AfternnonI would like create some event on sunday It s always the sunday morning but it s 3 plces differents I go in Avaibility in scheduleI put the time always the same 9H30/11H30I create  3 events  I create for each place a eventin Schedules availability I select 1 event and put the day availableI do that for the 3 eventsWhen I look the link of each event all the dates are available for the same place I would like that the place change depending of the date choose in the schedule 

We had purchased paid subscription paln almost a week ago. we are trying to reach to support team since the paid plan has not reflected in our account. because of which our business is suffering. We had sent so many support tickets. no fruitful reply. and none of our supoort ticket shows in open tickets also. what should we do. we had already paid for 1 month standard subscription plan 

I have been searching for the account settings tab as per my suggested resolution but I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the website. I am not getting an integration with my google calendar. That is what I want to do. My scheduling times are showing available when they are not. Thank you. 

My company has meetings where the host and multiple invitees are required for the meeting to occur. I set up managed group meetings because I thought that would help with scheduling the meeting.However, the group meeting allows any one of the invitees to schedule a meeting without including the others. So I am looking to connect the meeting poll feature with the managed group meeting. The intent is that a meeting (with that group meeting information and limitations) can be scheduled without re-typing the meeting information every time a poll is created.Is there any way to set up a meeting poll using a previously-created meeting type, or a way to select a previously-created meeting type when setting up the meeting poll?

As a Calendly Admin, I have set up a number of managed events.Individuals use a managed event to schedule. When they use those managed events to Create and Share single-use links, I’d like to be able to customize the prepopulated email content. Currently, it’s very generic and it would be great to be able to customize that email content for all individuals who Share single-use links for that event type.

I currently have a Teams Page with a calendar for myself as well as a secondary calendar for a part time employee As it is, it seems to be working just fine as I can adjust their availability as they update me. However I am just curious if there is ever a way to have these two separate calendars overlap on one single event calendar page? Currently there are days only one of us are available and on those days, the customer may not know who they're booking with (which is fine) but they will at least know the date they're looking for is available. Other days we are both available so I would need the calendar to know at 9am for example, we have two openings and could technically be double booked as a company (again, they wouldn't know who is booking with who, which is fine). I am not sure if this feature exists. I only ask cause I think it's easier from the customers standpoint to click one event calendar and see every availability

We just formed a partnership where one employee will be booked and working from the partners location every third Monday of the Month. All three other Mondays need to remain in the round robin on their regularly scheduled assignment. I know how to add the new appointment type to custom and enter the dates the employee will be at the other location and have a custom link for that. My question for you is, the other Mondays, how do I keep them in the Monday round robin rotation without accidentally scheduling them at our location on a monday they are not there? 

I’m new to Calendly and I came here to find my biggest concern, the ability to set recurring appointments, has been brought up by SO MANY clients, and yet Calendly has done nothing? I’m wondering how many customers you have lost because of this? When will we see this feature? I love everything about Calendly except this, and this is a core function for scheduling! I’ve seen threads over a year old with Calendly folks noting high volume of requests for this feature and promising that Calendly is working on it, but there’s still nothing. When does Calendly plan to start listening to their customers and add this feature??

How do I limit so a person can only book one meeting in one event. I have set up meetings from march 17 to april 17 with different timeslots every day. A person should only be able to make one booking in total no matter the day or timeslot they choose.

Hello everyone,I have a few questions regarding the use of Outlook 365 calendars.We have three branches and need three different calendars per location. We have linked one calendar with six sub-calendars to Calendly.How can I link the different schedules to the Outlook sub-calendars? Or is that even possible?Thank you in advance for your help.

We are trying to create one calendar with multiple locations that someone can reserve a meeting for at the same time. Example - building left side & building right side. While someone has a meeting on the left side, someone else may have a meeting on the right side. No more than two meetings will be taking place at the same time slot (one in each location left/right). We have Calendly linked to our Google calendar but are having an issue configuring this (left/right location designation) in Calendly. The issue, for example, is that as soon as the 7am spot is booked on the left side, it is no longer available on the calendar, so no one else can book the 7am on the right side either. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you!

I have noticed that when I create a single-use link for an event on Calendly, the availabilities for that event are frozen at the moment the single-use link is created.In practice, if I subsequently modify the availabilities by adding slots or making new days available, these are not usable by someone booking using that single-use link.I would like to know if this is a bug or... is it the behavior that Calendly intended to use for single-use links.I personally find it very limiting that availability is fixed. I would prefer that even for single-use links the real availability at the time of booking be used. Thanks,

How do I make it so that when someone books an appointment, they have to enter their phone number? There's only an option to enter the phone number, and I want it to be a required field. Do they need to be contacts for it to be an auto-filled field?Thanks! 

We have reported this problem a number of times. Please let us know that your engineers can fix it! It’s a real problem when our clients (who can be located anywhere in the world) miss out on an appointment to get (sometimes crucial) legal documents witnessed. 

Hi,My Calendly meeting booking is already linked to the website. When a user clicks “Book a meeting”, the calendly booking page for my account is displayed correctly. However, after selecting a meeting date and time, then click Next, the page shows that the calendar is not available.   May I know how to solve this? 

Hello, I am trying to standardize the meetings across my team and fold team members into a single team paid for by a single billing option. I will be an admin, and I’ve paid for 5 seats. I would like to add my 4 team members, but I don’t want anyone to lose access to their existing meetings and previous meetings that they have on their existing accounts. Some of the team members currently have paid accounts that they pay for on their own, but we’d like to fold them into our own. How can we do this, without losing anything related to their current accounts?Thanks.

Dear Calendly Community,we are using a 90-minute Collective Event with three hosts in our organization.Our desired scenario is: Host A (CEO) should attend only the first 30 minutes of the meeting. Hosts B and C should attend the full 90 minutes. Currently, when a booking is made, the full 90 minutes are blocked in Outlook for all three hosts.Our specific question:Is it possible within a Collective Event to configure different attendance or calendar blocking durations per host?If this is not supported:What would be the recommended best-practice solution within Calendly (e.g., routing forms, combined events, workflows, or another configuration) to implement this setup?Thank you in advance for your guidance.Kind regards,Francisco

I have recently paid for a standard seat on calendly, but I have not been able to get access to the calendar booking slot. How can I get support?

I noticed that calendly was not applying my buffers to appointments when it came to other things scheduled outside of Calendly. I looked it up and it was suggested that I click the “Include buffers on this calendar” in the calendar settings. I did that and all the buffers are now showing on my Google Calendar. Its a huge overwhelming mess now. I went to uncheck that box because I obviously don't want that. Now its not going back. Please can anyone help before I lose all my hair. 

Hi, I’m running into an issue with my calendly event, when a prospect starts entering a phone number as the location of the 30 minute event, they see a US flag but as soon as they start typing in the phone number (without the +1), the US flag goes away and prospect gets error on phone number stating missing country code.  Has anyone run into this before and if so, were you able to solve it and how? Let me know.  Thanks!
