I have been having issues using Calendly and I simply want to speak with customer support. Does Calendly not provide this service?

I want to go back to the free plan completely, but there is only a fare pause going on.

I had a paid monthly plan, after a month I wanted to go back to the free plan, but I only get a pause. I don't see anywhere that I can cancel the plan completely.  See screenshot, this is when I click on downgrade. The payment information can't be removed either. Please help me to completely switch to a free plan

Removing a buffer from an existing meeting

Hello there,I would like to remove a buffer from an existing meeting.However, Calendly is not giving me any options to remove the buffer from existing meetings.This support article on Calendly's website seems to indicate that we are allowed to remove buffers from existing meetings, but it seems like that support article is outdated because it no longer matches what I see when I log into Calendly’s website.Is there any way to remove a buffer from an existing meeting?Because that support article didn’t work for me, I went in and removed the buffers from this particular event type, but Calendly still shows the buffers attached to all of my events that have been scheduled with this event type.Thank you!Scott

Calendy confirmation email has the wrong time at the top

i just noticed this today - Calendly email is including a summary of the meeting at the top of the email, but it’s always wrong. It’s wrong with 2 clients, and I tested it with myself and it’s also wrong. The subject shows the correct time of 2:00 pm, the body shows the correct time, but there’s this little box at the top of the email that shows the wrong time of 3:00 and asks if this is correct. I click thumbs down and nothing changes.

Clients responding to email reminders

I have had several instances when a client responds to a reminder about a virtual meeting, to cancel the meeting, but I don’t receive the message, only to show up to an empty meeting. I understand the email address is a no-reply address, however if they don’t notice (or aren’t tech savvy), they reply all the same. Is there a way to change the reply email address, or some other way to resolve this?

Trouble Connecting Microsoft Exchange 2013 (DomainFactory) to Calendly

Hi Calendly Support,We're testing Calendly for company-wide use, but we’re unable to connect our Microsoft Exchange 2013 account hosted by DomainFactory.We followed the steps in this guide:https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037900034—including using the EWS URL—but the connection still fails.How could we solve this? All workflow emails are completely formatted in both bold & italic

Strange problem: I have five Calendly workflows (all are automated emails).Some have zero formatting (some have a couple words in bold) but all workflow emails sent through Calendly (via Gmail integration) are delivered completely formatted, from top to bottom, in both bold and italic... and it looks absolutely goofy. So, how do I turn off this excessive formatting? (I would use the chatbot to open a ticket for this... but I cannot get any Calendly chatbot to load in any browser I’ve tested. Likewise, the “cookie settings” button does nothing, nor does the “leave feedback” button; I have attempted going through those “what chatbot?” steps already)

Getting "Invalid Argument" Error When Using List User Availability Schedules API

Hello,I'm currently working on integrating Calendly into my application, and I'm encountering an issue when trying to fetch availability schedules using the "List User Availability Schedules" API. Default Country Code

We are looking to have the Country Code locked to +1 on the form. When we view the form it shows the US Flag but only a +, the “1” is missing. This causes the country code to change as people input their number. Is this a bug currently? Everything I have read it appears +1 should be the default. Thank you!

Allowing multiple bookings for same time slot

Town residents will have the opportunity to setup 10 minute meetings with one of the 2-3 people working in the assessors office on specified days.  I’ve setup a calendar with available time slots on appropriate days.  Resident #1 signs up for 9:40am - 9:50am with assessor #1.  How does resident #2 sign up with assessor #2 or #3 that are still available for the same time slot?   I don’t want to have the resident viewing 3 different calendars for availability.  I’ve been able to figure out everything else so far with Calendly.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

the booking time is all displayed in EDT but i am in central european time

Hello,On the Meetings page, the meeting times next to the colored dot are all in EDT. Below it and grated out are the times in my correct time zone. This is very confusing. Since this information is for me shouldn't my time be displayed prominently. It works on mobile view, where only the meeting time in my correct time zone is displayed. How do I fix this?

Does Calendly still require full access to Office 365 - Outlook Calendar? Meaning Calendly can read the actual event data on your calendar instead of just checking your availability?

Is there any way to use this as a waitlist?

We have an active showroom where clients just walk in to see us and sometimes need to wait. I’d like to utilize a familiar platform for onboarding them while they wait and was hoping Calendly had a solution for an instant appointment or waiting list. We love the calendar ability so it just seems to be a natural fit for the other as well..

Extend availability for 1:1 consultations

Hi everyone 😀We offer 1:1 consultations for our customers and use Calendly for scheduling. The challenge is that our calendar is filling up quickly, making it difficult for customers to find available slots.We do not have a fixed number of consultants, and customers can choose whether they want the consultation in person, via Teams, or by phone.Is there a way to extend this in Calendly? Ideally, we would like to increase the maximum number of simultaneous bookings — for example, from 1 to 2—so that more customers can schedule appointments at the same time. I did not find a clever way to do this so far - any ideas?

Dear all, I like to use Calendy very much. But I have to cases, where I found no solution to it. Hopefully you can help me? Move meeting to a nother day. I have two fixed days a week where customers can book meetings with me. But Sometimes it is necessary that I move these meetings to a nother day with a nother time. When I tried, I can’t select these other days. Is there any solution? Move meeting to a nother time: I drive to my customers often by car. Sometimes it is necessary, to move a meeting (duration 1h) by 15min or 30min due to delay. This is not possible, too, because calendly informs, that this is not possible. Is there any solution for this situation?Best regards, Björn

How long does it take Calendly to sync with changes to Outlook calendar

I sometimes need to book a Calendly event that ‘shouldn’t ‘ in theory be bookable.for example,that’s within the buffer zone of an existing booking,or outside my set available hours,or already has an event booked on my Outlook calendar (ie not booked thro Calendly).So I make the changes that should make the event bookable, for example, I reduce the buffer zones or change my availability or mark as free the Outlook event… and then I wait, and wait, and wait, for the changes to take effect and for the slot I need to show up as free.I refresh over and over, but the troubleshooter still shows the slot as ‘calendar’, or ‘buffer’ or ‘duration’, for ages, then suddenly it’s available. Is there a refresh interval ? How does it work?  In the meantime I have to sit and watch it so that I can book it the moment it shows as free, ie so no one else can book the slot before I do. I didn’t time it but this evening I think it took about an hour, usually it’s more like 5 - 10 minutes. I have a standard

Why can't I push my scheduled Calendly events to more than one add-to Calendar?

I would like to push my scheduled Calendly events to different add-to calendars based on event type. I upgraded my subscription from the free - basic plan because the Pricing Page  said I’d be able to connect up to six calendars. Why can’t I do this?
