How Do I...?

I haven’t used calendly in about 3 years. I just noticed I’m getting billed about $100/yr. How to I resolve this?I can’t seem to find any way of contacting calendly.com?They say there is a chatbot, but it is not visible for me. Any suggestions?Maurice

I want to remove the ability to book day to day events. Since I make plans for the next day in advance and it's inconvenient for me when an intra-day call booking suddenly comes in. How to make it possible to create events only from tomorrow? The Buffer Time function gives a maximum of 3 hours to push forward meetings. This is not enough. It would be convenient at least for 10-12 hours to push forward meetings.

I want to create a group event, that runs every 2 weeks. When a set up in the calendar time etc and when I look at it, it shows no time available. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I am missing something here I block out the days I dont want and leave the Thursday open  and nothing shows. Help 

My business homepage features a link to Calendly to schedule an appointment. Apparently the 10dlc legislation requires a “checkbox” to be included with a disclaimer allowing customers to opt-out of SMS messaging. I have the disclaimer on the left/details side of my Calendly link - how do I (can I?) add a check box to the left side of the form?

Hi,  As others have requested previously, please create a feature to randomly eliminate x% of available open slots to make us look busy. It’s not a good look when you’re too available. The work around of focus blocks is a complete waste of time since I would need to do it for every week, varying the times the focus blocks happen to make sure the prospect does not pick up on what we are doing.  There is demand for the feature. Please make it. 

Hello, We’re trying to add our Meta Pixel (now called at Dataset) to our Calendly account and it is not being accepted. I noticed that it is 2 digits longer than other meta pixels in our facebook account and wonder if this might be why Calendly is not accepting the longer number.I was hoping that Calendly knew about the longer dataset numbers vs the shorter pixel numbers. Thanks

Every time I attempt to update my profile and branding, I get a pop up that says there is an error and that I need to check my connection.  I have tried this over several days and continue to get the same error messagel  I have my laptop plugged in and have a FULL wifi connection.  I even upgraded to a paid account thinking it was some sort of trick.  That didn’t help.  I want this fixed since it is unprofessional to have my old company logo public facing.  Please help! 

Hello everyone! When I set up an external thank-you page for the appointment confirmation, often (not always actually), during the redirect, I get an annoying warning message (see attachment) that I am about to leave the Calendly page. How can I eliminate this message, which could create confusion for the visitor and, above all, would push him to read a content and perform a further action (click) that is quite useless? I really hope that this function can be disabled, but I don't know where. Thanks! 

Good morning, I use Calendly in a university setting, and I’m hoping that this is possible. I set up meetings in multiple different offices/places on campus, and I would like to be able to automatically notify the heads of those offices/spaces when a student schedules a meeting in their space. For more info, I have a question specifically asking where on campus the student would like to meet; this question has radio button responses, and I would like for answers to specific radio buttons to send out notifications to specific individuals. Is this possible? It should would make certain meetings a whole lot easier! Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to create events, distributed in 4 daily sessions with a maximum of 20 people.Doing some initial tests the system works well and indicates that x people are missing to saturate the slot (15, 14, ...)But now that I've finished the tests, I would like to "reset" the counter of available spots bringing it back to 20... and it's damn difficult to do!! This function seems so obvious to me but I can't find it anywhere, not even on the web...Thanks for the reply

I have tried multiple times to have the appointment times reflect the time zone I am in but I just cannot figure it out. I have tried the auto detect time zone, this doesn’t work. People are booking in to my diary at 1am! I have me available hours (4pm-7pm) but the booking page is offering midnight onwards. Help!

Hello! We have a team of 10 individuals, and finding a time that we are all available for a meeting can be challenging.  Is there a manner in which a meeting organizer can send out a link to schedule a meeting and Calendly shows to all attendees only those times where all the attendees are available? Thank you.

Hi there - for some reason my link shows as “no times available for March”, though I clearly have set up the entire month and saved everything.  I have tried everything I can find on the site for help but nothing is working.  Any ideas?

Why doesn’t calendly partner with Instagram so we can use their Book Now button? I’m thinking of going elsewhere since all other major calendar services are listed and not insta!

I have an issue with the Round Robin from the backend settings point of view. There used to be a setting that allowed clients to reschedule with the original host, but now all of a sudden it's rescheduling with someone different and it's causing chaos and confusion. I always put the setting at “Keep original host” However, I noticed a few dozen instances where it kept getting scheduled to different team members when the client rescheduled. When I went into the Round Robin settings where I usually find the “reschedule preference”, it’s no longer there!  This is the specific setting I mean (that’s disappeared): What was happening before as of a month ago when everything was working fine:Client booked a call with Host #1. Hi! I’m looking to embed Stripe into my Calendly, however my business does not read ‘guest customers’ (IDs that start with ‘gcus_’) properly -- we need them to be regular customers (or IDs that start with ‘cus_’) in order to use my service.  To my understanding, the only way that Stripe integrates is with the former, so we’re unable to use this product. Has anyone figured out or uncovered how I can turn a Stripe/Calendly purchaser into a Stripe ‘customer’ (not guest customer) that shows up as such and not just a ‘transaction’ within the Stripe dashboard?

I can see that this has been asked before many times, but I would also love to see a waitlist option and am looking at other platforms to see if this is something others offer..do we know if calendly may be offering this in the coming months?

Our setup is this:Calendly booking widget is embedded in landing pages The meetings booked through the widget are round-robined to our team We have Meta ads that take potential customers to the landing pages A Meta Pixel is configured for conversion event optimization The original page urls from the ads contain both utm_ parameters as well as Meta’s own ad set id parametersThe basics are all working:Meetings get booked correctly to our team The meetings have the utm_ parameters saved under Tracking IDs We are getting the booking events on the Meta pixel integration in Meta Ad ManagerHowever, we are not getting individualized campaign data sent with the Meta pixel events. Nothing from the utm_ params or the Meta ad ID params is coming back through to Meta Ad Manager. This is preventing any campaign or particular ad-set optimization from happening.Should we be seeing campaign

In the options for creating workflows, it would be helpful to have the ability to block off buffer time before and/or after an event - for example, “Prep” and “Post-Meeting” time of whatever lengths (15 min, 30 min, etc.) get added to the calendar when an event is added. Thank you!

You can see on the left, I have open hours on Wed 2/5. However, no matter what I do, I can not get that to reflect on the booking calendar on the right. 

Hi — In my event description, I have include a hyperlink to a resource I’d like to share with the invitee. When the invitee books the event, Calendly creates a Google meeting that includes a verbatim of the event description — but strips away the hyperlink to reveal a 200-character URL. Anyone know a way around this without just removing the hyperlink altogether?  

Is it possible to change the booking page view from month to week?  What I want is a weekview with all days of the week and the available timeslots.Is it possible to embed Calendly on a individual Lightspeed page? I can only add a custom code in the website settings which will apply to all pages. What works is a floating button on all pages or an url in the menu links.
