web conference link associated with the scheduled event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add new web conference details."Please help, thank you

How can I bring data from an external form to Calendly so that when it is filled out and sent, it takes me to Calendly but this information that the client already filled out in the previous form appears immediately in the fields of the Calendly form.

I have an employee and would like to connect his google calendar (which is already integrated with Calendly) to a specific event type that we have, since he is responsible for providing that service alone (not any of our other event types). Is there a way to do this? (I don’t want to connect his calendar to all event types that we have set up, just to one in particular.) Does anyone know how to do this in Calendly? Thanks

My clients use the link to select a timeThe booking comes through to my calendar but does not seem to send to theirs so that they can accept itThis happens inconsistently also, sometimes I see their acceptance and other times not.  Where can I check t=if I am doing something wrong in the set up?

Hi guys, I recently changed the name of my company and forgot to update it on calendly.The variable “event organizer name” is coming up with the old business name, so when people book an appointment their email and text reminders are coming up with the old business name, not the new one… I’ve looked everywhere to try and change this, any help?Thanks!

Long-time Calendly user here. I have set up a new event in Calendly but cannot get the date to show up as available on the calendar. Would be grateful for any suggestions to resolve this.  

Hi Calendly Support,I would like to stop receiving notifications as the host for new bookings, appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules. Right now, invitees are receiving notifications, which is great, but I would prefer not to get notified about these updates. I can see any changes reflected on my calendar, and that's sufficient enough for me. At the moment, I’m receiving too many notifications, and I’d like to disable them entirely.Could you guide me on how to adjust my settings so I no longer receive these notifications?Thank you!

Good morning,We use Calendly a lot for booking sports time slots. We have a lot of comments (more than hundred) saying that it's confusing to see that there are no time slots available instead of seeing that they are full. This gives the impression that we offer no time slot for citizens. Will an option come soon to display the full ranges instead of making them disappear? THANKS

I’m trying to inline embed the Calendy app on my website, but the calendar never loads.  I always get the error This Calendly URL is not valid, then when I log in to Calendly to find out more, it says calendly.com refused to connect.This has been driving me nuts all day, does anyone know how I can fix this please.Thank you.

 I am trying to avoid same day appointments but am unable to locate within Settings.  Is this option available on the free version?

I can have a maximum of 10 invitees at any given time. I have to allow a 2 hour duration for each invitee, but I do not want to schedule in 2- hour increments (I DON”T want ten people from 8-10, another ten from 10-12, another ten from 12-2, etc.). I want to stagger start times in 15 minute increments always making sure there are a maximum of ten invitees at any given time.If I set 15 minute increments, with a 2-hour duration and a max of 10 invitees, does Calendly keep track of the number of invitees at all times to ensure there are no more than 10 at any given time?

Per this article,Rescheduled meetingsWhen a meeting is rescheduled: Salesforce updates the canceled event record. You can display the rescheduled details by editing the page layout. The rescheduled event will still have "canceled" in the title. I have edited my availability to suit some dates that I am unavailable, followed steps I found on google, and saved. No issues… however I have just received a booking for one of the dates I had makes as unavailable, and I am still able to view and book all other time slots within my unavailable dates. what have I done wrong? 

Hi, I had an event running, and was sharing the booking link. Many people booked just fine and I had a list running of attendees. However, I had a group of people who said they had confirmed their booking, but I did not receive their confirmation, they didn't get any confirmation link. I also didnt see their name on the list. Because it was a handful of people and not just one person, what could be the possible reasons to trouble shoot this issue? Do I assume its a user issue? or could there be another reason they say they confirmed, but didnt get added to the list?  Thank you Gill 

I have 5 events for my customer with date-specific settings.But since this month i think, all the Calendy events display No Available dates?
