Hi,I'm trying to set up an in-person group event using Calendly and want to allow 14 people per 2-hour session. The sessions are as follows: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (14 people) 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (14 people) 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (14 people) However, Calendly doesn't seem to be displaying the time slots correctly. It's also not allowing multiple people to register for the same session—it tries to assign each person a 30-minute slot, but this is meant to be a 2-hour group session with up to 14 participants per time slot.Can you please guide me on how to properly configure this in Calendly?Thank you!

Is Calendly invoice GST Inclusive for Australia. I tried to search the GST Registration number mentioned in the invoice, but it is invalid?

In this support article, it says that I can remove buffers from existing scheduled meetings.However, I do not have that capability on my Calendly account.That article was updated on December 10, 2024, which was over 4 months ago. If that was a brand new feature on December 10th, 2024, then shouldn’t I have had that feature by now?How can I request to get this feature added to my Calendly account?Thank you!

I was charged by Calendly through an inactive email and received no notification. I saw the bill on my credit card statement. I have emailed calendly multiple times without any response. It is very frustrating when I had no idea I was being charged. What can I do? I no longer use calendly.

Hello,I usually run multiple meetings with my clients, and when it is time to schedule an additional meeting I usually use the option that says “schedule invitee again.” This allows me to duplicate the meeting, while allowing the past meetings to stay on my calendar for tracking purposes. I have recently noticed an update to the calendly pages and I am not find the “schedule invitee again” option anymore. Can anyone help me locate where that option has been moved to? Thanks. Jemayne 

I had a paid monthly plan, after a month I wanted to go back to the free plan, but I only get a pause. I don't see anywhere that I can cancel the plan completely.  See screenshot, this is when I click on downgrade. The payment information can't be removed either. Please help me to completely switch to a free plan 

How do I amend the default number of clients that can book per session. For example, it is currently set to 8 available spaces, but if I want a specific day to only have 6 spaces available, how do I amend that. Also how can guests book multiple spaces instead of booking 6 times for a family for example.

Hi, I have a very similar question as this thread here:  So Calendly keeps on sending invites using my gmail (the Google calendar that is connected to Calendly), even if I use my company email to log into Calendly. When I try to change the Google calendar that is connected to Calendly, I started out with connecting it to my company account. However, it keeps on redirecting it to my gmail calendar. That’s probably because I added my company email to my gmail account, to keep things in one place. How can I change this? If I remove the synced Google calendar from Calendly, people are not even getting any meeting links at all, which is worse. Is there a work around?

Help! How do I get my invitation titles to not include my name? They now read as: [Invitation Title] - (My Name) I don't want my name to be included on the Invitation - or at least be able to change it.

I couldn’t find a reschedule button for a scheduled meeting so I canceled it today (Zoom is down so need to move meeting to next week). I have the list of emails of people who signed up for today, is there a way to automatically add/invite them to the new scheduled date next week?

An attendees has cancelled an appointment but the attendee gets a Teams calendar invite . See below. Would appreciate some help as this is causing a lot of confusion. Thanks Paz

I have a set of X event types using schedule A, which works for Asia and Europe. However, for the Americas, schedule A doesn't offer any suitable slots because they're too early.I want to have two booking page links with the same event types but using different schedules. If possible, people in the Americas should see the appropriate booking page, while everyone else sees the standard booking page.How can I do that?

Hello,I have the Calendly Chrome extension set up to appear in my Gmail for quick access. Unfortunately, it’s not working correctly. When I attempt to insert a link, it only gives me one option, which is an old outdated option (15 min. meeting).  If I click on the “Edit” link, it takes me to my event types page, where I can copy the link, but I feel like that’s an few steps that I shouldn’t have to take if the extension was working properly. Is there a way to update this extension so it only shows my current event types and not an outdated one? See below - these are my updated event types.If I insert the old 15-min. link and click on it, it gives an error:I appreciate your help!

I have been having issues using Calendly and I simply want to speak with customer support. Does Calendly not provide this service? 

I have created both an Individual and Group session, and have noticed that students are able to join a Group session, but when a student makes an Individual session that corresponds to the Group session time, it blocks out the Group sessiion, preventing other students from joining the particular group. Even though both the Individual and Group sessions for the particular date are now blocked, I still want the Group time for the particular date to remain open, while blocking out the Individual time slot, but do not know how to do this. Thank you Paul

Hi,  I am trying to setup the availability of my music studio on calendly. The studio has 24/7 access and i want my clients to see this when they try to book a slot. The calendar only goes up to 7.45pm event thought i have adjusted and set the availability times in the availability tab. I have also set it so that Invitees can schedule indefinitely into the future with at least no set notice.  I am still getting the problem. Any one know how to solve this ? Thanks

I’d like to restrict a total of X meetings for one event type.I’m running usability testing sessions and want to stop receiving bookings once I have enough participants. From this page it seems that you can do it, but when I go to edit my event, my UI looks different and only allows me to set a daily limit?TIA :)

I have Calendly setup to automatically create & attach Zoom calls to my meetings.But I noticed yesterday that if a Calendly meeting gets canceled through Calendly, Calendly doesn’t automatically delete the Zoom call that was attached to that meeting.Yesterday, one of my customers canceled their Calendly meeting by using Calendly’s cancel link, but their Zoom call was still left behind in my Zoom account. So when I log into Zoom, the Zoom calendar lists an upcoming Zoom call that is no longer happening.This was confusing for me, because I had thought that the event was canceled — which it was.It would be great if Calendly would also cancel the associated Zoom calls if a Calendly event is canceled.Thank you!Scott 

Hello GroupMy name is Michael and I am new to the calendy platform and have some questions for you who have used this platform for years. I have a very simple business where I have to help onboard people in the evening when I call them back after they set their appointment.I only do this from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. 30 minute slots. 5 slots per night. 630pm 7:00pm 730 pm 8:00pm and 8:30pm. Only Three days a week. Tuesday – Wednesday- Thursday.That’s it. That’s the set up. Simple right?Now Questions:Can I just set up the calender on just one week? And be through. Will the calender move the same 3 day info to the next week, automatically?My customers are All going to sign up for their appointments on Mondays ONLY.Tuesday – Wednesday -Thursday are the 3 days I will be calling them back.Can this be done very simply?Would someone in the group be willing to walk me through the process to get this done? Please contact me at Michael Lee.  Thank you for your help
