HI there I am recieving this message when I have no time clashes. I need to book this session. What do I do?
Hi I have an up and coming event set up for 28th November but for some reason is not showing in scheduled meetings. All my other events have shown up on this tab. I am trying to access bookings but can’t get this detail.
I would like to request that Calendly remove reserved meeting times from calendars that have yet to be confirmed within a predetermined amount of confirmation notice. For example, if 2 p.m. is a reserved meeting time, but it has yet to be confirmed within a predetermined advance notice (say, 2 hours beforehand), it’s automatically removed from your calendar.
This is not for the email reminders or workflows, I see this right up front because everything I can find is talking about that. When Calendly creates an invite to a meeting and places it on my calendar, that invite does not follow the default 15 reminder notification setting I have set up in Outlook to give me or the invitee a 15 minute notification. The below should have 15 minutes selected. This example was created using my Event Name: 15 Minute Meeting and the invitee chose Zoom as the option if that is useful information. I do see the same behavior from the other event types as well, but I can not find what setting to adjust to correct this. For context, whenever I manually add an appt in Outlook it automatically popualtes this field and I have confirmed the default is set to 15 minutes Thank you!!
Hello, here is my problem:I have a team of 8 people who all have their own personal Calendly and Zoom account. We need to create one Calendly link to share with clients. The client clicks on the link and goes to the calendar page with day and times available. The availability should show all times available within the 8 team member’s calendar. When the client chooses a day and time (or person if that’s an option) it will coincide with that user’s (1 of the 8 people) Zoom account. Confirmations, reminders, etc. will go to client and the team member whose time was chosen for the meeting. Is this possible to achieve?
Hi Calendly Community,I'm setting up a booking system for my retaining wall service business, Venald and I’m looking to streamline consultation scheduling for potential clients. I'd love to hear your advice on the best practices for using Calendly in this context.Specifically, I’d like to know:How to set up Calendly to allow clients to choose specific types of consultations (e.g., on-site vs. virtual). Any tips for integrating Calendly with my website to provide a seamless booking experience. Ideas for automated reminders and follow-ups to reduce no-shows and improve communication. Thanks so much for your help!
is there a direct contact? I need support and the chat boz is just sending me in a loop and I cannot login to continue...
Hi everyone new here,I’ve been using Calendly for a while now to manage my appointments, and it’s been a lifesaver! However, I recently ran into an issue while integrating it with my website, https://kopfoderzahl.org/.Here’s what’s happening:Whenever I embed the Calendly scheduler on my website using the inline embed code, the widget doesn’t display properly on mobile devices. It shows up fine on desktop, but on mobile, it either loads partially or overlaps with other elements on the page, making it hard for users to book appointments.I’ve tried adjusting the iframe height and width in the embed code and even added some responsive CSS rules, but the problem persists. My site uses WordPress, and I’m using the Kadence theme, which is supposed to be mobile-friendly.Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it? I want to ensure a smooth booking experience for visitors coming from both desktop and mobile devices.
I have a team of New Client Onboarding Specialists, and I have a team of Translators. How do I assign a host from each team with the client?
I have connected calendly with an outlook.com account.Appointments made in calendly can be seen in Outlook calender, they also can the be canceled via Outlook. If I make a new appointment in Outlook, I can’t see it in calendly. Is this normal or what must be done?
Why is there a difference between the email a recipient (the client that initiated a meeting) and the host? The host email does not contain anything, not even a .cal file that is needed to add or have automatically add events to a calendar. However, the email sent to the recipient does and that email can be automatically added to the calendar. For email services like Protonmail that I use, this is extremely important since Calendly does not integrate with them at all. I tested this by making myself the person initiating the meeting and that email in proton auto add’. But again, not the host email. This needs to be changed so that those using other email services can at least have some sort of Calendar integration.
I have one connected calendar. the only event is at 12-1 I can only book 10 am, 2pm, troubleshooter says buffer at 10:30 but there is no event. My buffers are set to zero
I have connected Google Calendar and Google Meet to Calendy, yet My Google calendar does not see my Calendy events. I have restarted my comuper a few times. Still nothing shows up on my Google Calendar.
Why is there no SMTP integration option? What about for us users that use Protonmail and not o365. With the ability to at least be able to still send emails from out personal domains would be a much more professional look.
Hello, I have setup several events and now I want to clone them and change the host of the event. Can’t find the options.
Hello everyone,I’m currently working on a website called lescobil.pk, which helps users check their LESCO bills online. One feature I'm working on is a Bill Calculator page that lets users input their details and calculate their estimated electricity bill. I'm looking to add a scheduling tool for users to book a consultation with a support team member directly from the page.I’ve been considering Calendly as the solution for scheduling but I’m unsure how to integrate it seamlessly into the page. Specifically, I need guidance on how to:Add a Calendly booking widget to the Bill Calculator page without disrupting the user experience. Ensure that availability is synced correctly, as we have limited time slots due to support resources. Customize the widget to match the style of the page.Has anyone implemented something similar on their website, or could you provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this? Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your hel
I have multiple staff who I assign a specific managed event type to. I want my Stripe account to be used for all the managed event instances, for all team members. Will this happen automatically if I turn on payments for the managed event type at the admin level?
Is the waiting list on the coming functionalities list? This would be very helpful to keep our agenda full in case of cancellations. Planity offers something similar, where customers get a notification when an appointment at a sooner is available.
Hi,In the meetings page, I see after each line of event meeting scheduled, “1 Host | 0 non-hosts”.I am bit confused why it is showing “0 non-hosts” even though meetings are confirmed by both host and non-host.Please can you help me.Thanks,Ram
Hi,When, as a host, I want to reschedule a confirmed meeting, the invitation goes as a confirmation as opposed to a new meeting time proposed. Is there a way to send the rescheduled time (from a host) to invitee as a proposed new time as opposed to a confirmed time (as invitee has to confirm it)? Thanks,Ram
Hi ,I noticed that in the confirmation email sent to the customer after booking the appointment, all available time-slots are shown including the booked (confirmed) one in bold. This might be bit confusing to the receiver/customer.Is it possible to show only the confirmed time-slot and hide all other time-slots?Thanks,Ram
I have some parameters set on my schedule to allow event types to overlap eachother. As an example: We use Calandly to have cusotmers book a cold plunge session and sauna sessions. These are in different rooms and can be booked at the same time. I put the paremeters in the scheduling times in the Event Type Set up to allow sauna appointments to overlap with events that “Include” Plunge. But the system is not seeing these appointments and still blocks out that time slot for the sauna event type. Any suggestions on trouble shooting?
Hi, My client works with Active Campaign for communication with her clients and automisation of workflows. She offers an online course and as an extra her clients get the opportunity to book a 1-on-1 call with her. So when clients buy they come into a funnel that sends them an email with a Calendly link from where they can book an appointment for the call. We want the appointment link to expire after x-time (3 months for example). Is it possible to create a unique link for every contact that enters the Active Campaign funnel, and that this unique link automatically is added to the mail AC sends out?
