As a feature request, it would be very helpful if calendly included the Attendee’s time zone (or even better, the time of the calendar event according to their time zone) in the calendar invite details, so that I didn’t have to load up calendly’s website and find it myself. Often I want to check the time zone of my attendee, to check what time it will be there when we have the meeting. It takes a while to load up the calendly website and it can be quite frustrating. Please include this as a future update! (seems like a simple one) (can be optional to include in the invite details)
I changed time zone in settings but in user invitation still incorrect time zone is displayed
Hola... ¿como puedo hacer para dejar solo 1 invitado?... necesito que la hora que seleccione una persona, se bloquee para que otra no pueda seleccionarla, vos que no pasa ya que me obliga a dejar 2 o más invitados. De antemano gracias.
We are using Calendly on the Teams plan and would like to prevent invitees from scheduling more than once per day using the same email address.I know Calendly prevents double-booking time slots, but is there any native setting or recommended approach to block the same person from booking multiple appointments on the same day, even if time slots are available?I am planning to use a webhook + database to detect and cancel duplicates, but it feels like a common use case that could be handled via event-level or org-level settings. Is there a built-in way to configure this restriction? If not, is this on the roadmap? Are there best practices for enforcing per-invitee booking limits? Thanks in advance!
How can I get my plug-in key? I had to reinstall the plugin and now it is not taking the key I had when I first downloaded it. Is it a unique key for each download? If so, it won’t let me download the plug-in again, it is pushing me to us the add-in which doesn’t work for us.
How do I change the Paypal paying account ? There is no button available.
I’m trying to limit the meetings I have on certain days while allowing for more meetings on other days. I can only make one event for this because it is how clients with me and having multiple events for my schedule would not work. I have played around with limiting my hours, but that isn’t what I desire to do if I want to have customers and have flexibility but not take on more workload for that day. It looks like 5 months ago someone asked about this here, but the answer given would not work for me. Have they decided to not add the ability to control how many meetings you have on specific days? Or is there a reasonable work around that I am missing?
I tried to add my private calendar to check for conflicts, but then the pop-up say I need to upgrade.Even though it say it is possible to add up to four calendars without any upgrade? Is it a error in the app?

Whenever someone books a meeting on my Calendly, the title in my Google Calendar is simply “30 minute meeting.” No other information. I have to dig through emails or open the Calendly portal to figure out whom I’m supposed to talk to and how I’m supposed to do it.
I would like to know if there is some possibility to allow to my customers to book at the same time 4 different dates in the same time and link?
Dear Calendly Community,I am working to enhance the efficiency of my scheduling process for a consulting business, launched in March 2025, which offers strategic advisory services to small enterprises. While Calendly has streamlined my booking workflow, I am seeking to refine the use of routing forms to better qualify leads before scheduling meetings, ensuring only relevant prospects reach my calendar. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. My scheduling setup, managed on a Calendly Teams plan, integrates with Google Calendar and Zoom, following the Getting Started Guide. The routing form, embedded on my WordPress site, collects basic information such as company size and project scope, directing prospects to a 30-minute one-on-one event type. Currently, the form processes approximately 50 submissions monthly, with a 60% booking rate, but I estimate that 30% of booked meetings involve unqualified leads who lack alignment with my services. To address this, I have adjust
I changed my email address and now when i send out my link in my communication by email and by LinkedIn my clients say it doesn't work. I updated the email Calendly is using to connect the appointment, but can't identify a reason why the link is not functional
when creating workflows for a Round Robin Scheduling event, is it possible to template the host name? I tried to use the `{{event_organizer_name}}` variable but that resolves to the team name (I think), instead of the individual that was chosen for the round robin event.
Is there a way to send invitees on a meeting poll a reminder to respond to the poll if they have not responded after a certain period of time?
Hello all. We are attending a tradeshow in October and will be emailing our customers to book time with us at the show. The user experience to book a time is a little odd due to the fact that when our customer clicks the link it takes them to now (July). They have to scroll through August and September until they finally get to October. What we would love is for the customer to click the link and see October right away without having to scroll through several months. Is this possible?
I have had numerous clients schedule sessions in my calendly diary and when I use the zoom link it says waiting for host to open the session. They are also not able to access it. What causes this problem and how do I fix it please?
I want to create an automation with zappier that triggers the creation of a one-off meeting for one of the event types I have created. Is there a way to do this?
My project is using Calendly for very high volume meetings. We have rotating people that must log onto the connected zoom account to initiate the calls. For the past six weeks this hasn’t been an issue, but yesterday my team reported that canceled meetings’ zoom links were still appearing in the zoom account. This is happening in two different instances -- across two calendly accounts/two zoom accounts. After some initial investigation, I believe my course of action is to re-integrate the zoom accounts. However, I am very nervous about disrupting existing meetings. If I disable and re-integrate the zoom account, will that have any affect on the 100s of meetings already scheduled/zoom links created?
I have my schedule set at 8am-8pm monday to friday. Some of my clients are recurring but did not book through calendly. How do I remove e.g. every monday and thursday at 2pm from the schedule?
I would like to force a line break in the welcome message on my landing page as I am adressing clients in 2 different languages. Is this possible?
If I offered the first 10 spots of my class for free, can I turn on the paid class option after the 10 spots are filled? Using the same event link?
I had a zoom hack to refreshed all of my passwords. Yesterday a client booked an appointment with me today and I didn’t see it on my calendar nor did I get notified that she had booked it. Ugh. This looks terrible. What can I do to avoid this happening in the future? Thanks in advance.
Bonjour,Je ne parviens pas à ajouter un bouton proéminent Reservation en ligne sur ma page Google Business. Est il prévu que Calendly devienne partenaire de Google ? Bien cordialementNoémie Lesartre
