Is there a way to add Cc email for the billing notifications, so that someone else but me can receive invoices (without the need for me to forward them via email)? We cannot be the only company where Calendly admin is a different person than the invoicing department, so I assume this is actually really easy and I am just overlooking the settings...
My client has booked the appointment on 31/5 ,9am ,the client received email appointment comfirm on 31/5,9am.but why the text to client is 25/5?
I’d like to use a single link for 2 or more consultants. They are available at the same times, the invitee doesn’t need to select which consultant they end up meeting with. I want either the same time slot to show multiple times or for it to be available to select multiple times.
Theoratically, after successfully booking a Google Meet meeting through calendly, adding new meeting participants and sending the link to the new participant can allow the new participant to attend without the consent of the people who make appointments of meetings. However, what happened here is that I added another member and also informed the client that there was a new participant. But when it came to the appointed time, my colleague needed to apply to join the meeting, but the client said he did not receive any application, and my colleague could not join the meeting. Did anyone encountered this situation? How should this problem be solved?
Hi,we’ve customized the confirmation and reminder emails sent to our invitees – no issues there. But the emails we as hosts receive after a booking are extremely cluttered and hard to read. The formatting is messy, with way too much text, and the key info is not easy to scan at a glance.Same goes for the Outlook calendar event (via Microsoft 365 integration):The event title and calendar entry text are poorly structured, making the calendar view hard to use efficiently. Right now, we have to manually edit the subject and event content every time to make it useful.Questions:Is there any way to customize the confirmation emails that we (the organizers) receive? Where can we set the calendar event title and body content that gets pushed to our own Outlook calendar?Would really appreciate guidance on how to streamline this – it costs us unnecessary time with every booking. Thanks in advance!Heiko
I hope someone can help.I have a group event set up and changed my max number from 20 to 15. At first when I did a test to see it was updated, it showed the remaining number for the original maximum number. Now it shows the available number for the new maximum.Meaning, I have 12 booked into my event. I changed the max number to 15. It was originally 20. At first it showed as 8 still remaining after I reduced the number to 15. Now it shows as 15 available spots but I have 12 booked in!!! I am scared that the 12 booked in are not anymore???? Should I also see those who have booked in upcoming meetings like I do for single, non group bookings?
When configurating a calendly invite with a payment option, I cannot seem to find how to link a payment for one of my one-off payment product in Stripe. The reason I need this is to be able to reconciliate the Calendly payment with this product revenue in Stripe. All Calendly allowing me to do is to configure a one-off price then to offer customer payment options, but it does not allow me set up a link to a specific product price. Any suggestions please? thanks Franck
I’m having trouble with one of my admin-managed events.I am the owner of the organization and I have another account set to Admin. Under managed events, I have an event called ‘new client assessment’ that I have assigned to a group. When I look into the events under each user in that group, this event name does not exist. However, I do have an older event called “1 hour assessment” that is also labeled as admin-managed. However, my admin cannot access that event specifically. They can access all the other admin-managed events. My questions are:1. How do I make sure all admin-managed events are synced properly with the intended users?2. Is it a bug that this admin-managed event isn’t editable by my admin? Shouldn’t that be the default permission?
I have a meeting type that I need to have a consultation meeting for beforehand, and once I know the details, I need to take a deposit for. Because we’re often already in the consultation, I tend to discuss available dates in that meeting, and it’s easier for me to select a time and just invite them on the spot. However, I’ve been told there’s no payment option available when I do it this way, and they can accept the meeting without paying the deposit. I tested it with an alternate email and this does seem to be the case.Is this just not possible? Or is there a way that I’m missing? I checked Stripe and my integrations, it all seems to be working fine. I am also the host for both types of meetings (consultation and booking date).
I use Hello Alma program to schedule therapy clients and Calendly to schedule consulting appointments. Hello Alma populates onto Google Calendar. However, Calendly does not block out Alma appointments. I do not see the busy option when its populated into Google. I am not making the appointment manually since it appears automatically on my Google Calendar. Please help.
Whenever someone use the Book An Appointment button on my LinkedIn profile I see the meeting on my calendar but I cannot open the meeting as the host. Even though the system is using my calendar, my email account, etc. I sit in the “waiting for host” waiting room like everyone else. There is no host. No one can open the Zoom session.
I’m trying to locate what components are installed into Salesforce when adding the Calendly app is added. My client does not yet have Calendly and they want to know the field mapping. Is that something that is available?
Hi, when an invitee wants to postpone a meeting and choses a new date and time slot, the set minimum scheduling notice does not work.Any date and time can be chosen. How can I fix that?ThanksSandra.
I have one day left from my trial. The sytem only offers the option for upgrading to payed plans instead. How can I continue using the free plan?I like calendly and would like to continue using it. The free plan would cover my immediate needs and I would not like to upgrade until I need the extended functionalities.
Can't modify any meetings as before. As there been an update of somekind lately?
I’ve added two calendars under “Calendar settings”, a Google and Outlook calendars. I’ve set the latter as the “Calendar to add events to”. I’ve double-checked that these are checking the correct calendar under “Select the calendars to check for conflicts”, and that the events in these calendars have me down as “Busy”. That said, when checking my availability in Calendly, the events in these calendars have no effect on my availability (i.e., people see me as free). Booking a meeting via Calendly over an existing event isn’t flagged under Meetings > Upcoming, nor does this Calendly meeting show up on my Outlook calendar. Am I missing something? There seems to be no interaction between my external calendars and Calendly.
Hi folks - I’m a librarian running webinars and demonstrations. After each demo, I send the students a follow up email with the meeting recording link and any interesting links that came up during the session. This is different every time, so I can’t use a blanket follow up email - is there a way to set up a workflow such that I can add custom content every time? I can’t seem to figure that out. My current process is to go in and download the attendee email list and send a message via email (bcc everyone) but that seems more tedious than it needs to be. Appreciate any help!
Hello,I use the “analytics” feature the track the number of appointments we have. I would also like to track the number of participants we serve. Most of our appointments are one-on-one, but we also have some group options. Is there anyway to track the number of participants for a given time period and not just the number of scheduled “events”?
I cannot figure out how to change nearly every other email subject in various workflows EXCEPT the “New Event” email that is sent to hosts (us.)I would like it to read: New Event, DATE, Name, Time vs. New Event - Name, Time, Date. It seems like every other email we can edit. I can edit the immediate one that goes out to the recipient, but not the host. Is there a way to do this that I’m missing?
I have previously asked for a additional features to make it easier for technicians to schedule events with customers using Calendly. I have asked for time windows, with additional buffer time past the meetings start time. But I think I may have been over complicating the situation, I think publicly facing buffer times could solve the issue of making it clear when an arrival window is necessary.
I have a user in the organization whose email is changing. How do I fix that in Calendly from the admin center?
I can’t seem to figure out how to do the following… A single webinarI would like to invite a group of people to a webinar. The webinar is on a specific date and time. The link to join the webinar should be sent to all of my clients, each of whom shall be able to book participation in the webinar. A series of webinars.Pretty much the same scenario as above, except that the invitation is to a series of four webinars on four specific days and time.
When a client books a group training session with me, I’d like to give them the option to add multiple participants (e.g., their team members) during the booking process, so that everyone is included in the session and receives the confirmation and calendar invite. Is this possible?
Is there a way to allow admins only to book meetings using the “contact card” and then the “override available times” option on user calendars? As an admin, I can only utilize the override available time feature on my profile. I would like to be able to use this feature with my users to assist them with “double booking.” I do not want this feature available to our clients when they book meetings, like the free time feature you currently have available.
Hi, I need to create several group events with separate dates for potery classes. I bought the standard Calendly version. Some classes for adults, some for kids, some longer or shorter. I can't find how to show only specific dates per group event. When clicking on an event, all group events dates show, not only the ones of that specific event.
