How Do I...?

I have a group event. I have limited the number of sign ups per time slot, but I would like to prevent the same person from signing up to more than one slot (without canceling or rescheduling the slot they have already signed up for). Is there a way to limit emails to one sign up? TIA.

When people try to set up an meeting on my Calendly page, it opens their Calendly page instead. Thoughts?

My customers need to book and appointment to visit our premises and I have three services where customers want to book an appointment with. Right now calendar has been added to the website with time options for them to select. But i want them to select the service before they book the appointment. How can I achieve that? i dont mind if they want to mention that in somewhere after selecting the date and time. When I use “add times to email,” the whole point is to limit the dates and times offered to the invitee. Yet, there’s the “see all available times” link embedded in my email.  What’s the point of letting my invitee see my entire availability if I’m trying to control the dates and times for that particular invitee?   Can anyone explain?

I offer events at a regular price. However, at times I need to adjust the price / allow a discount. Could you please allow the discount option for the events, or at least event subcategories with different pricing options. Without the necessity of cloning events or making one off events each time a different price applies.Thank youGrace

Hello I have a question that I’m not able to find a clear answer about google analytcs integration.I have a google anlytics acompte for my website and we are about to purchase the calendly standard vesion to have some data. My question is do I need like an analytics acompte juste for calendly or can it be link to my current google analytics of my website, so I have the data of exemple people  coming from an ads campagne and see if they ask for an appointment. Best 

When I manually enter a meeting in my Outlook calendar, and then delete it, the availability is not reflected in Calendly. The time slot is not free to book, even though I deleted the event from Outlook days ago. I have rebooted my computer and restarted many times

Hey there, how do I schedule a meeting where I have two hosts and one invitee. We want to organize our recruititng with calendly and give the invitees two or three time slots to choose from. And we want to make sure, that the picked slot is automatically in the hosts calendars.  So how do I do that and do I need the standard or the team package for that? Thanks!

How do I create from 1 common Google account several events that are taking place with several employees/hosts at the same time with 1 invitee? I noticed if I create two one on one events and one timeslot is taken this disappears from the other one’s calendar…

Hi there, There may be a simple answer to this. I am going to an event and have my own one on one booking page with selected times. Additionally, other attendees at the same event have their own one on one booking page and I can select times to meet on their page.When someone books a one on one on my booking page, I can see the booking and all is well.If I book a one on one on another attendees page, the time is no longer available on my booking page, that is great and avoids conflicts, but I can’t find those bookings anywhere on Calendly.When I click on Scheduled events, I can only see the one on one bookings made through my invite and not the events that I have booked on another person’s invite.The events have synced to my outlook calendar and I can see them there but I can’t find them anywhere on Calendly. (Maybe the calendar is the only place to see them?!)Than

I searched already but did not find an answer yet.I want to offer an event that has 30-minute slots available but give the option to book 2, 3 or 4 of those slots in one go if there is the availability, so the booking person can chose if they want to meet for half an hour, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.Is that possible? I thought I saw this offered at someone else’s calendar booking page, but cannot recreate this myself.Thanks

Hi, I created a group event with 5 different time slots on a specific date, 330, 415, 5, 545, and 630pm. At first I put the max number of invitees at a 100 but that was a mistake. I needed it to be 6. I went and changed it to 6 but this was after 2 people signed up at 415 and 3 people signed up at 630. After I changed it, the times of 330, 5, and 545 were changed to 6 spots available which is great. The 415 times says 98 available and 630 says 97 available.  It appears I cannot change these after someone signed up?. These did not save over once I made the change.. 415 should say 4 instead of 98 and 630 should say 3 now. How do I change this?  If I can’t, how do I lock down the 415 and 630 time slot?

Does Calendly allow for the event host to look at one week at a time or even on a daily basis to make changes to his appoint time availability? 

Any time I go to write a email on work flow or even with one of my events as a “email reminder”.I have a bug where the letters you use to put brackets like this for example (Your First Name) are in the middle of my screen so it limits me to writing a email remind or even on workflow. I paid for the plan and it still doing this bug. imagine your trying to write your “email reminds” and the letters are in the middle of the screen. How do you fix this ASAP?thanks
