How do I edit the description for my event?

Tried to do a lot of searching here and across the internet but couldn’t seem to find a solution to this specific problem. Basically, Calendly says I’m unavailable at a certain time due to a busy event in my connected calendar (screenshot 1). However, there is no event whatsoever at that time in my connected calendar (screenshot 2).Not an issue with cookies or cache or anything like that. Disconnecting the calendar frees up the unavailable spots, and reconnecting the calendar blocks them off again. Has anyone experienced and fixed this issue? Many thanks. 

The availability time dropdown gives final selection as 11:45pm. Manually I can key in 11:59pm, but even this does not allow the visitor a 30 min booking for 11:30 to midnight. How do I make my availability till midnight.Actually I want to make it till 1:30am, for which I have created another entry for 12:00am to 1:30 am. 

So what’s happening is:I have bookings on days that I will no longer be available for. I’m changing my availability going forward and so I need to reschedule quite a few bookings, specifically moving Tuesday bookings to Fridays.Below, you can see that my availability is correct for this event type. I changed my schedule in “Working hours” and it appears correctly here.Below, this is the booking page for the event type I am trying to reschedule a booking from. You can see that the availability is correct.Now here’s the problem. I’m trying to reschedule a Tuesday booking to Friday. But here’s what I see when I try to do that:Am I losing my mind? It’s showing my prior availability schedule, not the current availability, even though I’ve updated the “Working hours” schedule that is tied to this event type.Hopefully there’s something obvious that I’m just missing. I have my Calendly booking set up so people can choose either an in -person (in their home) or a virtual consultation.I have the questions set up for people to enter their home address, and I can see that it is there when I'm logged in to my Calendly account, however, that field has disappeared from my actual consultation form that potential clients can see.It was there before when I was testing out Calendly to make sure my settings were correct, and that all the questions I needed were there, but now it is gone from the public-facing view.I wonder if this is because initially I had set up my account with just a virtual consultation option (linked to my zoom account, everything was great), and then went back in a few days later to give potential clients the option to have in-home consultations.Either way, I can see it on the back end in Calendly, but potential clients cannot see that field. Our organization needs professional consultation for a calendly deployment and advanced development capabilities. Timespan of the consultation should last about 3 weeks.  

Greetings everyone, We use this option in the mobile app to hide the cookie banner, unfortunately, this option does not seem to work anymore. Is this isolate or did other people report this issue ?I was able to replicate this issue by simply appending “<event_url>?hide_gdpr_banner=1” to an event URL. Could the Calendly team take a look at this ? We operate from Belgium if that can help.

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue where the availability setup on my Calendly booking link doesn’t seem to sync properly with the availability I show on my website. My site displays open booking slots for my restaurant-related content (basically letting visitors choose times for reservations, menu consultations, or blog interviews), but some slots appear available on my website even though Calendly is showing them as already booked.I’ve double-checked the integration steps  my site is pulling the embed code directly from Calendly, and I’ve also tried clearing caches and testing across different browsers. The strange part is that the issue seems intermittent: sometimes the slot availability updates instantly, and other times it lags by several hours, which is creating confusion for users who try to reserve a time that isn’t actually open.Has anyone else experienced this kind of sync or refresh issue with availability between Calendly and a website embed? Several people have booked time with me this week through my “Personal” event. Since I do not use a calendar that syncs with Calendly, I manually adjust the time the calendar shows for those events not booked by Calendly.Otherwise, I expect Calendly to block those slots that people have reserved thru it to prevent overbooking. This is not the case. For example: on SEP13 a meeting was booked at 10AM EDT for SEP 25. The attached screen cap shows that 10am is still showing as available. This is one of several instances.Obviously this is problematic.

I have two different types of meetings set up over different days but I can only see one of the meeting types when I select ‘Meetings@. Why is this please? 

Can I get Calendly to look at calendars for 2 team members, show all available time and then select the appropriate team member based on time selected by the new enquiry?

Hi,I am having an issue with an account’s zoom integration.I did the following test.I go in the Calendly Account and connect the Zoom account for me only.I book a meeting with Zoom as the location.The Zoom link error is displayed in the meetings’ details. I disconnect and reconnect using my personal zoom account, and book another meeting, and it works.When I look at the Zoom activity logs, the API request receives a 400 error, while my personal account goes though no issues.The Zoom account that has issues is part of an organization and has admin access.I am unable to see what the issue might be. Any help is appreciated.

I want to change the Team Member that an appointment has booked with but I can’t. When I reschedule it only takes me to the page to choose a time with that Team Member. 

This idea was illustrated in another thread.I find I’m needing this feature too, with some urgency.  Is there an update on this feature, please?

I’ve been using Calendly for over 2 years, and since the major update, I cannot reschedule a meeting. This is a one-one-one meeting tyep, and I am on the Standard plan. The time slot I want to reschedule to is available, the trouble-shooter shows it available, but when I click to confirm, I always get an error like “time slot no longer available” or “start time already taken,” neither of which are true. I can cancel the meeting and rebook, but that’s a pain, and it should work since it works to book that exact same time slot from a new “book a meeting” option with no override needed. Please help!

Dear Calendly Community,I am trying to figure out how to have one single Calendly link for prospects to schedule an introductory session and at the same time download our course catalog. The link would be available on a QR code that would be displayed on a poster at our booth at an upcoming trade show.Could anyone please be so kind as to let me know if this is possible at all and if yes, how to do that? We give clients and our receptionists links to schedule with our team through Calendly. Since our receptionists and clients who are in our lobby are scheduling appointments through the same IP address over and over (different appointments, same computer scheduling), we are suddenly having an issue where attempting to schedule more than 10 Calendly appointments from a single IP address leads to an error and we are unable to schedule.This happens with the direct scheduling link and with the reschedule link that is generated by Calendly.I do not see any limits set on the number of appointments that can be scheduled from a particular IP address. Is this new? It wasn’t happening last week. Why is this happening, and how do we fix it?

I’d like to be able to manually go in as needed to show as unavailable for eg. on a day where I don’t want anyone to be able to make bookings through any of my event types/schedules - I use multiple for different reasons/availability.I’d like to be able to do this without having to go in and add ‘Date-specific hours’ option on each individual Schedule to block out days.I’d like to just be able to go to one spot and tell Calendly that I’m unavailable on this day, and all events/schedules will adhere to that.Blocking that time out in my Outlook/Google calendar (I sync with 2 accounts for different businesses) is not a solution as this blocks out the time completely for other types of meetings for those two calendars which I don’t always want to do - I use Calendly to book particular types of meetings for one of the businesses.I’ve done a bit of reading on this and can’t find anywhere this is possible… but maybe I’ve missed some feature somewhere?KindlyDaniel

I know I’ve got new scheduled events coming in, but I’m not seeing the email notifications I’m expecting. Where are they going? What can I do?

When I try to go to https://calendly.com/app/scheduling/polls?id=...(with a poll ID) like from a poll notification email I get redirected to https://calendly.com/event_types/user/me. The help article tells me to click on “polls” from the scheduling screen, which is not present. Is this happening to others? what am I doing wrong?

How do i display the meeting durations along with the meeting names so people dont have to click into them to find out?

I have a simple question but it seems complicated to me - new user, looking to upgrade, but need to make sure certain features are possible:I want to create different options to book with different time lengths, for the same day.Egsample:I want to offer:1] Short support session of 30mins2] Live support Zoom session of 60mins3] Done-For-You platform setup session of 180minsAll 3 apointments available to choose from, on the same day - between 7am to 7pm Should one of the 3 be selected, it removes my availability in my calendar, but the remaining time is available to fit in other options, if this makes sense? Please help me understand if this is possible, and if i can have all the options on one appointment scheduler page, instead of sending a link to different relevant appointments, depending on the clients needs. I cant wait to hear back from you, would be extatic if this was possible - i will upgrade immediately!
