How Do I...?

I first learned about Calendly in 2016. At the time, my Instagram growth consulting business was just a small side hustle. I wasn’t booking as many client calls as I am now so I wasn’t using its robustness like I am today.Online business has become more sophisticated since 2016 and over time I needed to find an easier way to making booking a reading with me a cinch.I briefly used another scheduling tool because most of my colleagues used it and I was having difficulty syncing my Google calendar without their preferred scheduler.Over time, this other scheduler was just too clunky to manage and I was desperate for a better solution to streamline the booking process and to stop the back-and-forth to find a time. I decided to return to Calendly once I learned that it a) was so intuitive and easy-to-use b) accepted payments, c) connected to Stripe and d) seamlessly connected to my personal Zoom link. It was a no-brainer to invest in the paid version.

I would appreciate a new or adjustable design / layout for the initial booking page. When multiple event types are offered, the page looks confusing. I think a liste-like formation with smaller buttons would be more eye-catching and easier to handle than the actual ones.

hello,i’ve used calendly daily for the last 4+ years. i really like it, until now. i was able to roll with udates and changes, however, the fact that i can no longer click on phone numbers to directly call or text clients has my workflow totally upended. i often need to directly communicate with clients quickly and this communication is critical to what i do. is there a workaround for collecting phone numbers that are still linkable / clickable?  on another note, the new GUI format for viewing booked appointments seems totally upside down to me. the client entered info is the most important to me and you’ve pushed it to the bottom of the page , and made the font smaller. the meeting location and host info is absolutely the least important to me, as i’m the host , and those types of details stay pretty constant for me. the customer info is what most important for me to view easily. in other words, i really miss how appointment details appear to me from all other

My clients need to be able to see my calendar more than three months out. How can I change settings to allow this?

English:It's about colleagues from department 1 being able to see what appointments have been booked in department 2. And the other way round too. So that a consultant can always switch between the stores. The background is that we have two stores in one building. One is a goldsmith's, the other a specialist wedding ring store. It would be very nice for us if we could book appointments on both websites and save them in two different calendars in one Google Calendar account. So that all colleagues can immediately see what has been booked and where.Is that possible? I am trying to make an event that is closed to my invited friends only.  It has an eye with a line through it.  

I need help. Every time I schedule a meeting my calendly is using the same location link for every interview or recording i do. I have to ask the interviewee to leave and resend a new link. I get this for every interviewee. the code at the end cannot be the same. I dont know if its a calendly issue or streamyard issue.

Hello! I have a questions and I’m hoping that the Calendly Community may be able to offer some guidance. I have an event set up for interviews, and I use the primary link to send out to candidates so they can book time with me. I would like to have it set up so that, once a candidate uses that link, they can’t use it again. I know that users can generate a single-use link, but I have to do that individually for each candidate, and I’d prefer to keep this process as automated as possible!Is it possible to set up my event in such a way? I hope this makes sense!Thanks for any advice you can offer!

We use calendly to book our demos for our product and for the most part it works great however the emails that come out of it are very hard to understand. I am able to modify the calendar invitation emailBut we get another email that is prefixed with New Event: that we can’t seem to control the contents of.And we also can not get the post meeting email to sendAny good doc on this or tricks?

Hello,  I am unable to connect PayPal with my Calendly. Every time I try I get the message that my account needs to be verified. PayPal says it is verified and that it is a Calendly issue. Please help. I have been trying to do this for about 2 weeks already. I been in contact with PayPal and nothing can’t be done\.  

I’m a longtime user of Calendly and my use cases for it have expanded considerably over the years. In this Loom video, I go over my most used Event Type, the Intro Meeting, which covers a lot of different situations by which have first conversations with prospects and professional connections.What I didn’t share in the video is how I have the link for the meeting very close at hand. I have it saved as a macro on my Mac using the Text Expander app, which allows me to add it to any exchange with a simple text string.

Sometimes we are happy or need to meet with a customer outside our standard hours. I believe we can schedule a one-off event for these, but a quicker way to manage this would be an “override availabilty” button during the scheduling or rescheduling from an employee login. This ensures all of the correct information is gathered and presented, as these normal events have had a lot of time in to setting them up. Example in point, for an event type we have no availability this evening. However, we need to move a customer from next week and they can come in tonight. We can’t reschedule them to tonight without changing the availability of the host. We are happy to see them tonight, as we are rescheduling them. If there were a button for us to over-ride availability and book any time, that would be helpful. This would leave all other events untouched, and would only override for this one-off booking. It would also keep all of the details of the event correct.

Can I check someone in for a meeting that they booked in person? I see there is a feature for “no show” but I would like to know if the person actually showed up for their meeting and at what time. Would be great to be able to check them out as well as they leave. If they were not checked in I would like the booking to be marked as no show.

J’ai configurer 5 séances jour sur une plage horaire de 9h-13h / 14h-19H . si par exemple j’ai déjà 2 RDV le matin (10h et 11H) je souhaite bloquer 9h et 12H. Idem pour l’après midi si j’ai déjà 18h et 16h en RDV je voudrais bloquer 14h et 19h par exemple. C’est pour vraiment optimiser mes rdv et de ne pas avoir trop d’attente  Merci

Hello. In all my other event types I am able to customize a simple link for my clients and prospects to use but on the round robing one the option Event Link usually available in the section Options of the Reservation Page is not there. Is there a solution for that?

I work for an education trust for a healthcare organization and we serve over 70,000 clients across multiple regions so we have a large team of career development and academic success professionals that meet with our clients. We officially made the transition to Calendly from another calendaring system about 4 months ago and the first thing that we excited to set up were the different teams within our organization, a feature we didn’t have with the last system. Using the managed events feature has been a game changer for us and allows our leadership to ensure that all of our staff are providing the same type of services. 

I have two events on my account where people have the ability to schedule time in my conference room or in one of my shared offices.   It seems when someone schedules time in the conference room, the system automatically blocks off the same day and time in the shared office.  How do I fix that?

How do I make sure that emails reminders are showing my clients time zone and not mine ? Both reminders and calendar invites is in my times zone, even tho I have the setting, they calender should being viewed in their own time zones. This is a nightmare admin wise, I need to manually rebook them, because they are showing up on the wrong time.

In the Calendly mobile app, it shows the rescheduling of a meeting as an activity In the "notifications" section, how can I see that on my computer?Is there a filter that shows me all the meetings that have been rescheduled on the computer?

I have a set availability for my schedule with the exception of some date-specific times but for some reason, my events don’t follow these times once I preview them. I’ve even checked them on a different device and it still looks the way that it looks on the previews. I only have one schedule with my work hours so I don’t understand why it’s not working correctly. I don’t have my Google calendar linked either because that was causing a whole other time conflict. I wanted to reiterate the issue raised by another user at the link below as the reason I also don’t think I can use Calendly.   I work in private equity investor relations and need to schedule anywhere from 20-50 meetings per week. The typical scheduling process in my line of business is (1) I or my Associate emails an invitee 3 meeting time options, (2) the invitee replies to that email stating their preference, (3) my Associate sends the invitee a calendar invite with a necessarily formulaic calendar event name for CRM-tracking purposes - something like “2pm ET | Intro Call: Inviter Co. (My Name) <> Invitee Co. (Invitee Name).”    It would be SO HELPFUL, if for one-off meetings, you could just make the Event Name the name of the calendar invite by default!  That alone makes the service unusable for me bec
