Does anyone know if it is possible to have the scheduling event in two different languages?Example:I have one in EN that is linked to EN version of my business website I need on in CZ to suit Czech speaking customers linked to CZ version of my business websiteThe point is that it would be pointless to link EN form to Czech website that would mean a bounce rate for those who do not speak english. You’d think in 2024 this would be more straightforward but it is not. I dont see this feature anywhere.Anyone can help?ThanksM.

My invites are being sent via email, and unless the recipient opens an attachment (with a warning message) the acceptances don’t appear in their calendar.  I watched a video where there was an option to change to calendar invite rather than email invite, but that option is unavailable to me.  Can you help please?  We are getting missed appointments.

For example: a Professor with Office Hours. 3 hour window. Nine, 20 minute slots. How do we prevent one student from taking up all 6 slots for that day?I have upwards of 100 students vying for 27 slots every week.Creating 9 individual events and sending 9 individual links for each day is not going to work.

I am also looking for a solution to adding hosts to a collective meeting that are not part of my company.  I don’t mind paying to add them to my Calendly account, even if they are already Calendly users with their own account, but what I do mind is how much access they have to our entire account. For context, our non-employee hosts are authors of the programs we sell on our platform; they are not technically part of our company, but they do need to help train subscribers to use their programs. A combo training team would ideally include someone from our company and the author (who is not part of our company). Since these authors are not part of the company, they should not:See the list of contacts from meetings they’ve helped to host (to prevent them from directly emailing those subscribers) See a list of other users in the account (which include our staff emails and other author emails) Be able to create their own meetings See the Contacts, Workflows, Integrations & apps, Routing

Hello. There are multiple times that we are scheduling meetings for our clients that contains multiple people. When we do the poll meeting links and send to our clients, why arent we getting a notification back that they responded. Is there a way to be notified that the invitees have responded or do we have to remember to go back to check each time we send out a scheduling poll? 

We work at an organisation with with 3 financial advisors. Our office only has 2 meeting rooms. We also hold meetings online on Teams.I was wondering how we could set up our account so that clients can’t book an in person meeting with the 3rd advisor if the other 2 already have them booked in to meeting rooms.Following this, in the event that the meeting rooms are taken, we would need to keep online meetings as an option.Any help would be appreciated!

How do I get rid of this little tab thing in Chrome? It just showed up for the first time today. I don’t see a way to turn it off in the extension. Absolutely do not want this thing hovering over every single page. I’ve clicked the X and it just keeps coming back.  

I use to add meeting notes to past events. where can I find them? is there a way to include them in the exported excel file of the past events?

I want to make an event that shows my availability, but doesn't allow bookings. I've been looking, but there doesn't seem to be a function like that.If there's not, I'd also appreciate an alternative on this problem.

We recently switched from MS Bookings to Calendly and love it so far.  We are using it to help us manage appointments at our warehouse and only allow our partners to book 7 calendar days into the future.  With MS booking all of the appointments became available at midnight for 7 days into the future.  We didn’t necessarily like that but we are also getting feedback from our partners that it can be challenging with Calendly because the appointments open up as the time happens.  For example the appointment for 4/23 at 8am opens up at 8am today (4/16) and so forth.  They would prefer that they all open up at one time like 6:30am on 4/16 for all the appointments on 4/23.  Is that possible?

People are replying to the Calendly reminder txt, but I do not get those, where are those going and how can it be routing to me? People are responding to those to reschedule or send info and never get it.

Hi - I was able to apply a buffer to only ONE day on my calendar but I want the same one hour increment to appear as unavailable after EACH appointment slot.  Can someone please help?

On the Group Meetings however, they have to add it manually to their calendar/download it which creates confusion...it also sometimes warns them that it could be an unsafe attachment which scares them. I am trying to schedule a 1-day event (photo shoot) with an AM session that runs 9-12 and a PM session that runs 1-4, with 30 spots per session. I was able to create my event and the time-blocks show on my calendar, but on the booking page, the clickable options are 9:00 and 1:00. I’m afraid this might confuse my clients as they might not realize that the 9:00 option actually goes until 12:00. Is there a way to show time-ranges on the booking page? Ideally, the booking page would have: 9:00-12:00 (30 spots available)1:00-4:00 (30 spots available)  

I am a real estate broker and use a very large CRM. In trying to get my number properly registered with them, they make sure that everything on your website meets the FCC requirements and the Calendly form that is embedded into my website they say is missing that opt-in language. Has anyone else encountered this and/or knows of any way to add verbiage to the form to make it compliant? Thank you. 

I do yard and garden consultations. After booking, I send my clients a Word document questionnaire to prepare for their visit. Option 1 - Is there a way to create this questionnaire in Calendy and have it sent automatically. If so could they also add attachments (diagram of their yard, pics, etc.)? This would save me a ton of time. Option 2 - could a Word doc (the questionnaire) be automatically sent to them with their scheduled appointment confirmation? The customer would then complete it email it back to me as they do today. It would take out the manual process of me emailing the doc to them.  Thanks.
