Hi, I have added a Calendly link to my linktree on Instagram and when I follow the link, it brings up the calendar first and the description of the call only comes after the call has been booked. Is there a way to have this the other way?? I would prefer a potential client to be able to read the description before they consider booking.I hope this makes sense! Thanks
I recently switched from three event types to two event types, each with a different schedule. I successfully deleted the third Event Type from the main page (by clicking the setting button in the Event Type window, then clicking “delete”.) However, when I go to the side bar/drop down menu to the Availability tab, in the section where it says “Apply to these event types” - all three original event types are still there, including the deleted event type. If I make any changes from the Availability tab, it messes up all event type availability.
Is there a way to give a time limit for when someone can reschedule the meeting? It would be very helpful to be able to set a limit to not to change the date/time within 24-hours.Thank you!
I have seen versions of my question here, but they’re always ‘locked for comments’ - which pretty much defeats the purpose of having a community board in the first place. But...I spent an hour chatting with Calendly support and am now further away from understanding if this tool can solve my situation or not...so getting an answer here is my last hope before I just give up on Calendly altogether. I have one business, I just started another. They are not at all related, they use different logos, names, emails, etc. But I want my life to exist on one calendar… So customers would see two businesses, logos, names, emails….but it would end up falling into my same Calendly (and rules to prevent conflicts, which is the entire point and business model of Calendly). I have been told Calendly can, and can’t, do this. I have read responses here that says Calendly can, and can’t, do this. I thought it was a simple request, clearly it is not. But even if it’s not simple, I still have NO idea if Ca
I received an invitation for a phone screen and booked a time through the recruiter’s Calendly. I remember seeing the slot on my calendar last night, but amidst a lot of tasks, I didn’t notice that I hadn’t received a confirmation email. This morning, the appointment disappeared from my calendar, and I couldn’t find the confirmation email anywhere. I emailed the recruiter to confirm (but I haven’t received a reply yet). It feels a bit odd, and I wonder if it’s possible the host canceled the meeting and hadn’t pre-configured the confirmation emails?I’m starting to feel anxious because this is such a great opportunity 😔
Hi pretty new here and i see this was asked before but not many answersI want to offer a discount code on an event but there seems no way to do this. any ideas..do i just create a second event with different price.
When I book an appointment on another person’s Calendly, why doesn’t that time become unavailable on my own Calendly? Is there a better way to update my Calendaly to reflect that I will not be available when I’ve booked an appointment with someone else who also uses Calendly?
I am probably in the beta, and my event types that had been set to multiple attendees, and had a daily limit of 1/day gave this message any time someone tried to join an existing meeting, such as the second registrant for a particular event. I had to disable all my daily limits to make these events functional again. This is a major problem for my Calendly usage, and am hoping it will be rapidly fixed. I Frequently use Calendly to schedule up to 5 people into a single event, and I need to be able to limit the number of each event type per day.
I just chatted with Calendly support and they confirmed that the Calendly plugin can prevent a computer from turning its screen off screen or going to sleep if the sync setting is set to Realtime.I did not have this issue on my old computer, but since I upgraded to a new one it has been happening. The old one had Win 10, while the new one has Win 11. The workaround so far is to change the sync setting from “Realtime” to something longer than the Windows power setting.Has anyone found a solution for this? Are there additional/advanced settings for the plugin that can be adjusted? Thanks.
Whenever a guest schedules a call though calendly, they receive a calendar invite confirming the same. However, in that calendar invite, the organizer (me) shows up as some random string of numbers instead of my email address. (check screenshot attached, the red marked thing is what I am talking about - ideally it should up as my email address)This looks incredibly spammy and is causing me to lose meetings. Can someone help me fix this?
Hello! I am looking to create a group event for a training I am hosting. The training is a two day training. When people purchase the training through calendy is there a way to ensure they get the calendar invite and additional information for both days of the training? For example: Clients would get reminder emails for the first course day. The following course day is the following week. Is there a way to ensure clients are getting the reminder emails before eat second class or would they need to register for the second day separately?
I am super confused about a time zone issue I am experiencing. I have read various posts on here but they haven’t helped.I’ll try to outline things simply. I have checked the settings in my availability schedule in Calendly, and in the settings for each event and the time zone is correct - UK Ireland/Lisbon time. And my clients see my availability correctly. When they book a meeting with me it goes into my Outlook calendar at the correct time. But the email that I receive when they make the booking, entitled ‘New Event’, always has the Event/Date time in Eastern Time - US and Canada. I have checked my Outlook settings and the time zone is correct for the UK.This is really confusing. How can I rectify this? I have read that it might be due to the client’s/invitees calendar settings, but it happens every time any client makes a booking. Currently all of my clients are on UK time although it’s likely some might be abroad in due course.
I want to set up a 1 on 1 meeting type for my company. The lead clicks on the calendly meeting link for the company and they can select which user to book a 1 on 1 meeting with. I want to set up a series of meeting types for the company and then under that select the users. Assists in sending on the links to be at company level instead of at user level. ThanksJeremy
Hi, I want to add information to the confirmation page (see screenshot). How do I do I do that?

When people try to set up an meeting on club Calendly page, it opens into a different url. How do we rectify this?
Two of our people meet with invitees at a time, and the invitee has the choice of in person (at our office) or via Zoom. We want the invitee to make the choice at the time of booking. Seems like the location choice option is only available for one-on-one meetings. Thanks in advance for the help.
Hi, I need to be able to create availability every other week, and without having to put in individual dates and times, I can’t see a way to do it. In Google Calendar, I’m able to create a custom recurring event based on ‘every 2 weeks’ with the 2 being customisable. Is there any chance this may happen? I just don’t see myself using Calendly if I can’t do this simply- I’ll probably find a workaround in Google.
Hi, As far as I have seen, additional free timeslots must be configured within calendly. However, I should have a way to define free booking times in my Apple calendar (or google calendar) for which calendly events can then be booked. Is that possible? regards werner
Hello,We have implemented a Calendly account to facilitate efficient scheduling of meetings between employees and their managers. To ensure seamless coordination, we have synced the Calendly calendar with Google Calendar. However, we are eager to enhance this system further.Specifically, the manager desires the ability to allocate specific weeks of the month for different groups of employees to schedule their check-in meetings. This means that some employees should be able to schedule meetings during the first week of the month, others during the second week, and the remainder during the third week.Despite our best efforts, creating an additional calendar to accommodate these specific scheduling needs has proven to be a challenge. Google has indicated that this functionality is not currently available. We are seeking a solution that will allow us to effectively implement this scheduling requirement within Calendly. Any guidance or assistance in achieving this would be greatly appreciate

I’m currently working on a project where we need to populate Calendly events into our Salesforce Community portal. I have a couple of specific requirements and would appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the community. Event Display: I’ve attempted to use inline embedded code within a Lightning Web Component (LWC) to display scheduled events from Calendly, but I’m not seeing any changes reflected in the front-end. If anyone has experience with this integration, could you provide insights or examples on how to effectively embed Calendly events within a Salesforce Community? User Registration Pre-population: Once a user logs into the portal, If user interested in any of the event I would like to prepopulate their name, email, and phone number when they choose to register for an event. How can I achieve this seamless experience? Any tips on capturing user data and integrating it with the Calendly registration process would be highly appreciated. Note: I have connected Calendly to
Hi,The “Location” variable, when used in confirmation and reminder emails etc., actually inserts the word “Location: “ How can I make it so that it only inserts ONLY the input data? Right now, the text for my confirmation/reminder emails shows up as:The meeting will take place at Location: Our Office, High Street, Edinburgh. What I want is for it to show up as:The meeting will take place at Our Office, High Street, Edinburgh. It might be relevant that our clients can choose from two option for the ‘Location’ : an in person meeting or a zoom call. I’ve seen the question was asked begore but here wasn’t any answer to it. Many thanks for help.
Greetings,My company seeks a permanent solution to the event overlap issue and is not interested in quick fixes or workarounds. My company provides classroom instruction with a 10-week course at a discounted rate, which each week (event) is daisy-chained. Though daisy-chaining the events into one course, which can be paid for on the first event, is already a workaround, it works without additional commitments. However, during the 10-week course, customers who do not want to commit to the full ten weeks can schedule drop-ins, which could be daily if they choose. The 10-week course and the drop-ins are on the same days and times. The only difference is the pricing and commitment. Keep in mind that multiple employees run this course/classes and only require one user, me; therefore, paying extra to schedule the same event on the same day and time but with different pricing and commitments does not make sense to me as a business owner. After reading so many posts about this topic, it ma
