How Do I...?

I don’t know what happened but last week my Calendly somehow switched to a free account. I’ve always used Pro. I now see one of my clients listed as the Owner and I’m a User. I have no access to the admin settings to remove her from the admin area. I have no idea how her account got there because she doesn’t even have the information for my Calendly. I just need to removed her so I can regain control of my own account. PLEASE HELP! 

We use Calendly to book school programs in our area. Sometimes, we need to go back into the invitees’ responses to our questions and make changes, say to change the class for an appropriate grade level. Other times, we have coordinators scheduling these programs and they do not use the “Add guest” button to add the actual classroom teacher to the invite to receive the automated reminders. Is there a way for us to edit the invitees’ responses to our booking questions after the booking has been made? Our current workaround involves us “rescheduling” our invitees for the same time and date to be able to change a response/detail about their booking. I would prefer not to use this method because Calendly sends them a reschedule notification, which can cause confusion even if we add a note. Any suggestions would help!

I travel for work and set appointments for the city I’m going to on Thursdays. I’d like to open up Fridays to being able to be scheduled as well, but only if Thursdays have a booking already. Is this possible within the settings.

Can we have a feature that allows me to create an event type that can override booked meetings that have a specific title.  

Hi guys,when clients book a session with me everything is correct, just the timezone shows “Japan, Korea” while I am in Vietnam and the Client in the US or  India. The time is correct so it changes. Still it’s weird to have the wrong timezone mentioned in the e-mail.  Somebody has experienced this problem? Regards,Tim

I already disabled Calendly Branding, but I still see the ‘Schedule your own meetings with Calendly for free’ section on each confirmation page. How can I remove this section? This is a paid account.

Is there any way that you can put your contacts name in alphabetical order?

I need the calendly booking interface to be in a different language than the handful provided. Is there a way to manually add these translations?Note: I understand how to change the language, but the language I need to use is not one of them.

Calendly have removed the “Availability” function.  I have raised this issue previously and they have not bothered responding and have also closed off the conversation to further comments so starting this again to try and get some attention from the Calendly people. Instead you have created very odd functionality which is not at all helpful.Please roll back so we have the calendar style Availability function that we used to be able to see.  Previous date overrides have been completely removed. There are a lot of instances where I need to make adjustments just to one day.  That doesn’t mean it’s a “holiday” or “time off” and the way you are displaying these is not helpful. 

Hi. I am a new user.  The new Outlook for desktop pc is not accepting appointments from calendly. I have done an online chat with several members of the team to try to resolve but none of them could help. Is this a known issue with the new Outlook?

We've been dealing with the issue of users making multiple bookings per day using the same email address for over 1.5 years now. This has become a significant burden on our team, requiring a lot of manual work and taking up valuable time that could be better spent elsewhere.What we need is a simple solution: the ability to set a booking limit per user based on their email address. We’ve been monitoring Calendly's updates, but this feature hasn't been implemented yet.We need to take action. Could you confirm if Calendly plans to introduce this feature anytime soon? If not, can you recommend any integration platforms that would allow us to set up a custom solution for limiting bookings per user per day? Otherwise, we will need to reconsider our use of Calendly.Your prompt response is appreciated.

How do I access a record of the bookings made on my events. At the moment all I’m using as a reference point is the emails that I get through. Is there a way of accessing a list within Calendly. Thank you

Hi, Once subscribed to our service, our clients can book unlimited 1:1 and peer coaching sessions. The group sessions come in various formats (30-min to 75-min). While some clients like to decide on the session format before they look for an available slot, some just want to find any session that is available at a specific time of the week. Is there a way to display a single calendar page that shows availabilities for all event types? Thanks, Sebastien

Hi there. I’m curious if there is a way to create a landing page that displays multiple event types. For example, I am a professor so I have office hours. But I also provide consultation. I want to have two SEPARATE landing pages with events specific to each role. Routing doesn’t help bc I can only route to a single event. i want to display multiple events.

I am not receiving booking confirmation emails through on certain bookings.  It is very random which ones come through.  Some go into spam, some don’t appear at all.  My only accurate way of checking up to date bookings is through my payment system.  Can you help me please?

Hi all, Our eyecare practice based in the Netherlands started using Calendly this year and we are very satisfied so far.  However, when using text messages in workflows for confirmation and cancellation of appointments the texts are sent from an intl. number causing trust issues and (hence) them not to being read by our patients.  I do understand that Twilio is used for texting and that it should be possible to use a local number. Would like to have help and suggestions to use a local number for texting.

I have 3 collective events with 2 hosts (30-min, 45-min, and 60-min events). All are connected to my personal availability. When someone books a meeting under any one of those events, will my personal availability update?

My personal booking link will show all events, but when I have events with more than one host (i.e., Collective events), how can I also populate all of them under one booking landing page? In other words, I have 3 Collective events, 30-, 45-, and 60-minutes. I want the invitee to be able to choose one of those.

HI, I really tried to use Calendly to host a Zoom event here because C allows you to collect payment on the paid plan. I had to call the help desk or submit a ticket because the event was not showing up correctly. The help desk was SO helpful but the same thing happened today - showed no availability. 1.) If this is a calendar tool - we should be able to book events easily. It was way too complicated  AND it doesn’t block off the scheduler/hosters time on the calendar which makes no sense at all to me ( ala ZOOM). If I do book it on my calendar, then it conflicts with the event, which again makes no sense to me. Since it is not easy enough to do singular events - it is also not easy to set up recurring events.  I love the Customer Service and I love how easy it is to create events, but I think creating an event vs an appt needs to be addressed on the roadmap. Just my 2 cents. Donna

Hello everyone, I keep getting this message when trying to schedule an appointment through Calendly desktop with contact search: 'That time cannot be booked, please choose another time.' I have already searched the forum but there are no solutions; I have cleared the cache and cookies. I finally thought it was worth using Calendly, but it's not working well. It works through the app, but I need to use it on PC for convenience. solution?

Hello, Calendly n00b here. My company only has myself and my CEO on our account so far.  Yesterday, my CEO sent an email with a Calendly scheduling link to me and 3 external recipients.  I clicked on the Calendly scheduling link, and was presented with a list of times that clearly overlapped with existing meetings on my sync’ed Google calendar.  What is going on here? Isn’t this the “you had one job” that Calendly is supposed to handle? Shouldn’t calendly read my sync’ed Google calendar and not present me with times that overlap with existing meetings? Isn’t this the whole purpose of Calendly?  Thanks in advance!

I do not want my primary work calendar to have access to my other calendars...even to subscribe to iCal feeds that only share busy times (for fear that an admin on our work platform could identify a personal email address associated with an iCal feed)I What I would like to have happen is for Calendly to check my other calendars and place "busy" slots onto my work (primary) calendar. Is this possible?
