How Do I...?

I run a business and use Calendly for clients to book in meetings, I have 10 different event types and I have set each one to max 2 per day. The problem is because the event types are all different, there’s nothing stopping more than 2 being booked each day. I have set 30minute buffers but don’t want really long buffers as it means clients have very restricted time slots to choose from. However, I also don’t want more than 2 events to be booked in a day! I don’t think there’s an ideal solution to this yet. But I think my best option is once I have 2 events booked on a day, I change my availability to “unavailable” for that day, so no other clients are able to book a slot. My question is, would this cause the already booked events to be cancelled? 

I have organized the days and times of my appointments, but inexplicably days and times appear that were not selected by me. How do I correct this error?

Today I hosted an event with 80 attendees, but I as not able to act as the host in Google Meet. Only as a participant.  I am the owner of the Calendly account and use the same email for my Google Meet.  Is the higher number of attendees an issue? 

Today, Tuesday May 13th, 2025, was when I, as the organizer, was supposed to run my Webinar 101. From a notice on Google Calendar, there were FOUR paid registrants. And the Zoom link YET, NO ONE SHOWED SHOWED UP. Not only that….I got NO INDIVIDUAL EMAILS representing each of the four that were shown on my Google Calendar to have signed up for today, May 13th. Not only that, because I got no individual emails for each of those four, I also didn’t get to see their two questions each which they would have filled out when registering.   Not only that, on my Meetings page, today’s Webinar 101 wasn’t even showing for today.  Not only that, it was shown that I have a May 20th availability for Webinar 101 and one person signed up. BUT THERE IS NO MAY 20th WEBINAR for 101. But there is one for my Webinar 201 on May 20th. Yet I could NOT remove May 20th for the Webinar 101. Not only that, the Booking for Webinar 101 only shows May 20th, when I clearly have May 13th for 101, and May 27th for 101.

One of our events includes buffers on the Outlook calendar, but we don’t want it to be there. Anything that I have seen in here has said that Calendly was working on this, but that was 8 months ago.I have 2 events in Calendly where one of them does this and our newest one does not.

I have done gaining on 7 weeks of two different successful webinars every other Tuesday using Calendly to get registrants...UNTIL NOW!On a page on a website I own, I have posted a link to Calendly for the Introductory Webinar I teach every other Tuesday, and a different link to Calendly for the Advanced Webinar I teach for the other Tuesdays. Back and forth. Each link HAS worked for seven weeks for registrants to sign up for, and pay for. What has worked is that I am doing a “Custom” scheduling. That means I make all days UNavailable for both, but create “Specific dates” availability for every other Tuesday. Again. that has worked for 7 weeks. So for example, for May and the Introductory Webinar, I have it set for Tuesday May 13th and Tuesday May 27th, and both dates show on the right side when I click Events, plus on the Introductory Webinar…but NEITHER May dates show up when the link is clicked on by a potential registrant, even though this has worked for ALL of April.The “Custom” sc

I really like the meeting recap feature.  It is very accurate.  But I don’t want to record the whole meeting too.  Is there a way to just get the written recap without saving the video?

When I go to Meetings, it fails to show the “Webinar 101” I have scheduled for clients TODAY, May 13th.  Jolly.  I have four registrants, plus NO EMAILS for any of them as registering, which means I can’t see their two questions each. Yet, I’ve always gotten those individual emails before! What changed?? When I go to Meetings, it also fails to show the “Webinar 101” repeat for May 27th. Why? It’s clearly shown on my end.  Meetings (and booking) also shows a FALSE date for Webinar 101 on May 20th. No!! And when I try to get rid of that date, there is no Delete. Plus there is a registrant for it. Yes, I can remove her, but then I have to manually refund her for a date that Webinar 101 was not meant to occur.  For most of yesterday evening, I got an error message from Calendly. And guess what? Hi! For my One-on-One event types where "Allow invitees to add guests" is enabled, it would be great for there to be a link on the event (similar to the Rescheduling link) that allows invitees to also add guests *after* they've booked the event. It's somewhat common for the invitee to forget to add their teammates to the call, leading them to have to reach out to me to add them to the invite.I did see this though: https://community.calendly.com/topic/show?tid=819&fid=40 and perhaps just the “Reschedule:” in the event description could be edited to say “Reschedule or Add Guests:” if “Allow invitees to add guests” is enabled. Though, it would probably be ideal to have the “Add Guests” link separate and automatically take you to the 2nd page of the Reschedule flow, where the same event time is pre-selected. I try to add my Google Meet account to my Calendly, but get this confusing and strange error message;“You must configure your calendar connections to push events to a Google Calendar to host Google Meet web conferences on your events.” Then, there was a link to Google Calendar that took me to the calendar. I searched under settings and other places, but could not find this “calendar connections to push events….” Does anyone have a " how-to-do-it instruction” or “Dumies Calendly connection to video conferences"?

It’s really frustrating that I first must change the settings (how many hours in the future can that event be scheduled) and then I must change my availability (adding the specific time/day that I want to schedule) and then hope nobody snags that time that I’ve already promised to a client before I go back in to add the client manually. THEN, I must go back and undo the two settings I’ve just modified and put them back to normal, again hopeful that nobody books before I get it set.That’s a LOT of steps. Why can’t I simply override my own calendar?

I also want to let potential customers whose schedule does not mesh with mine contact me directly for a one-off scheduling request. Is this possible with the free plan, and if not, which is the lowest paid level for which it is possible?

Unfortunately, I noticed that the Polish currency (PLN) is not available as an option for payment processing. This is crucial for my business, as most of my clients are based in Poland and prefer to pay in PLN.I kindly ask if there are any plans to support PLN as a currency in the Stripe integration, or if there is any workaround available. I am having trouble figuring out how to create duplicate available times under 1 user. Example I want two 10:00s, 10:30s, 11:00s and so on. Any help would be appreciated. I have also tried scheduling it under Group as well. Thank you

Hi everyone, does anyone know how I resolve this?The calendar I add bookings to and check for availability is me@work.com The MS Teams account I use for the meetings is me@home.com  So I create Teams meetings as WORK but then try and access them as HOME. Access is denied as I am not the originator I cannot see how I can login with my work doman for meetings to sync with calendar AND login with a different microsoft account to be the originator of the Teams meeting.Any help would be gratefully received, thanks Al

I have a paid account on Calendly and want to cancel my account before it renews. I pushed cancel, but it still wants to renew until next year. I do not want to continue on for the next year. I was informed I needed to click the textbox when trying to chat with someone, but it will not show up. When I clicked the troubleshoot tab, it said to make sure functional cookies were on. The cookie tab doesn’t allow me to actually click it. I need this cancelled today, please, without renewing this year. 

When I start to reschedule an event, the program sends it out (updates) before I’m done! How can I stop that from happening?

I see others have previously inquired about this and I’d like to drive home the feedback and ask that it is pushed with priority to your dev teams/product teams.I have found Calendly to be nearly perfect in every respect save this one. All of my meetings are weekly, and each week I need to remember to go in and REBOOK all of them for the following week.Several user notes here:I want to be able to, from the booking screen where I type in the users name/email, set the meeting to Repeat → Weekly and set the date until which this weekly appt goes (with one of the options to be indefinitely). In the meantime while this feature is ironed out, I would appreciate the option to ONLY send the Reminder email 24-hours in advance - not a ‘confirmation of booking’ email. This way, my patients don’t know exactly when I rescheduled them in for the next week, only that we have a set weekly appointment that they will receive a reminder for every week at the same time. Is there a way to add more than 10 questions ? I use that part of the intake for booking a call to get a comprehensive idea of some things to be discussed in the meeting. If not yet, id love to suggest this as a feature. or some intrgration thats like google forms or something but within the booking page for calendly meeting.

I have synced by google calendar and my Calendly account.   I can see that they are synced because my conflicts on my google calendar do not show up as meeting options in Calendly.  So clearly Calendly is reading my google calendar. I have also selected this particular google calendar for Calendly events to be added to. But when a meeting is confirmed in Calendly, it is not appearing in my google calendar.  How can I fix this?Thank you!
