There used to be an app for Mac OS that placed easy access to my Calendly links in the menu bar. I had it installed on my old Intel laptop and M1 Mac mini. I recently got a new MacBook Pro and was wanting to install this app but it seems all mention of it has disappeared. Am I missing something?

Here’s what I’m trying to do:Offer a weekly window (10-12 Fridays) in which people can book 15 minute meetings. To keep the meetings in a continuous block, you can only book the 10.15am once the 10am is booked, the 10.30 once the 10.15 is booked and so on. Once the 11.45 is booked, no more bookings can be made.Does Calendly have the options available to facilitate this?

I’m using calendly to manage appointments in a community clinic, where there’s a different person working in each service every week. Our clients usually don’t care who is the provider in a given week, but sometimes there’s an issue with it, so we want to be able to include a note with the staff on site every week - but still have it managed in a single event type. Is there an elegant way of doing this?

Good morning,I am in the Free offerSynchronization with Google calendar works: when a person makes an appointment, it is displayed in my Google calendar, if they cancel it the appointment is mentioned as canceled.On the other hand, if I postpone the appointment in the Google calendar or duplicate the appointment, the person is not informed and the Meetings dashboard is not up to date.Is this normal?Thanks in advance for your advice Lionel

I’m a teacher using Calendly to allow other teachers to book times for my class.  I’ve never encountered this issue in the past couple of years but the first attempt this school year, some of my teachers are getting an error message saying “oops, something went wrong”.  I personally witnessed this and attempted to use an incognito window or different browser with no luck.  At least two of my teachers experienced this today, while others are fine.  Any ideas what might be going on?  Thanks in advance for any help!

AM i looking forward to embed calendly in one of my website. But i want to make sure that is it possible? if it’s possible how can i do it ?? through plugins or widgets??only serious and those with experience comment only !

Hi, Im using a Wordpress site, I would like to add calendly pop up when a user clicks on a button, how do I do this? 

I was hoping this Meeting Poll feature would streamline my efforts to organize band rehearsals and gigs, but it’s causing me as much headache as it solves. Here are the main problems: I can’t remove someone who already voted from a poll. They decided later that they cannot attend, but now their votes have already been cast. So the totals that show the time slots with the most votes are now useless, and I have to manually go through all the time slots, figure out which ones they voted for, decrement those totals, and tally up which ones are the new top pics. PITA. people who modify their poll end up with a second entry. When they click the same link and go back in to “update” their choices, they end up with a second entry. I don’t know what they’re doing wrong, if anything. But NO ONE wants to use a tool like this. They just want to text me or email me, and I can’t deal with that. Using this link needs to be FRICT

The new layout does not allow me to see the calendar view with the specific times on each day.  I could see this previously by selecting calendar view on the left side tab. Is it possible to still find that option?  It was extremely helpful to see the full month, with the time frame I created for each day.  

What setting needs to be changed so invitees do not have to sign up or log in?

I use Calendly Teams and I want to know how I can create a view (in Calendly or Google Calendar) of team availability based on Working Hours across the whole week to meet with potential customers?I receive requests from potential customers who want to meet, including their availability and I want to see which team members are available to meet with them. I want to see all members of the team who are available not just one member of the team, based on Working Hours.

I would like to either display our booking page but turn off the ability to book in new appointments until we turn them back on, or to redirect to a holding landing page that explains to our leads why we are not currently taking new bookings.At the moment, when we change the availability in calendly to turn off all availability so new slots can’t be booked in, the booking page doesn’t view and shows and just displays a plain page with “no openings at the moment” which I don’t believe can be personalised with our message.Can someone advise on a possible solution or if any of the above suggestions are possible?

I’m looking for a way to process payments after the event. Is this possible or only at the time of booking? 

Hello Calendly Community,We're facing an issue with spam bookings for our events, primarily from email domains like Gmail. While I've found out in an older post here that domain blocking is possible through "Routing," I have a few questions:Is there a way to apply domain blocking directly to specific events? How can we implement domain filtering for events linked on our website or in the events overview? What exactly does/can this “routing” do and how does it differ from the events? We're looking for a solution to reduce these spam bookings, as they've become quite problematic. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help!

I want to link my calendly with teachable, but I need a Personal Access Token. How do I do that?

Hi, Is it possible to send the booking cinfirmation with the zoom link to the invitees via text? I know you can send text reminders but I want them to have the zoom link in a text instead of just getting it by email.

I’m managing Calendly slots for my colleague, so I create the Calendly schedule that works with her Google Calendar, and then she should be the one on the Zoom call with participants who sign up.  The problem is this means I am the host, and so my colleague (who is not the host) is unable to let anyone into the Zoom call. I have exhausted all forums looking for a solution on how to make HER the host, but cannot find anything. This means that I have to join the meetings every single time just to let participants into the Zoom call and then leave; it’s quite unsustainable.  Can you please advise on how to make someone else the host of a meeting I’ve scheduled on Calendly please? Transferring ownership of the meeting on Google Calendar does not work. Is the only possible solution to get my colleague to create a Calendly herself, meaning I can’t manage her Calendly schedule if I don’t plan on being in the Zoom meetings myself? Please advise!

Dear team, we have set up Calendly with the standard confirmation page by Calendly after the successful booking of a schedule (see screenshot).We just realized that once you click on the button “Open Invitation”, Gmail opens up with some search parameters already applied. The latter ones not giving any results at all.The email with the details from the appointment is there and looks fine, it is just that the “open invitation” link doesn’t really.Could you please check from your side if that is a global problem?I would also like to know if there is a way to remove that button? We like the Calendly confirmation page, but that link is not really needed for us. Even more so when it is not working.Thank you!Best wishesBenjamin

My needs “seem” simple enough but cant figure out how.where to start. I live stream funerals and work with about 30 funeral homes. Currently, a director fills out my form via Jotform, then Jotform automatically adds to my Google calendar. I could simply share my calendar with all these directors but I don't want them to see ANY details. In a perfect world, with calendly can I create something similar but have my display calendar ONLY show a date as unavailable if I am booked? I dont wish to use 2 systems (Google and calendaly) and be fine switching everything to Calendly if I can make my idea work.

Hello, we are having difficulty in the flow Calendly to hubspot.Indeed, we want to collect all information coming from calendly and integrated in hubspot.We use the integration provided. We are able to collect:the fields filled by the customerwe are not able to find or collect in hubspot:The Organizer chosen by Calendly (based on round robin settings, calendly is choosing one of our advisor, organizing the meeting) The details of the meeting (date and time) I guess it is something feasible but, so far, we were not able to find how. Could you help us ?Thanks a lot 

Hello, I have a business email with google. I added my google calendar to Calendly and added it in the conflict section. My google events are all labelled “busy” however, Calendly does not seem to see that I am unavailable and still offers the time slot. Please help!
