Is it possible to switch an already created meeting over to a different team?

This is my problem right now. I need a main calendar that has all the available dates, and some ‘personal’ calendars for each user. I need that if someone books an appointment with one of those calendars, in the main calendar the date is no longer available (and in the other calendars it should also appear as not available). If someone cancels the appointment, the date becomes available again in the main calendar as well as in the other calendars. On the other hand, I need each user to be able to manage their appointments without being able to see the appointments that another user has taken (i.e. if someone has taken an appointment on Monday at 12:00 and that someone has not been me, I cannot see the details of who it was, but simply that the date is no longer available).How could I achieve this, using the Teams option in Calendly, synchronising all calendars...?

I have a new laptop with Windows 365 and using Outlook Classic. I also run three Calendars, one each for personal, work, and a company i also contract to who use Google/Gmail for everything.I used One Drive to migrate all my programs and files etc, however Calendly has been problematic. Can’t find the  source files and desktop icons anywhere??? Please help ASAP!

Then payment details will be entered, then user will click the “Schedule Event” button.If this is the event for the successful booking “invitee_meeting_scheduled”, what is the event looked like in GA4 for the successful booking with payment? Will the purchase event automatically be captured in GA4 for the successfully booked with payment?I need your insights. Hi, I have an all day event 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. When I put 8 hours in the event length, the start and end times are not correct, as there is an hour for lunch during the day. Is there a way to have it still show 8 hours (which is the length of instruction) on the first page, but add an hour to the end time on the second booking page? For example, it now says 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., but with the lunch break, it should say 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Thanks!

I am want to send out an invite to all staff that they can chose a time to meet. However when I send it out if a person takes a time it does not allow for anyone else to take any other time. It only seems to work to send the invite to one person to chose a time not multiple people.

Hello, I have multiple clients and I’m facing an issue where I need to host separate meetings at the same time. We’re launching a new product, the 10mm lever belt and different teams like marketing, coaches across various countries are involved. It’s becoming unmanageable to schedule different meetings manually. Is there a way to automate this process, similar to email automation, where we only have to change the names and details?

Hello,We have an account with 3 users/Seats. And we were billed for this month.Now I wasnted to remove one user and replace another one.  Question: Will calendly bill us with the new user? We don’t want to pay twice this month.

I have set up my system so that the client receives an entry code 5 mins before their designated session time to gain access to the court. However some people do not fill this in even though a have a checkbox they must read and tick as per below. I would be so much simpler if the text reminder box was mandatory. why is this not an option?  

Is there any way to hide attendee information on the created Google Calendar events? We have a shared calendar to make sure we don’t double-book our space, but because the calendar is shared, the calendar events cannot have attendee names or emails. I understand that you can edit the event title if you use calendar invitations, but then the attendee is added to the event, and their email will be visible to everyone on the calendar. We currently use email confirmations and delete the attendees’ names from the events, but it would be really preferable if we could just create events without their information attached in the first place.

Hello,I have searched the Calendly community forum topics extensively, and yet I have not seen my particular issue, even though it must be quite common. I have Outlook 365 and Calendly. My Outlook calendar is properly connected to Calendly. The sync works beautifully in real-time. Every time I create, change, or delete an appointment, Calendly is instantly aware of it. But if the appointment in my Outlook calendar is a recurring appointment, and I delete just one instance of it, Calendly fails to recognize that the appointment was deleted. Unfortunately this is quite common for me. I have many standing weekly meetings, but I can’t free up a block of time unless I delete the entire recurring sequence. For example, if I want to free up an hour to meet with a prospective client, I don’t want my time that I blocked off for a lower priority meeting to prevent it from being booked, which is exactly what it’s doing. Hi there, i think it sould be allowed, that you can disable the Basic Notification. The main Problem is, that you cant change the basic notfication for the host. The invitee receive will also receive an E-Mail from @calendly. I think it would per more professional if the invitee receive the E-Mail notification from the company e-mail adress. For this i make several worklows.But i cant disable the Basic Notifications. So the invitee and the host receive two e-mails. First Basic Notifiaction and second the E-Mail from Workflow. Additional i have a synchrosation with outlook. But i cant change the information that are directly in the appointment from the host. I would change the structure from the appointment Like: App. “Firstname” “Lastname” Book Service “Service”. But actually i have to change it manually. Thanks for your response

Good day. I am embedding the Calendly scheduling calendar in my SquareSpace.com website. Assuming that I’d use CSS, I’d like to change the font, font weight, font color, etcetera in all of the calendar areas that have fonts. This would include the headings, meeting location, meeting time length, etc. Can someone please help? Thank you so much!
