Why my calendar on one day is showing as not available when I am
Hello,I created a Calendly survey and submitted my own response to test how it works. I have received an email notification showing that another person had selected three time slots, bringing the total to four. However, when I return to the Calendly page, it shows a total of seven votes. While adjusting my availability, I can see that additional votes have been submitted on different days, but I do not know who submitted them. I have not received any further email notifications about these additional responses. Clicking on those days it will take the day out of the schedule and do not so who has voted. How can I figure out?
I’m creating a group class with 3 classes- the classes will be held on 3 subsequent Saturday mornings. I want people to be able to sign up for all three classes at once. They’ll be paying for all three at once, and it doesn’t make sense that they can’t sign up for all at once. Is there any way to allow this? I’ve read a number of threads in here where people are asking for this feature, and it looks like for nearly 2 years Calendly has been saying they’re working on it. This feature seems so basic and it’s clearly desired, and honestly, I might discontinue Calendly and find a calendar program that allows it. Clients have so many options out there and it’s the little things that deter people from signing up or coming back for more. Any help or thoughts here?
Hi Team, Using Calendly alot but with customers who are in very different timezones. It is really hard to do a comparison of timezones when setting up an event. is there any way to do this at the moment? Or possibly a feature to add?My current work around is to save the event and then go and choose the timezone in which the customer will be in to see if the times are appropriate. It is quite time consuming to do and would be great to just see it at setup time.
Hello, How do I mark an appointment as missed? Meaning the invitee ghosted the appointment.
I am interested in creating a workflow that messages no shows a rebooking link or a message about the missed meeting. We have traditionally done this manually. I don’t see a workflow for no shows. Does anyone know of a work around?Thank you!
Is there any solution / advice for no shows? what I’m essentially hoping to achieve is to create appointments automatically for myself to follow up for no shows. so that no show clients won’t be forgotten. Thanks in advance.
How do I trigger a workflow, follow up email or zapier action when we mark an event as a "no-show"?I want to be able to send an automatic email either from a calendly workflow or inside my Active Campaign account when someone no-shows their appointment.
I am surprised about the “Mark as no-show” feature as it doesn’t allow us to send an automated e-mail.What’s the point of this feature ? And how come the workflow don’t take this into account ? I’ve seen that different post have been open about this question and it’s always the answer about “we are sharing it to the team, they’ll take it into account” but the question is “is it on the product roadmap or not ?”I’ve seen the Zapier trigger but it doesn’t really seem convenient and means we have to pay for a another service we are currently not using.I wanted to share this through the “contact us” section but it seems to be down.
Hello! I want to know if someone marked as ¨no-show¨ can received an email or notification to remind them they did not show up to the meeting and inviting them to reschedule one.
Just wondering what the community’s thoughts are on the following feature suggestion: When booking a meeting to have the option to select “Notify if earlier meeting becomes available”. If there is a cancellation that would permit their meeting type to be booked earlier, they are sent an email/text giving them the opportunity to reschedule to the earlier meeting. Thanks!RY
Hello friends!I've integrated Calendly with Stripe and I have Apple Pay activated in Stripe, but when I create a payment event it does not allow me to pay with Apple/Google Pay.Does anyone know how I can activate this functionality?Thank you very much in advance!
Hello !I've integrated Calendly with Stripe and I have Apple Pay and Google Pay activated in Stripe, but when I book an appointment and try to make a payment from my phone, I’m not given the option to pay with Apple/Google Pay.When will Calendy enable Apple Pay, G Pay and Cashapp pay within the payment UI?Thank you very much in advance!
Two months ago, the cell phone messaging feature was active. Yesterday I used Calendly, and that feature isn't there. I'd like to know if it's been removed from the options.
We couldn’t add the Zoom meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add video conferencing details.
Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Calendly booking page — it shows “No meeting times available” even though there are no meetings booked and my calendar should have open availability.I’ve checked my availability settings, and everything looks fine. Has anyone faced a similar issue or know what might be causing this?Would appreciate any help or guidance. Thanks!
I would like to see an option for sending out emails to “No Show” appointments. That way they can have the option to reschedule from that email
Good Afternoon -- I am a fractional executive and currently work for several firms. One of my clients specifically wants me to use their email domain & branding for interactions with their clients. They use MSO365 and Teams as their email platform. My firm is based on Gmail and this is my primary calendar. I had read that Calendly Premium (?) allows calendar synchronization between multiple disparate calendars across both platform domains. My goal would be to have Calendly book appointments, post them to my gmail main account but to have my availability reflected in my client’s O365 calendar. I do not want to tell their staff to use calendly to book an appointment with me as they should “see” my availability in their Teams calendar instance and be able to book me for internal meetings using Teams. I am sure anyone in a similar role as I would have this challenge, How does Calendly support this ? If what I read was not accurate, then are there workarounds folks use to enabl
I’m a fairly new Calendly user. I am trying to figure out how far in advance my calendar opens - 90 days, other? I can’t find where the setting for that is. Also I do seasonal work where I want my calendar to be open March - June and Sept - October. How can I set that? Thank you!
How can I remove the meeting recap for my sessions? I already have fathom recorder and I don’t need two recording devices for the same meeting.
Hey there — just wanted to share some quick feedback. I’m not loving the new pop-out feature under Meetings. Whether I’m trying to schedule or build something out, it feels a little clunky. The build and answer sections only take up a small part of the screen, and it makes it harder to find what I need without clicking around a bunch. Would love to see those sections full-screen or easier to navigate!
Hello, I have a clinic where treatment is based on a maximum of two sessions on consecutive days every 30 days. Is there a way to limit patients from scheduling more than two sessions per month per patient? The option to limit appointments by month or day isn't functional for me because it limits the entire schedule to just two appointments and stops showing all available appointments for other patients.
Im looking to override the number of appointments in a day. Sure I display an availability for 8 hours, However I dont want all 8 slots booked, back to back. How do I pause appointments on a particular day, even as appointments are happening. The override is not necessarily based on a set number for the day because that could vary, nor is it a particular person/email. But I’m looking to override, pause, block or stop bookings when I want in real time.
