Why does Calendly help suck? I keep trying to submit a question and it tells “something is wrong” without telling me what to fix. So here are my questions. Why doesn’t Calendly support iCal anymore?sAnd why when I sign up on someone else’s Calendly, it sends me a link to put in ical?
Why is an invited/active user showing as no calendar connected in the admin portal when on her side it is showing connected?
Often near the end of each month the last few days are unavailable for bookings. This is especially true if the last 2 days of the month are a weekend/holiday. If no slots are available at the end of the month it should auto forward to the next month where there are open slots. This would allow quicker/easier booking and one less click which is especially handy when driving traffic from paid sources.
Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to use Calendly to organize gaming sessions with a small group I play with regularly. I set up specific time slots based on my availability, but for some reason, a few friends told me they either don’t see the same slots or the timing looks off on their end. I’m not sure if it’s a timezone sync issue or something in my availability settings that I missed. Has anyone used Calendly for something like gaming events or group sessions and faced similar problems? Any tips on setting it up correctly would be really helpful.
Mauro
I don't know why your team continues to make it more difficult to manage things by taking away the literal space that we use to create and manage meetings. First it was with the event shells themselves, making it such that all edits had to be made on a tiny portion of the page to the right. Now when looking at the actual meetings and trying to deal with invitees, everything has again been pushed to a tiny portion of the screen to the right, leaving the majority of the screen space unusable. Why would you do this without offering an option to open the right side to a full screen? Please, please, please either revert back or at the very least, add the option to open to a full screen if you insist on keeping all the relevant info in a tiny portion to the right. I am begging you. Please. We have to seriously consider switching to another platform if you are continuing to roll out updates like this because it is so unbelievably user UNfriendly and makes our day to day so much more difficult
And that’s a problem.Does anyone in Calendly understand that we are in the information age? Speed matters. Visibility matters. Momentum matters.I used to be able to open Calendly and instantly see:* How many appointments I had today* Who they were with* What my day looked like at a glanceNow?I have to:* Click into meetings* Open individual appointments* Or export a CSV just to piece together basic infoThat’s not an upgrade. That’s total friction. If I have to *work* to see information that should be obvious, the tool is working against me.And here’s the reality most product teams miss:**People don’t leave because something is broken. They leave because something got slower.**I’m already looking at alternatives like Cal.com — not because it’s revolutionary, but because it respects something simple:👉 I should be able to see what matters **without clicking around like I’m solving a puzzle.**This isn’t about preference. It’s about workflow. When you’re running a business, every extra click co

When someone asks me to find time on their Calendly calendar and I select a date/time, the confirmation always gets sent to my gmail account and not the iCloud email that I input into the invite. How do I prevent that?
This topic has been raised a number of times and over multiple years, and always “That’d be great, we’ll take that to the development team”…. Nice lip service, but does your development team listen to the customer? Being able to put events into groups is a critical feature for many of us. For instance, in just my case, I live in Hawaii, but I have clients on every major island. I use calendly to help my clients book trainings and meetings. Right now, I can only use the service for booking on the same island that I live on, because I can’t account for the buffer time of flying to another island because it would drastically mean I have to include the same ‘buffer’ time to go to a client down the street as I would to go to a client that’s an hour flight away (plus the time to be at the airport before my flight, rent my car, and drive to the client). But if I could send a link that shows all meetings and training options to clients on Maui (25 minute flight), Hilo (hour flight), or he
Hello dear Calendly community,I have a technical question regarding Calendly in connection with Google Calendar and would really appreciate your input.Situation:I booked a coaching package with a service provider. Several appointments were postponed or canceled multiple times. For April 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM (UK time) in my time it is 11:00 AM (Germany, in my screenshot i had english and german language), I had a confirmed appointment via Calendly. On April 9, I asked for confirmation to make sure the session would take place. The provider then told me that I had canceled the appointment. As proof, I received a screenshot from their Google Calendar, which only showed the status “canceled,” but no related email or change details. The issue:I did not cancel or reschedule the appointment (I genuinely cannot recall doing so)I did not receive any cancellation email from CalendlyFor all other changes (including my own tests with a Calendly free account), I always receive a notificationIn my tes
There are situations where we’d like the option to turn off confirmation emails. For example, when an appointment needs to be reassigned from one host to another, we currently have to cancel the original booking and create a new one. This results in multiple emails being sent to the client. Our previous scheduling platform allowed us to transfer an appointment between hosts and gave us the option to sen-or suppress-confirmation email. This made for a much smoother client experience, as they would only receive the initial confirmation.
How can I syn calendly to none google company email so I can see it in outlook calendar

Hi everyone,we downgraded our Calendly account to the free plan before the next billing date, so the paid subscription should have been canceled.Despite this, we were still charged. This is obviously not correct, and we’re now trying to figure out how to resolve this and get our money back.Has anyone experienced this before? What exactly did you do to successfully get a refund? Is there a specific way to contact support or escalate this issue?Any advice or experience would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with the Calendly Inline Embed on my website. I set a custom background color using the options from the Calendly documentation, and originally all the text including the date picker text displayed in white, exactly as expected. However, this week something changed without me updating anything. Now the date picker text (and some other text elements) suddenly appear in a dark navy blue color, which makes them almost unreadable against my background. The embed settings haven’t changed on my side, so I’m wondering if something was updated on Calendly’s end.I’m attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is this a known issue or is there a workaround to force the text color back to white? Thanks in advance for any help or insights.
When I try and change the available hours on one event schedule, it is changing the other events’ schedules to match that new one. I am selecting the option at the bottom of only change the one event (the default seems to be 1+), but it still is changing the others.
Hello allI work on my Calendly layout on my MacBook Air and have the Calendly app on my iPad and iPhone. I use a Google Calendar link on the platform. I use Google Chrome on MacBook Air.Over the last month the weekly hours on my iPad and iPhone have not matched with those on my MacBook Air. Equally the override dates on my MacBook Air do not feature on the iPad and iPhone and I am unable to insert overrides on either of the apps. Over the last couple of days I have had client appointments cancelled on Calendly and have had to reinstate them separately with the clients.I have tried removing the Google Calendar to see if that makes any difference but I still have the same working hours/override issues on the iPad and iPhone. I have yet to see if this has made any difference to client bookings.Help!
Is anyone else having this problem. When I signed up for Calendly. I added my outlook calendar so I received the notification. I never made any changes since I started my subscription, but as of this week, I am not receiving notification in my email or on my calendar. What am I paying for?!?!?!?!?!?
I had to retrieve a call transcript from April 8th (it’s 21st as I write this). I could not find the call in the Calendly recaps section, so I found the email summary that was sent and used the link back to the recap page. The link from that email drives to a page that loads indefinitely. The call is no longer listed in my recap history, it’s simply inaccessible and all I have is the email with the summary. Other calls from that same day are still there. I’m extremely concerned there’s more calls that may have disappeared I’m simply unaware of, and I’m wondering if Calendly is reliable enough anymore. Losing 1 call is 1 too many. Has this happened to anyone, and does anyone know a way to get that call back so I can access the transcript and video?
Can I change the Poll vote by asking if Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, or Fri will be best to have meeting instead of selecting the dates of the meeting?
I have an in person interview scheduled but just found out the person needs to have the interview via zoom or Google meet. How do I change this so that they get a link to the Google meeting and that time slot doesn't get double booked?
I’m trying to add my calendar link to my website but it’s not working
Hi, We have a Calendly-powered form, and the number of responses is lower than the number of completed events (minus the cancelled ones). How could that happen? And what is the best metric to report on Calendly performance? Thanks
