How Do I...?

I integrated Stripe to collect payments, but MXN can’t be chosen as currency. Why not!? Thanks! 

I love using Calendly, but I am considering moving to another platform as the currency options for taking payment for some events still does not have NOK as a currency option, even though Stripe has it. I see that this has been a topic several months ago. Why is NOK still not an option?

Currently, we can go in and alter our timeframe availability for specific dates which I love. The challenge is we can’t customize specific dates further regarding location options. For instance, I work in-person every day so my medical students can choose to meet with me in person or via Zoom. However, there are a couple days a month that I work remotely and I don’t want the in person location option to be available when they book those specific dates, just the Zoom. I try to always keep an eye on it and email the students to notify them that I can only meet via Zoom on that specific date and offer to reschedule if they prefer in person, or I’ll send them the Zoom link. The added challenge, however, is students sometimes schedule the night before and I log in remotely to find a student expected to be able to meet with me in person that morning.I would like to propose an update that would allow us to alter location options for specific dates when we need to make an exception to our stan

I am trying to setup an external scheduling link for my 3 of three folks. I need availability to show when any 2 of the 3 team members are available. Is this possible? The collective scheduling requires everyone to be available and round robin would just rotate the one host but I need it to display times when at 2 team members are available.  Thanks

When an appointment is scheduled, sometimes the appointment does not appear on the correct date and time in my calendar, or the person receives a confirmation email with the wrong date indicated. Sometime it’s the wrong day. Like in the booking it says Tuesday 7Pm but in my google agenda it’s Wednesday 5:30 PM ???  Or sometimes the system confirms an appointment on the wrong day. The message says, “Your appointment is on the 12th,” but the actual appointment is on the 13th. It makes it unreliable

I’m not fond of the new UI update on the edit calendar layout (see screenshot). To say I’m not fond it an understatement. I prefer to edit my Calendars on a laptop (because it has a large screen) instead of a mobile phone. This new layout constrains the Edit view to a side bar- as if it were a mobile site. Can we please bring back the full screen view to edit my calendars the way I was able to not too long ago. I’m really curious to know if many people asked for this change?

I am creating a Calendly Collective to combine two calendars and show available times for both parties. My question: Can I use one of the party’s existing personal calendly link to funnel in to show their available times? So, instead of pulling from their email/full calendar - it would pull from available times shown on their personal calendly link that they have already set up?

I have been on hold waiting for an agent to answer via chat box. I am trying to update the actual verbiage of the link itself to reflect the new year- 2025. How do I update this? I want to support my educators to schedule sessions in our calendar that then allows the learners to join that group event as invitees.  I am currently using the one-to-one event type for this but thought it would work to schedule an event for multiple attendees.  I am finding that it doesn’t work this way. Does anyone have suggestions for scheduling within a facilitators busy schedule and then adding that time for learners to attend the designated slot? Thanks for any help!

I have my work calendar and my home calendar linked on the view side so I can’t double book myself, but when a meeting is scheduled, it would also be nice for me to be able to add that appointment to more than one calendar, i.e. my work and home calendar. Is there any progress being made on this?I added a 2nd user to my account and made my home calendar the 2nd user, but when I created a collective event it won’t show up on my scheduling link so I couldn’t even use that as a work-around. Is there any progress on being able to link a 2nd calendar for events added? Brian

When someone is using Calendly by itself (meaning not integrating with Hubspot) the name of the person booking a meeting appears in the calendar (google) such as Bill Smith and (Employee name) in the calendar details it shows the type of meeting. Now when using Hubspot integration the google the meeting changes to show the type of meeting in the calendar and you have to click on the details to find the name of the person. How do we make it work the way it was before Hubspot integration?

I'd like to allow invitees to choose meeting durations. Is this possible with Calendly?

I am looking for an easy way to reschedule an existing scheduled meeting to take place outside of the normally listed availability?Case in point today: client books a meeting at 11:00 am. My normal working hours go to 12:00 pm. He then calls me and asks if we can exceptionally hold the meeting at 12:00. I say yes, go in Calendly, choose the meeting and click reschedule, but I don’t seem to be able to override my normal availability and book it for 12:00 as the option is not available.  I then went into my calendar, that is linked to calendly, to reschedule it from there, but my client did not receive an updated calendar invitation.  For reference, I am on a paying “standard” plan.  I am looking for an easy, user friendly way to do such minor schedule changes - without having to create special events, etc.  Thank you for your guidance!

Is there a way to essentially have 2 landing pages within calendly for booking? I work with clients and with practitioners.  I have 7 appointment types for practitioners and would have 3+ for clients.  I’d like to have 1 link to give to practitioners with all their options and 1 link to give to clients with all their options.  Is this a possibility? 

I created on-off events for my students to sign up for a 30-minute meeting. The calendar shows all dates as unavailable stating that the space is reserved for a on-off event. How do I make a simple way for my students to sign up? This is very confusing.

New meetings appear on my Google calendar but they don’t appear on the Calendly schedule unless i go in myself and change the availability. Shouldn’t meetings booked through Calendly appear on the schedule / availability automatically??  I’ve spent ages trying to figure this out!

Hello programmer team,I need the following function: Allow multiple bookings by the same person in one step.Select multiple event types before finalizing the booking process.This means: One person books several appointments one after the other on the same day. Or on different days (regular customers). But without the hassle of re-entering all contact details for each individual booking. Without starting the entire booking process from the beginning. And without the risk of losing track of when the bookings made so far were in the calendar. This request has already been made 2 (or 3) times in 8 months. When will this important function be available? It is so obvious that this is necessary for regular customers. I cannot expect regular customers to go to the trouble of booking each appointment individually and searching the calendar for a direct connection to previously booked appointments. As a business owner, I run the risk that customers will then book fewer appointments.Thanks from C

I do see previous topics on this, but they are closed and none specifically address the question I have.The vast majority of the time, a person setting up a meeting gets the Outlook invite, I get the Calendy notification email that a meeting has been set up, and it appears in the Meetings section of my Calendly account - great.Occasionally, though, none of the confirmation emails/invites are sent, but the meeting does still show up in my Meetings section. I think the meeting generally appears on my calendar, but I also recall a few times when it did not appear after they booked the meeting.My question is this:  How can I (and if I cannot, why) manually resend the meeting invite emails to a client from the Calendly Meetings page?  If the meeting is on my calendar, easy, I can send it from there, but when/if it is not, there should be a way to manually get the invite sent out without telling them to go through the booking process again just because there’s no way to resend what should ha
