Long-time Calendly user here. I have set up a new event in Calendly but cannot get the date to show up as available on the calendar. Would be grateful for any suggestions to resolve this.
Hi Calendly Support,I would like to stop receiving notifications as the host for new bookings, appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules. Right now, invitees are receiving notifications, which is great, but I would prefer not to get notified about these updates. I can see any changes reflected on my calendar, and that's sufficient enough for me. At the moment, I’m receiving too many notifications, and I’d like to disable them entirely.Could you guide me on how to adjust my settings so I no longer receive these notifications?Thank you!
Good morning,We use Calendly a lot for booking sports time slots. We have a lot of comments (more than hundred) saying that it's confusing to see that there are no time slots available instead of seeing that they are full. This gives the impression that we offer no time slot for citizens. Will an option come soon to display the full ranges instead of making them disappear? THANKS
Is it possible to make a limit on one appointment per user for several months?
Hi,we have recently set up training sessions with Calendly through Microsoft Teams calls. Invitees are normally people which does not belong to our organization. How could we send the Microsoft Teams video recording link to all invitees at the end of the call with the follow up email? Thanks for your support.Marco
I’m trying to inline embed the Calendy app on my website, but the calendar never loads. I always get the error This Calendly URL is not valid, then when I log in to Calendly to find out more, it says calendly.com refused to connect. This has been driving me nuts all day, does anyone know how I can fix this please.Thank you.
I am trying to avoid same day appointments but am unable to locate within Settings. Is this option available on the free version?
I can have a maximum of 10 invitees at any given time. I have to allow a 2 hour duration for each invitee, but I do not want to schedule in 2- hour increments (I DON”T want ten people from 8-10, another ten from 10-12, another ten from 12-2, etc.). I want to stagger start times in 15 minute increments always making sure there are a maximum of ten invitees at any given time.If I set 15 minute increments, with a 2-hour duration and a max of 10 invitees, does Calendly keep track of the number of invitees at all times to ensure there are no more than 10 at any given time?
Hello, I’m new to the Calendly/Salesforce integration and a little confused by the documentation. Per this article,Rescheduled meetingsWhen a meeting is rescheduled: Salesforce updates the canceled event record. You can display the rescheduled details by editing the page layout. The rescheduled event will still have "canceled" in the title. A Salesforce Administrator can customize the CancelEvent flow to change the default title. My question is, does this create a whole new entry for the Rescheduled meeting and then add “Canceled” to the title of the original meeting? A related question: Are the options to update the CancelEvent flow to either add “Rescheduled” to the title OR to delete the record? Or would it be possible to Delete deleted items and add “Rescheduled” to rescheduled ones?
Hello!I’m a Product Manager exploring whether Calendly could be a suitable solution for a specific use case in my organization, which provides consultancy services for freelancers. Here’s my question:Is it possible for a Calendly user within our organization to share a one-time scheduling link for another Calendly user’s availability with customers? To provide some context:Our customers need to schedule appointments with their designated Consultant. However, to avoid overwhelming the Consultants, our Customer Success team acts as a filter and facilitates the scheduling process. Here’s the workflow I envision:We’d use one of Calendly’s paid plans to set up individual profiles for each Consultant. When a customer requests an appointment, the Customer Success team would share a one-time link for the relevant Consultant’s availability. This ensures the link is only usable once and prevents it from being reused for unsanctioned scheduling. If one-time links shared this way are not possible, ma
I have edited my availability to suit some dates that I am unavailable, followed steps I found on google, and saved. No issues… however I have just received a booking for one of the dates I had makes as unavailable, and I am still able to view and book all other time slots within my unavailable dates. what have I done wrong?
Hi, I had an event running, and was sharing the booking link. Many people booked just fine and I had a list running of attendees. However, I had a group of people who said they had confirmed their booking, but I did not receive their confirmation, they didn't get any confirmation link. I also didnt see their name on the list. Because it was a handful of people and not just one person, what could be the possible reasons to trouble shoot this issue? Do I assume its a user issue? or could there be another reason they say they confirmed, but didnt get added to the list? Thank you Gill
I have 5 events for my customer with date-specific settings. But since this month i think, all the Calendy events display No Available dates? Is this a bug, because it worked before? We really need these options this way because of an education fair in January 2025.https://calendly.com/afspraak-davinciacademie/ Is there something changed in Calendy in the last 2 months? Regards,Tony (on behalf of DaVinci)
I see that we cannot offer clients multiple options of payment. Are there any plans in the future to add this functionality? I need to offer the option to pay via cash or etransfer after booking as well as both Stripe and Paypal. I have read about routing forms but that is not ideal for my business and the number of events/services I offer.
Hello,As an expert in on-page conversion tactics, it’s great that the calendar can appear next to a certain type of appointment people can book. They see the title, if they want to pay to book it, they see the dates available and then the hours, then they pay and it books. But if I have 5 types of appointments (75 mins, 45 mins, in person, over the phone, etc.) there should be a way to list those right there to the left of the calendar and the person hits the radio button next to it (making each type of appt. mutually exclusive) and then book it without leaving the page.Am I going to have to hire a developer to see if this is possible and pay them for such a basic, common-sense type of feature?thanks
I’m a Territory Sales Rep and use Calendly to organize bookings for the different metros I cover. Is there a way to have a routing form directly on my landing page? I understand you can embed a form into a website with the code widget, but I’m wanting a routing form link to appear on my native Calendly landing page link. TIA for the help.
Hi there - I sent out a poll invite link over instagram for my followers to sign up. I got responses but I don’t see anywhere where I can find their emails so I can give them updates/ask questions for scheduling. How do I reach out to them? Side note, you should really be able to add custom fields in their responses like if they want to provide more information. Specifically I wanted to request their phone numbers so I could text them.
Hi everyone,I’m integrating Calendly into my website to allow visitors to book appointments directly. I’ve used the embed code provided by Calendly, and it’s working fine. However, I’ve noticed a slight delay in page load times since adding the embed. Here’s what I’m currently doing:Using the inline embed option to display the booking widget on a dedicated page. My website is built on WordPress, and I added the embed code using a custom HTML block. The problem is:Page load times have increased by about 1-2 seconds since embedding Calendly. Tools like Google PageSpeed Insights are flagging external scripts as the cause.I’d love advice on:Optimizing the Calendly embed for faster load times. Whether there’s a way to lazy-load the widget so it doesn’t affect initial page rendering. Any alternative methods for integrating Calendly that might perform better.Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi,I’m experiencing an issue with availability settings on my website, where I’ve integrated Calendly for scheduling appointments. Here’s the problem:I’ve set my availability in Calendly to specific time slots 9 AM - 5 PM. My account is set to the correct time zone CST. The embed on my website displays the scheduling widget correctly. However, when users from different time zones try to book, the available slots either don’t reflect their local time properly or show as unavailable. I’ve double-checked the time zone settings in my Calendly account and confirmed that my calendar is synced correctly (Google Calendar). Is there a specific setting I’m missing to ensure that availability updates dynamically for users in different time zones? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello, we use Calendly to book appointments from our web page. One of the “drop down” questions on the page are “What services do you require” and it lists our services. We have a new service and I need to know how to add it to our drop down list. Any help out there?
I have my hours of availability set from 9-4, M-Thurs and 9-1 on Friday. For some reason, my calendar only shows 2 hours available on Mon and Thursday (9AM and 10AM). Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are accurate. There is nothing on my google calendar or in my Calendly settings that would blocking out any of the times on Monday or Thursday that I can see. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have a program video (I’m a parent coach) that I like potential clients to watch before they schedule an initial consultation with me. It’s on YouTube (but I also have it on my computer). Is there any way to add that to the booking page? So when they go to book, they first see the video (or see it along with the info I write out)? Google says yes but I can’t actually find a way to do this.
Hello, complete newbie here... I own a fitness studio and am interested in using Calendy for class attendance. If I create a group event on the calendar for a fitness class and then I have a client that does not sign up but just drops in, how do I add them after the class to keep my roster accurate for better analytics? Is this possible? I also have Pabbly plus (a Zapier like app) if that helps to connect/ automate anything? Is there a tutorial available? Any suggestions? Best Practices this? For recurring classes?
I am trying to follow Calendly’s instructions on how to sync calendars. It says, go to your profile picture and from the dropdown menu click Calendar Sync… there is no calendar sync tab in my drop down menu. And when I click more settings, there is no calendar sync tab. Please help!
WhatsApp is a major communication channel in India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. We schedule many meetings and want to send WhatsApp reminders to attendees to ensure maximum turnout. Currently, we use Zixflow via Make to send these messages, but there is no direct integration yet. We have requested the Calendly team to integrate with Zixflow, which is a straightforward WhatsApp platform. If you think this integration would benefit your workflow, please request it to calendly team, Here is the link to vote for it.
