Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

Hi Calendly team, I’ve seen multiple threads, including one from 9 months ago, where users asked about integration with Google Business Profile to enable the “Schedule” button that appears directly on search results — similar to platforms like MassageBook, Acuity, and Square Appointments. At the time, it was mentioned this request would be forwarded to developers. Is there any update or timeline for this? The lack of this feature is really limiting visibility for local service businesses like mine. There are forum posts dating back over two years asking for this functionality. I love using Calendly, but I’m now seriously considering switching to a different platform just for this feature — and I know I’m not alone. Is this something you’re actively working on, or should those of us who need direct Google integration start looking elsewhere? Thanks in advance — transparency here would go a long way.
Hello Calendly,I read around extensively and could not find an answer to this question. If I missed something and am replicating an often asked question I apologize in advance.I have a Standard plan and want to do something I thought would be easy...however it certainly is not. :-(I want to make a Group event with meeting time slots on specific calendar days. I’d like to preset those slots to accept varying numbers of participants. For example,Three 30 minute slots in the morning that only accept one participant One 1 Hr slot following those that accepts 5 participants Multiple 30 minute slots following that one hour slot that only accept 1 participantThis seems like a legitimate usage case to me but as far as I can tell thus far, it is not possible. I’ll be so happy to be proven wrong. :-) The only work around I can brainstorm at the moment is to have two different events and use one for the multiple participant time slots and the other for the single participant slots. The downside t
Our admin has left the company and now the connection from calendly back into Salesforce is not updating any records. I have tried to resync orgs with my new credentials as admin but have not been successful with updates.
I’ve scheduled availabilty through August and the times and dates are saved and showing on the back-end of calendly, but when I click “View booking page” it says there are no times available.
For the life of me I do not know why Calendly does not display the following month’s availability during week breaks. We are noticing a drop off at the end of the month as we approach the last days of the month because it “looks” like we only have a handful of days available. People are NOT scrolling to the next month. For example, this month ends on a Wednesday. The way Calendly views makes it look like we have no availability Thursday through Saturday (May dates.) And not for nothing, some folks simply don’t know the date, I know I’ve done it. If I go to book a meeting and I get “No times left in April” it seems like we’re inflexible, when really we have THREE WEEKS of open ended availability starting TOMORROW. Is there a setting somewhere that we can show the first few dates of the following month?
Would like to know what is this Permission doing and why it is not covered on the documentation installation? https://community.calendly.com/salesforce-admin-guide-75 Tried adding a Comment to the section to inquire but was unable to. Help!
I am attempting to add an email to the above workflow, but it is only allowing me to add names of other Calendly users. My understanding is that I can use any email address in the To: line.Outlook has been integrated and it works for another workflow not this one.
I sometimes have things in my diary that aren’t meetings, so I remove them to increase the availability shown in calendly. The issue is that it takes quite a long time for the changes to be reflected, and some times it doesn’t update at all! Right now, I’m dead certain the event is correctly set up and I have a 2.5 hour window of time in my afternoon and it’s not showing. I’ve had to remove a 3 day event from my calendar, whcih worked for tomorrow (several slots are now available) but not for today. What might I be doing wrong? Or is this a bug?
I saw that another person asked this, but my circumstance is slightly different. I DO have the upgraded plan - Teams. How do I add a host to an event I created? I keep on pressing edit permissions, type in a name that is in my contacts, and it still says member not found. Do they have to have a calendly account or something?
When I set up meetings for 45 mins timeslots - the sessions being offered are still 30 mins. See below.
Hello all,I need your help. Since two days, in my Calendly, the two schedules I had created for my availability have disappeared. I had two schedules that were different from each other so that I could arrange my calendar for different types of events. But now these have disappeared and only the default calendar is available. I have a professional annual subscription. Is this a bug or has something changed in the subscriptions? Thanks in advance for your help.
I am in law enforcement with a rotating schedule every week with random pop up appointments. One week I will work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (a long week) then the next week I only work Wednesday and Thursday (a short week). I use Calendly to set appointments for something on my days off, but I don’t know how to set schedules for different weeks. I know I can set a specific availability calendar for a meeting type and I can switch a meeting type between both of those calendars, but the problem is that with Calendly allowing a rolling schedule of X number of days, people could set an appointment for the next week where I have a different schedule. The option to set a date range doesn’t necessarily solve the problem, unless I set a date rank every 2 weeks.
I just noticed that the ability to create individual “schedules” in the Availability settings seems to be gone, and I can’t help but wonder why one of the most useful features in Calendly was removed. Previously, I could set up different schedules like “Free Sessions,” “Paid Sessions,” “Client Sessions,” or “Sales Sessions” and apply them to specific event types as needed. This made it so easy to manage my availability and tailor it for different purposes. Now, it seems we’re limited to managing everything under one default schedule, which feels like a step backward. It’s making scheduling less efficient and more time-consuming for those of us who rely on this flexibility. Was this change intentional? If so, is there a replacement feature in the works, or is there some workaround that I might have missed? I’d love to hear how others are handling this change or if Calendly has plans to address this.
Removing the ability to have multiple availability schedules severely limits how our organization utilizes Calendly. Is anyone else having similar issues with this unannounced “upgrade”?If this change was anticipated, why let users spend hours learning and developing there events only to take it away without announcement?Frustrating to say the least with being the one who was the champion for this to be a solution for our company.
I’ve cruised with the product updates for 5 years now, never commenting when I’ve been bummed by one. Overall, I love Calendly and it makes my business great. I’ve adjusted with any updates. But wow - Super, super disappointed in the Availability updates. The user experience is far worse than it was before. It used to be much easier to navigate and change groups at once in a larger screen. I’d love to see the Product team allow for the old experience OR the new one. Having an accessible and visible quick Availability tab on the main page (like it was) instead of only on every single event page would be great. It could remain it’s own separate experience as well as being added to individual events. As someone who schedules 40 calls a week of different types and 2 different lengths, it’s a mess to go into each type and make sure it’s accurate when major travel and schedule changes are occuring for many days or weeks. An absolute huge time suck, which is was not at all before. This is a m
I’m frustrated Calendly removed the “Schedules” functionality. I hold an event once a month for an hour where I want to be only available for that event and not allow any other event types from scheduling something. I used to be able to do this, but Calendly removed the feature with an update. Support told me I could manually input these specific dates on every other event type (8-10 of them). This would take hours. It’s should be really easy to set a schedule and apply it to multiple event types. The time off feature is useless because it blocks it across ALL event types. I can already do that on my own calendar. Is this something other people were using? If so, please let Calendly support know or comment below.
Hello everyone,I am currently experiencing an issue with Calendly connected to my Exchange server. Sometimes Calendly connects and works without any issues. Other times, it becomes unavailable or shows an error asking me to contact support. I have contacted Calendly support multiple times. They asked me to allow their IP addresses on my firewall, which I did, but the issue persists. Support keeps telling me it is a problem with my Exchange server. However, if that were the case, why does it sometimes work fine and then randomly stop? Unfortunately, Calendly support cannot provide logs or diagnostics to show where exactly the communication fails. I am looking for help to properly troubleshoot and fix this problem.Additional Information: I am using [Exchange Server 2019- on-premises]. The Exchange server is accessible externally, and I confirmed that firewall rules allow Calendly IPs. Questions: What could cause Calendly to work intermittently with Exchange? How can I better
Hi, there! I am writing on behalf of my supervisor, who uses a different Calendly account for our nonprofit organization. At the organization, we have 2 people staffed at 3 different time slots in the day. For example, 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, 5pm-9pm. We want 2 people for each shift at all times. There are a few regular ‘employees,’ who work on Tuesdays at 9am-1pm, for example. However, if I block this on Google Calendar with their name, it makes it so nobody else can schedule for the shift. Since this regular employee works at the same time every week, we don’t want them to half to fill out a Calendly booking every time, and instead, use Calendly as a way to notify other employees that the shift has opened in case the regular cannot come in. Essentially, I want to be able to block off the Tuesday worker, but have Calendly state that there is “1 of 2 spots filled” still. Thank you in advance.
Hi everyone! When someone schedules an appointment through Calendly, I’d like to automatically move that information (name, email, time, etc.) into our CRM system (custom). What’s the best way to do this? Should I use a webhook, or something else?Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 😊
Hello,Would it be possible to implement an option for full-day bookings, without linking events to specific times of the day? This feature would make it much easier for us field employees (a lot of potential calendly users!) to schedule customer visits that last two or three consecutive days.At the moment, scheduling multi-day visits is not possible, but with a simple full-day event option, it would become much easier: customers would only book when we are available for all required days in a row.The specific times of the day are not critical for us — we can easily clarify arrival times manually in the confirmation email (for example, mentioning that we would typically arrive around 9 AM). What is important is selecting the right dates, not the hours.Thank you very much for considering this request! I believe it would open new use cases for many Calendly users in the field.Best regards,Benjamin Djian
I would like to have up to 50 vendors book for a Market I run. I want them all to be able to book at the same date and time. Is this possible?
Hi, I have the exact same problem as the User in this topic: What is the correct format for Germany? Thanks,Steffi
I use Calendly for our youth basketball program and have three different calendars for different session types. I’d like to change the group size on a specific day within a calendar (for example, generally sessions are capped at 10, but I’d like a special session that caps at 6) Do I need to create another calendar for this or is there a way to change a specific time slot only?
