How Do I...?

Hi Calendly Team and Community,I’m on the Teams plan and trying to set up a Managed Event.However, when I create a new Managed Event, I don’t see the option:“Which calendar should events be added to?”I want to assign a different Google Calendar for each Managed Event, but this setting doesn’t show up anywhere—even immediately after creation.✅ I’ve already: Upgraded to the Teams plan Connected multiple Google Calendars Set “Do not add events to calendar” once and switched back Still, the setting does not appear.Has anyone faced this? What am I missing?Thanks a lot!

Hi Everyone,  I have a client who wants her facilitators to book 5 days a week out. Is there a way of setting this up? I have the 24 hours set up but that’s still manual because you need to go in to every day individually to book I want this client to say I want to book from Monday 7 April Till Friday 11 April. Your feedback is appreciated.ThanksSteph 

I have folks to use my calendar but they are more of senior folks that cannot use Western-based languages that currently provided.  Can you provide this feature, or even I am willing to provide Korean translation for UI portion free?  I used to be SW development manager for years before I retired last year.  :-) 

why isnt there a way for invitees to add people  when booking a reservation? it’s kind of odd when it’s marketed also as a reservation system… my customers have to reserve and pay for each individual- i host classes of 12-14 people and sometimes families and big groups want to reserve but have to do it one at a time?? I hope there’s a simple solution to this simple problem. And no- i dont want to add one on one events just so people can add their emails. Because I take payment and need the amount of people and payment for how many there are. this is a easily solveable problem and if calendly can’t do this I have to cancel my subscription and find another event booking app. hope this reaches the product development team beacuse there’s already multiple posts on this. thank you.

I suggest that Calendly makes the 12 hours (am/pm) time format the default for the booking page. Most people are familiar with tihis format and some of them struggle making the convertion from 24 hours format to 12 hours format. Most of our users complain about it.

I need to disconnect the integration between Calendly and an old CRM that I was using through infinity box leads… I believe it was a version of GoHighLevel. I need to disconnect this so I can connect it with my new CRM

We are a new shared office workspace and I need to set up a shared boardroom so that our tenants can book it and we don’t have conflicts.  We already use Calendly to book tours of our facility and we have attached that to info@mydomain.com I have found some instructions on how to set up a shared boardroom and it says to create a new event type and then to create a collective event type.  When I do that it prompts me to invite a user.  If I invite user customercare@mydomain.com does that mean that calendar will be the calendar used for the shared boardroom?  In other words I should not use my personal work email or my work calendar will be jammed with bookings for the boardroom?  I also appear to have to pay for another user to create a shared boardroom? I assume that is correct?   ThanksDerek 

I’m supposed to be on a paid subscription through work. For some reason, Calendly took me off the work account. My boss has been trying to get me back on the account, but they have not responded to her. Because I was kicked off my paid account, I can’t use the chat feature to talk to someone and there is no phone number. Can someone please help??????

Is it possible to?I have 1 apartment that I would like to rent out. Is it possible to use cadlendly to put the agenda on my sales page with a payment page behind it so that people can see which weeks are still open. I want to rent out from Saturday to Saturday so it is not very complicated. Can the agenda do this?

I support 2 different organizations and schedule meetings through their unique domain google calenders. I have calendly set up on my primary/main google calendar. Any appointment I currently send a link for scheduling sets the meeting on my primary account. I don’t see an option to switch users/domains for scheduling. Can I schedule meetings on the other calendars outside of my domain through this one Calendly account OR do I need to have 3 different calendly accounts for scheduling?

I’m hoping to get some guidance on setting up a one-time event. I’d like to create a single event for April 17, from 1–3 PM, and I want to enable payment collection as part of the registration process. This is for a coaching workshop for about 10 people. If I create an EVENT, it’s repetitive. I can’t make it a ONE-OFF.  It looks like I can take payments. If I create a MEETING (it’s a one-off), but it won’t let me take payments. Thank you in advance for your help. 

When setting up  an event type, I decided to clone it. Is there a way that I can edit the name of the event so it does not read WDYD(clone)? Thank you

I'm a tutor and need to be able to maximize my meetings per day without odd gaps between them. I’ve noticed several threads asking for the same function, no solution, all closed for comments. Has Calendly come up with a solution to this problem?  

I have a complex use case. I need to schedule 4 back-to-back interviews for the same candidate / person to meet with different panels. E.g., 1st 90 mins with UX Round Robin panel, next 1 hour with Product Round Robin panel, next 1 hour with Engineering Round Robin panel, and last 1 hour with the Hiring Manager (who is fixed). Before Calendly, we typically have an ops staff to help us do manual scheduling and we usually block out 4.5 hours of the candidate’s time. Not sure how best to go about this on Calendly, and if there is any recommended best practices… 

I have forgotten the password for my Calendar account, so I went to do a password reset option only to find out that one doesn’t exist, it’s only allowing me to sign in via Google, I need the access details to pass to a third-party in order for them to be able to sync my calendar with my Sales fun

I’m using a Mac every time I upload a photo of me into my profile - calendly rotates it so I’m sideways!I’ve logged into Calendly on my Iphone and can’t even find where to upload a profile in the settings to try this way.  Any ideas please

Is there anyway to have different minimum notices depending on the day of the week? For example, I’d like to be able to have a 12-15 hour minimum notice for the weekdays but 48 hours on the weekend (when it takes more time to plan.) For companies that have limited weekend hours, but still want to be able to book meetings on the weekends, it’s a pain to constantly be changing this setting week after week.

Can the login email be different form the email i would like to use to schedule meetings? And how do i update that?

Hello, I see  multiple topics about IDEAL acceptance and they go for years back. Can you please make sure this feature will be available very soon? It's such a populair payment method in the Netherlands and holds us back from collecting payments online because the stipe and paypal options are not popular here.Can you please make sure this issue will be fixed, so many people asked for it...

In Event Type Scheduling Settings you can have a event daily limit (from what I understand this sets the maximum events allowed per day). I have this set to 1 event. If I am understanding correctly, that means if I already have an appointment on my calendar from this event type it shouldn’t allow another event of this type to be put on my calendar.I am currently testing events to use this feature, but it is allowing me to schedule multiple appointments on the same day for the same event type. For example, I am scheduling Event A on Sept 8. I go back to schedule Event A as a different person and it is still allowing the person to schedule on Sept 8, even though Event A is already on my calendar for Sept 8 with a different client. Is there a different setting to fix this? 

I have Calendly tied into a specific email calendar for Outlook 365.  My problem is arising in that while I have that tied into my account, my Teams account is tied into another email account not related to the Calendly connection.So when I go to connect the Teams in integration, its ignores the request and automatically ties it to the wrong account.  Is there a way to stop this from happening so I can connect to the Teams account I want within integrations?

Hi, I want to allow customers to select either a morning (starting at either 9:45am or 10am) or afternoon (starting at 2:00pm or 2:15pm) appointment each day.  The appoints run for three hours. Once one morning is selected, the morning is then blocked our and the same will apply for the afternoon. I havent been able to set this up correctly, as it will only me to set the duration of each appointment for 30 or so mins, not the three hours. If anyone has any steps or suggestions, I’d be grateful.
