We work on flexible schedules where we have the power of definition for meeting times and are looking for the ability to create time windows that meetings can take place.
I have searched for my question but can’t find any answers to what I specifically need. I have my appointments set up for specific days and times. Not all day every day. I let my clients know ‘if these days and times don’t work, shoot me two times that do, and I will check my calendar.’ So sometimes I am available for a call at a time that is not set up in Calendly. Every now and then I get a client who schedules a call, and we need to change the date and time to one that is not set up in Calendly. Is there a way I can go in and change the appointment time in Calendly to a day and time I don’t have on my schedule? Like a manual override for that? It would be so nice if I could go into the scheduled appointment, and it let me Customize the date and time, I need to change it to. I also have workflows for reminders set up so I would like to keep that to the changed timeline as well. I am able to reschedule easily on my Google calendar and send a notification from there- but the
My clients and I are in different time zones. It seems that they can book in their time zones most of the time but some are receiving the confirmation in another time zone and this creates a lot of confusion. I have tried contacting the help center but it is useless. I’m not sure what hours it is staffed but I have been waiting to connect to an agent for 2 days now.Any thoughts?
Hello!I am a big fan of the website embed. However, one point is a real problem. Specifically, it is about the language setting (German). My website visitors are addressed as “Sie”. This is very formal and is more commonly used in the old economy. To my people it sounds like I am ending the friendship. Many tools (example: Wordpress) allow two variants.German (informal - Du) and German (formal - Sie).A second language setting would be really great.Best regardsAdrian ;-)
Hi all!I am opening a dance studio for adults and one of the perks members get is the ability to book space to use for their own purposes with some parameters: They can book up to six hours a month They can book up to 1.5 hours at a time, once a dayI’m not sure how to set this up and would appreciate any suggestions!
I’m trying to schedule for a client who is in California and I am in New York. I thought if I schedule at 12:30 PM, it would work out when she wants a 9:30 AM appointment but it didn’t. She saw 1230
As a coach, I like to give my clients links to schedule their purchased calls using links that expire as a way to enforce the number of sessions purchased. For example, if they purchased three sessions, I like giving them three unique links via email. Once they’ve used them all - they can’t schedule more. However, this gets pretty tedious. Are there any plans to make it possible to generate/fetch these expirable links via Zapier? That would be a sweet way for me to do it.
Would appreciate advice on how to add a User to a Team?
Hi everyone, I have a question about Calendly. I would like to set up two different event types in Calendly—one with Host A and another with Host B—as we have two salespeople who will be meeting with clients separately. With the standard package, would this setup be possible? If so, could you provide guidance on how to configure it? Thank you in advance,
How do I stop Calendly from adding appointments to your iPhone calendar. I use my laptop to manage meetings. Calendly ChatBot was no help. Chat agent wanted access to my computer. Per AI search suggestions, I navigated to settings > availablity … but “manage Calendars” was not there. Any step by step instructions?
when customer requests an appointment with me it is sent to someone else
Hey there, is there a way to use the buffer feature (great) but without showing these 30m buffers before and after the meeting in my calendar?
I have several recurring blocks on my Google Calendar for focus time (using Google Calendar’s special “focus time” event type)There are certain types of events though that I’d like to be able to enable to ignore focus time blocks in their availability. My example use case is that I have large blocks on two days per week for coding. I’m marked as “busy” during these times because I do not want normal meetings getting scheduled either through calendly or google calendar. I want my team members to be able to book pair coding sessions with me during this time through calendly while still respecting any non-focus-time events booked during these times that limit my availability.Such a feature would be useful in many cases where people want to block off focus time for certain types of activities and offer special-purpose booking links related to that activity. It would not be necessary for this feature to be granular at all, it would be sufficient to just have an “ignore focus time” checkbox
I am booking lessons for candidates, and I would like to run some group sessions at specific times. While I can set up the group session, it does not reserve a slot in my Outlook diary unless someone books in to take the lesson (which they won’t do until I send out the link at a specific time each week). However, I also run multiple different types of 1:1 sessions, which are open for candidates to book at any time free in my calendar, and until someone books a slot in the group session, candidates see the time where the group slot would be in my diary as free, and they book in their 1:1 sessions over the top of it.Can I set the group sessions to “hold/reserve” a place in my diary, without someone booking in first? Otherwise, my 1:1 candidates book out all the times, and then I cannot run the group sessions I have planned, or I have to manually set dozens of different availability hours in my sessions, which can become incredibly confusing for me to keep track of.
Over the past month, we have seen a massive increase in our Spam bookings with absolutely no documentation on how to prevent this… Is there any way to prevent this? We are aware we can report them but this has NO affect and it has gotten to the point where we are looking at alternatives outside of Calendly as we have just been caught in a loop trying to get ahold of support. The chatbot asks us to login when we are already logged in and then gives us an error when we click the sign in button. I have 20+ clients having issues with this and the only thing I can find is 4 months ago they put in a feature request for recaptcha… Absolutely no update on this, a few days away from telling all my clients to cancel and move to a different platform when we find a better solution. Any suggestions are appreciated!
I am in Bangladesh. So my Zip codes are usually should be 4 Digit. But while I am going to payment procedure it asking me - 5 digit.. How to sort this out?
Bonjour,Existe t’il un paramétrage de Calendly qui empêche les personnes d’annuler ou modifier eux mêmes leur RDV?Merci
Is there a way to set individual lead times in a round robin event for staff?
For organization account, can users under this organization create their own event-types with respective availability schedule for each event type? or the admin only can do this for them?
HiI am creating my accelerator website in France for French poeple Plateya with EU perso data. Is Calendly (pro version) OK with GDPR rules ?I’ve heard of a solution that had troubles because of Calendly supposed non compliance. Thanks
Hi, I’m trying to connect Calendly to our organisation’s shared inbox. We have a Microsoft 365 subscription and each employee logs in using their own email credentials, then we all have access to a shared mailbox which is used as the “front of house” client facing inbox.Id like to link that inbox to the Calendly integration on our website but when I try to do it, it asks for login credentials for the shared mailbox (which do not exist) and only allows me to login using a personal email. I did find this topic, but need more guidance - How do I Connect a shared inbox calendar (Microsoft Office 365)? | CommunityHow do I go about connecting the integration to our shared mailbox?Thank you.
I would like to manage the calendars for these 4 events, but I do not want to be scheduled on the meetings. Is there a way to remove myself from being scheduled while still managing the calendars?Does it have something to do with updating the host of the event?
When a guest cancelled a meeting, the event used to stay in my calendar but show as cancelled. Now it just vanishes and I can’t see what previously occupied the newly created hole in my diary. Have I changed something without meaning to? How can I get it to show cancelled meetings again?
I would like to connect with someone at Calendly to set up a 30-minute training for my HR team about using Calendly for our needs. I can be reached at ****** Thanks!
I love Calendly and have only one, recurring issue -- people regularly tell me that they’ve let me know via email (presumably by replying to an established meeting booked via Calendly or adjusting it in their calendar platform) that they need to reschedule, cancel, or otherwise update a meeting scheduled via Calendly… and I don’t receive those messages. Does anyone else have this problem?
