This new Meeting Page layout is useless.  It makes the customer's name blend in with the rest of the text instead of making it stand out as the header of each appointment.  I don’t understand why Calendly is always trying to reinvent the wheel.  I feel like every change is a step back from the previous layout.  I can no longer make appointments from my computer, since the change a few months ago...and now my Customer’s names are camouflaged within the appointment type on the Meetings Page layout.  Please stop ruining a once very helpful system.

The event description has disappeared. How can I restore the latest version? Are there any saved versions?And my second question:Where can I view social media referrals? I added a pixel in META, but I can't find where to view statistics on actual referrals to the event.

I want to schedule 3 + event types (three different coaching offers) that have different durations and numbers of sessions. I get that I can create 3 event types, one for each offer. But I want to make sure if someone schedules me for Tuesday for a 75-minute appointment starting at 2pm for Offer A, no one can schedule me for 3pm for a different package.Can someone clarify if Calendly accounts for this and other than creating the 3 event types with their durations, can I stipulate how many sessions they can schedule, and not have double bookings happen across event types?

I’ve seen a few requests for waitlist options. Just chiming in for another +1 to that request and any insights on timing of when we could potentially see something like this from the product team.My goal is to use Calendly for teaching virtual small group classes on Zoom. I would love to have an option for people to add themselves to a waitlist if spots are full for a specific time slot and then they get added if someone cancels out of the spot.Alternatively, maybe it’s a “notify” feature where people can give their email to be notified if a spot becomes available to sign up. I know retailers like B&H Photo do this for products when they’re sold out. I realize there are other tools available for this, but I love the calendly platform. Keep up the great work!

How do I change my event description without creating a new event? To be clear, I want to change the text that people see when they land on my Calendly event page.

does this mean they cancelled the appointment? As a client, where do I find appointments that I have made within another person’s Calendly schedule?

Hi, community.  Enjoying the app.  I am a small biz owner with a standard plan.  I have used calendly successfully for a few months now and have 2 sub-contractors who use the biz account to also set client meetings (we are an SAT/ACT prep company). Giving context as some of you knowledgeable and kind folks try to help me. I have spent 7 to 10 hours trying this.  I have yet to throw my computer through the wall, but if you all can help me, I am sure I won’t.  Ha.  Here’s what I am trying to do: I am hosting a FREE ACT mock exam at a local library on a specific date and time. I want to create a meeting which then gives me a link I can put out onto our website, socials, and to all the schools and organizations with whom we have a biz relationship.   All I want folks to do is scan the qr code/follow the link to sign up for the meeting.  Answer the 3 or 4 questions so that we know who is coming and so that, after the meeting, we can schedule follow ups with the parents to discuss the result

We give clients and our receptionists links to schedule with our team through Calendly. Since our receptionists and clients who are in our lobby are scheduling appointments through the same IP address over and over (different appointments, same computer scheduling), we are suddenly having an issue where attempting to schedule more than 10 Calendly appointments from a single IP address leads to an error and we are unable to schedule.This happens with the direct scheduling link and with the reschedule link that is generated by Calendly.I do not see any limits set on the number of appointments that can be scheduled from a particular IP address. Is this new? It wasn’t happening last week. Why is this happening, and how do we fix it?

 How do I create a team event? I don't see an option in new ui 

As recent as last week, the titles of one-on-one meetings were included as the header for the calendar invite. However, I noticed yesterday they are no longer booking that way but instead the name of the organizer is now the title. WHY???? I didnt change any settings!!!!!!!! I want it back the old way! 

It would be really amazing to have the option to add layered availability schedules.For example: I’d have my default meeting schedule (based on when I have in-office availability) applied to all event types. Then, I’d have a different availability “layered” on top that expands those hours for virtual meetings (or internal meetings, etc).Just food for thought!

Hello, One of my clients has added an incorrect email address. When I try to edit it, the box is greyed out. I’ve created a new contact with the correct details in but then if I do this, how do I add an existing booking into it?Thanks

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with the configuration of events in my Calendly account.I created all events as an administrator and then assigned them to each user in my team. The problem is that, when I access the user view or the "Team" page, these events do not appear as available. This prevents me from having a general landing page where all services and professionals in the organization are displayed.Specific example: The events are created correctly (I can see them from my administrator profile). They have been assigned to the different users. However, in the team view no events are shown, not even those of the administrator. Could you please let me know if this is a configuration error on my side or a technical issue with the platform?Thank you very much for your help,

I was added to an organisation in August 2024. i no longer work with that person or have any contact.How can I get my account back? I can’t remove myself.Can Calendly do this for me?I have opened a support ticket via the chat 3 times with no response.Don’t really want to delete my account and start again as I have my booking link in several places that are delivering booked appointments.

Hi there,do we have any updates from the product team on supporting more languages or having the ability to manually translate elements? I saw others requesting that feature before as well.The AI possibilities nowadays should make this easy for implementation.Can we expect any product update soon?  

I have integrated Zoom in my account and set it as a location in my event type, too. Still, the Zoom link is not appearing on the calendar invite or even on the email notification. I have a Teams subscription plan, FYI.Please advise on how to troubleshoot this. Thank you.  

What exactly was the goal with these new UI changes?To make Calendly less intuitive, more complicated, harder to use, and generally more confusing?This past year’s series of interface overhauls is, without exaggeration, the worst redesign I’ve ever seen in a software product.For the love of God put it back to circa 2022 Calendly. Good day. 

Is there a way to use "Workflows/Send email to someone else” or a similar feature to send an email notification to a non-host email address 24 hours before a meeting that contains the names of ALL registrants for that meeting?

I have an automation setup on several event types that sends me a text message when someone books.  For a long time, it clearly told me the name of the person who just scheduled.  Recently, it began saying “(multiple invitees) scheduled..." I’ve confirmed it’s only one person booking, with no other bookings on the same day. Looking back on my text thread from Calendly, it was working correctly on 6/20/25, and then on 7/21/25 it started with this new behavior.  Did something change on Calendly’s end between those dates?  I don’t believe I changed anything.

I am trying to use Calendly for scheduling a Youth Basketball Organization.  We have nearly 100 teams and use about 9 Gyms that sometimes need to be blocked.Is there a way to manage many gyms through 1 account?  It seems like it should be the equivalent of booking conference rooms or something for an office, but I’m just not seeing it.

I use calendly daily and it is a problem when I am asked to find a time in week 33 as an eksample. I need week number to be activated like in outlook and other proff. systems. How to activate this? Jens
