BonjourJe vais ouvrir un autre cabinet de consultation à une autre adresse. Les clients auront donc le choix entre deux adresse. Mais je ne sais pas comment faire sur Calendly.Est-ce que cela est possible ?

When we started using Calendly, we originally started off by adding time buffers to all of our event types.But now, we have removed all of our time buffers from all of our event types. So we don’t want any time buffers anymore.However, it seems like all the previously-scheduled events (that were scheduled when the time buffers were still in place) STILL have all of their old time buffers today, even though we have now removed all of the time buffers for all of those event types. So it seems like Calendly operates like this:When Calendly adds events to our calendars, Calendly permanently attaches the original time buffers that were originally active for that event type WHEN THE EVENT WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED.However, even if we have now updated all of our particular event types to have NO BUFFERS at all, Calendly still hangs onto all of those old buffers for all of the previously-scheduled events for those event types.And there seems to be no

Hi, I have an upcoming 3 day event with 24 - 2 hour timeslots available for an attendee to choose from. Some of these timeslots overlap. As there is a sequence of events and hand-offs to other teammates that happen within each 2 hour window,  I don’t think setting up “team page” option works in my case.  What is the best way to get my 24 overlapping time slots into one calendar so an invitee can select what works best for them?  

My workplace utilizes calendly for round robin meetings with our customers. We continue to encounter the issue where the same customer will book with several of us for the same meeting, and then have to spend time figuring out which meeting the customer is going to *Actually* show up for. This occurs at least once or twice a week. It is another department that sends out our calendly round robin link so we have tried telling them to not send out the link more than once to a merchant, but ultimately there’s only so much you can do. Please pretty please with sugar on top, implement something that will give us the option to limit event sign ups by email. 🙏🏼 It would make such a difference for our day to day. 

I want to view and customize the template that will be used when a client requests an appointment. I do not see where I go to say what questions or information, I would like collected or added to the appointment. Where do I locate the template, my clients will see when requesting time? Help!!

Bonjour,Depuis la mise à jour, je n’arrive plus à modifier certaines dates (celles en bleues).Je ne comprend pas pourquoi elles sont en bleues alors qu’elles correspondent aux “horaires normales”.Je suis donc obligée de passer par le web pour pouvoir faire les modifications.Ils seraient bien de pouvoir cliquer sur toutes les dates (même celles en bleues) pour pouvoir les modifier depuis l’application mobile. Dans l’exemple ci-joint, je n’ai rien de prévu le 26 février et je ne peux pas modifier la date sur l’application. Par contre quand je passe sur le navigateur web, c’est possible.merci pour votre retour,Sophie 

I need availability for customer facing meetings to include BOTH my and my Sales Rep’s availability. Currently, it’s only syncing in my availability. His calendar is shared with me in Outlook. 

I have had attendees get very confused, and meetings be missed, because the attendee rescheduled. It generated a new Microsoft Teams link. I don’t know how, but they will end up using the link from the first meeting and not the second one. I’m not sure why it has to change. In Outlook when  you update an appointment, the Teams link doesn’t change.I  believe the user has to remove the old version of the meeting from their calendar. We even send them an email TELLING them that the Teams link has changed, and sometimes they ignore it and we still have issues. I don’t know how to resolve this.

Hello,I have just started using the calendar and it seems that my clients who do not speak english (most of them) have problems with filling the dates and knowing where to click next on the calendar. Is it possibile to translate the calendar to other languages - namely Polish ? I'd love to do that, i could even help the devs with translations - its really straight forward i think.Thanks

I’d like to turn the calendar sync with my google calendar off for one specifc event, but leave it on for the others. Is that possible?

I want to ask about: If one of my clients book an appointment with me, will he receive a notification that your appointment will be shortly, or is this feature paid for and requires a subscription?

We currently have Calendly synching to Copper CRM via Zappier 1:1 so whereby when a calendar invite is created in Calendly, the participant gets synched to our Copper CRM. As our team grows and we add more users to Calendly is it possible to have n+1 number of users from Calendly automatically have synched contacts into Copper CRM? If so, do we need a Team or Enterprise plan to do this?

I love to add questions to gain insights and intelligence into a potential client's needs before the call.  Questions to understand your potential client before the call. 

How do I allow different event types on my account to crossover times ie. if one event type is booked at 1pm on the 27th then how can it also show as available for this date and time on another event type within the same account? We use calendly to book housekeeping across our 5 buildings. We have 5 housekeepers and one manager who has to login to each calendly account to discover booking times. Housekeepers do not have email addresses so we’re running out of ‘admin’ mails to use and is not cost effective to keep having to buy seats. Please help.

Hi there,I have set up integration with our organisation's marketing automation platform to handle all email notifications when booking through Calendly, but we can't turn off the notifications from Calendly. While this doesn't seem possible currently, could this please be passed on as a feature request.Cheers,Jackson

allows clients to book multiple appointments in one go. The system should automatically schedule additional pre-configured appointments, marking these slots as unavailable to others.Is it possible to configure in Calendly and how ?:)

We’ve got a group of 6 executive team members, most of which all have individual Calendly plans. Is there a way to add their existing accounts to a group without paying again for “seats?”

 I was playing around with Wix bookings, since I have it included in my website plan and came across this. This would be PERFECT for my business. Is there any way to set this up with calendly? I’d hate to shift away from this program but this might be a dealbreaker! Thanks, Andy.

I paid for a professional annual subscription in June of 2023, however, my account is showing I am on the free plan and I don’t have access to any of the professional features anymore.  I need someone to re-set my account ASAP so I am on the right subscription and can access the right features.  A copy of my paid invoice is attached for easy reference.  I have submitted several help desk support tickets and they have all gone unanswered.  It is SO FRUSTRATING I cannot talk to a live person and get this resolved quickly.  I am not getting what I paid for...please help! [INVOICE REMOVED BY MODERATORS FOR CUSTOMER PRIVACY]

I have Calendly synced with my google calendar. However, I cannot get my the questions/answers or even the persons phone number to show up on my google calendar. The only information that populates onto my google calendar is the name and email address. 

When an invitee clicks on the meeting link, they see a dialogue box that says that the meeting is scheduled for Thu, Jun 22, 2023.  This is of course the wrong date.  How can I change it so that it says the correct date?  Everything else is working fine.  The email confirmation is showing the correct date.  Please have a look at the screenshot above.Thank you in advance for the help. 

hi all, I’ve been a calendly customer for a while but cannot find an area to send a question or contact customer service now. I’ve got an issue with a past/cancelled event. The area in help center won’t let me type my question and I don’t see the text/chat option available either. Even tried connecting through the sales page and it won[‘t accept my email because it’s not recognized as a “business” email? I’m so confused. Anyone having this issue connecting with customer service? They’ve been good in the past but I’m hitting a wall now. Am I missing something?? any help would be appreciated, thank you!!Rachel
