Hi Community,I can see where I can manually delete schedule information, but is there a way to set up a deletion schedule? I don't want to keep any customer information for longer than 18 months, but I don't really want to log in each month to manually run a taskThanksGav
Hi,I have about 20 event types, each with a calendar from 11am-5pm and time slots of 30 mins.I want each event type to have its own ‘calendar’, since I’m booking meetings with applicants for 20 other recruiters. Each recruiter gets a seat on my plan and has permission to view their own event type and send it out to candidates. How can I make sure that:If a time slot is booked by a recruiter in event type 1, that same time slot is still available for all other 19 event types? Now, it takes away that time slot from my availability, while that’s not necessary because it should only take away from that recruiter/event type’s availability.I purposefully want overlap in my ‘personal’ calendly calendar.I can’t use groups for this, because I don’t need several time slots within one event type.If not possible, what is the best workaround for this? For example that it takes the availability of the recruiter’s calendly calendar? Thanks in advance!
Hi!Calendly is not showing the guest's email on the invite

Hi,Is there a way to send a “pre-accepted” Google Meet invite to a contact who booked a meeting with Calendly?Since they have already approved their slot when booking with Calendly, it is a bit of a waste of time to send them a Google Meet invite that they have to accept again.
Hi Team, Suppose a business operates on multiple locations and when someone books appointment at a specific location, in confirmation link, the customer should get a map link of that specific location. Is this possible now in anyways ?
I changed my company name and brand. I updated my logo and put a new .png file. However when I send a client my link to my calendar via text my old logo continues to show up. Also when you hove the mouse curser over a link to my calendar it also show the old log/brand image. I cant find any setting in calendly that still has my old logo. I removed my current logo multiple times and readded it. Still the long log shows. Any idea what I can do:?
Hi, we’ve been using Calendly to seamlessly schedule calls with our new client signups. The notifications we get in our emails are helpful, but we’ve noticed that each time we’d like to join the meeting, there’s virtually no way of accessing the call, as Google/Calendly don’t recognize our logged in user account as the Host. We’ve of course troubleshot this and ensured that the correct Gmail account is connected with the respective Calendly host email in our account. Unfortunately, it never recognizes us as Host, and we resort to individually emailing our clients with separate video call links, which is extremely inconvenient and prone to missing calls. Is there a fix to this issue? And is there a way to send a calendar invite to the host, so that it can automatically appear on our calendar? (Despite having already integrated Google Calendar, this doesn’t happen automatically).
I’m using Microsoft Outlook (web version) on Macbook. As a meeting host, whenever my invitees book a meeting on Calendly, I receive this email from “Microsoft Outlook” saying the following:Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:[invitee email here]Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. More details:It’s nothing to do with my clients’ email provider. I also tested it with my own Gmail and didn’t receive anything as an invitee, neither from notifications@calendly.com, nor from the inviting email. Just nothing. I can still send and receive emails through Microsoft Outlook. The event booked via Calendly will still appear on my Outlook calendar with correct meeting link info, it’s only that the recipients cannot receive it automatically, and I got the above failure report. What I can do is to manually resend the Calendar event to the invitee when I receive the failure report. Maybe it’s to do with the integration between Outlook and Cal
I have two questions,I want to change the Schedule Event to a custom button. Can I do that normally or with any paid version? After the booking form, a message is displayed. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and agree to Calendly's Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.. Can I remove this normally or with any paid version?
How do I set available times for specific users and set rescheduling and meeting reminders to those users? Eg.user A available time: Monday 9am to 3 pmuser B available time: Monday 2 pm to 5 pm The booking page should show these timings only for 2pm to 3 pm, since the times overlap it should show the slots accordingly invite and reminder email and sms should go to those specific users accordingly if the invite is rescheduled from Mon 10 am to Mon 4 pm - it should be rerrouted from user A to B accordingly
Hi, I have a question I don’t find in the help pages. The contact us page is blank. I tried clearing cache and cookies. What am I doing wrong??
Hey Calendly Community! I’m new here, and I’m hoping to either find an answer for how to to do this, or submit a feature request. My team is hosting a webinar, and there is one available date for this webinar in October. I would like to change the “view” on the booking page from “calendar” to “list.” So, instead of having to click through each month to find the day of the event, users can simply see the next available time (there will only be 1 or 2) and click once to move forward. And, if the event has passed, it might display “there are no upcoming times” or something along those lines. Any advice from those with experience hosting webinars via calendly? I appreciate any insights! Thanks all,B

I just signed up and I chose the FREE individual account. Immediately I have been registered as a FREE TRIAL for TEAMS account. I presumably will be charged when that FREE subscription expires. I don’t want to have to deal with that. I want the free account. How can I achieve this?
Spotify for podcasters recently moved to Riverside.fm for recording. I have been using Zoom to record because of its integration with Calendly for scheduling. Can the Calendly scheduling tool integrate so the person booking receives a Riverside link instead of a Zoom link?

Hi I love the email follow ups, cancellation functions etc in Calendly and would love to take the new function of booking one off events one step further - replace what I do in Google and allow me to booking meetings directly in Calendly and then have invite emailed to the client after.I work as a coach and am sending meeting invites from Google to clients to book our pre-scheduled coaching sessions. Is this possible? If yes, it would save me a lot of manual work and so much easier to manage cancellations.Thank you
Hello, We have a team of 28 support agents using calendly (connected their work gmail). We also use google meet as the platform to conduct video consultations. We’ve run into an issue where we want to preserve some of their personal information (last name for example) from being visible when a call is booked. We’ve already utilized the option (within calendly) to edit the display name but this only solves 90% of the issue as personal details are still shown within their individual google accounts (seen in the google calendar invite). Google offers the option to hide first or last name, but we want to avoid this as it’s not an ideal long term solution. To solve this issue for day to day communication we utilize alias emails and then edit the display name.An example would be: Support person name1 <company-support@company-name.com> Support person name2 <company-support@company-name.com>Is it possible to use alias emails in a similar with calendly? Also, do you know of a possi
hey there Since I cannot choose my currency (I saw the thread for this topic already), would there be the possibilty for my clients to choose how they wanna pay? Now I can select between no payment payment with stripe (only 5 currencies available) payment with paypal (only 5 currencies available)why not create another choice where they can pay by invoice? As soon as they booked, I send them directly and personally (or automated) an invoice and they can pay via bank transfer. Would really help me, since I’m loosing customers via Calendly when they cannot pay in their currency. thankstamara
