Does anyone have a workaround for creating snippets from the videos? There are no time codes, and the tool is useless without them.

How can I get my plug-in key?  I had to reinstall the plugin and now it is not taking the key I had when I first downloaded it.  Is it a unique key for each download?  If so, it won’t let me download the plug-in again, it is pushing me to us the add-in which doesn’t work for us.

Just that.  If I’ve allowed Calendly to sync with my Google calendar, how long will it take until Calendly reflects unavailable days?  It wasn’t instant.

Hello, I have an event and made time slots available as you can see in the screenshot below, yet the calendar says "No times in July" and I have no idea why. Can you tell me how I can make all the time slots show up? Here's the link to the calendar

Hi, I’m a little confused around buffers and how they interact with the end of the scheduled work day. I have a 15 minute appointment type with a 30 minute buffer after the event. My end of work day for the business is 5:30pm. But someone was able to book an appointment at 5pm even though the buffer would put the end of the event (including buffer) at 5:45pm, which is past 5:30pm. Does that mean buffers are not taken into account when looking at whether an event can be scheduled at the tail end of the workday? Is there a solution for ensuring someone can’t book a certain kind of event past a certain time of day other than making my working hours earlier for all events?  Thank you.

We want to be able to bulk add hosts to event types whenever we have new staff join.  Why is there no bulk uploader or manager for events.  For example: User A is a part of 15 Calendly events and 3 teams that they manage on behalf of an advisor.User B is joining the team and we want to add them to all 15 events and 3 teams. Currently we have to go one by one into the events to add the new user.  Is there a better way?

Hello,I created a Calendly survey and submitted my own response to test how it works. I have received an email notification showing that another person had selected three time slots, bringing the total to four.However, when I return to the Calendly page, it shows a total of seven votes. While adjusting my availability, I can see that additional votes have been submitted on different days, but I do not know who submitted them. I have not received any further email notifications about these additional responses. Clicking on those days it will take the day out of the schedule and do not so who has voted. How can I figure out?

[Wordpress Embed] I have one event type. Takes two clicks to get to the calendar view. Any way of skipping over the event type selection (since I only have one) and have users just select their dates right away?

My client is a barber shop.on his website the users get directed to calendly using a button.My question: can the user, from the same link/button, select  different event type ( in this case type of haircuts) . Then choose his appointment timing. Since different types of haircuts would take more time etc.  If yes, how and do you need Standard for this and should I be able to do this in my free trial?

I provide services by phone and on-site at my customer’s home. I allow customers to book phone calls through the online scheduler, but only book in-person sessions after talking with the customer directly. How can I add an on-site appointment manually into Calendly without allowing for that appointment type to be bookable from my public Calendly site?

I can not set one on one meetings anymore with my Essentials plan. What is going on? The error message says, that I should change my prize plan and add another host. I don’t understand. Thank for your quick help. Willi

I created a Calendly link that shows on my Event Types but links to someone else’s calendar?!?!? How can this happen????? What can be done about this? My business is connected to my link!!!!

I can’t imagine that I just dreamed this but maybe? A week or so ago, I saw the new option of letting people choose the meeting length. I even updated my instructions; however, I just noticed that this new feature is no longer a feature? Was I just making it up?

I have been using Calendly for years, (free version) and I have always had the sync with Google active.Now everytime I try to set up a new One off meeting, and selecting the plausible time slots, I cannot see other meetings already created on my calendar. Even worse, if I do check an open time slot, and offer those that I know are open, I cannot send the option over because Calendly is requesting me to add “hosts” which I never requested to change (from me being the host). 

I have scheduled a call with a link for one of my clients. Once I did that, I’m positive I used the correct email address because I copied it.  However, I haven’t received any event confirmation or link in my email or calendar. I need someone to check this.  Or perhaps this is a common story? Please advise.  

How can I contact support to change our organization admin? The chatbot ticketing system does not seem to work (no ticket found after creation). Chatbot itself is useless with this.I’m on a free plan and in need to evaluate the app for our use. Current admin is not working for the org nor is reachable by us.

I have several events and I manipulate the availability to ensure that I can manage my time. It works well. I would like to have one event set so that they can only book that one fr the last week of the month. How can I do that for the one event type?

I created a Calendly account for a client. Unfortunately, they accidently created another free account. Now Calendly won’t let me transfer the account to this client because their email already exists in the system. How do we go about removing his new account account and give him access to the account that I created for him? Thank you!

Theoratically, after successfully booking a Google Meet meeting through calendly, adding new meeting participants and sending the link to the new participant can allow the new participant to attend without the consent of the people who make appointments of meetings. However, what happened here is that I added another member and also informed the client that there was a new participant. But when it came to the appointed time, my colleague needed to apply to join the meeting, but the client said he did not receive any application, and my colleague could not join the meeting. Did anyone encountered this situation? How should this problem be solved?

There’s no getting around the fact I’m just pretty Zoomed out by the afternoon, which means that I’d love to block off my afternoons, but only on some of my event types. Not all of them. Can I do that without having to put blocks on my regular calendar?
