Hello, I'm a business owner who employs a virtual assistant. I'm seeking a way to automate the process of informing my virtual assistant whenever someone schedules an appointment through my Calendly. This would eliminate the need for me to manually share the details of each booking with her. How will I do it?

I searched, but did not find this topic? I'm using Calendly to book in-person consults at client homes. I don't know until they book what the location is. Right now I have TBD in location and added a Question  for them to answer about where the consult will take place, but that seems cumbersome and I don’t know how to update the location after booking. There has to be a better way so that the client can enter their location in the location field when they book? 

How do I require a reason in the space for “Reason for Rescheduling”...or for Cancellation? I’ve received multiple reschedules from someone, and they continue to leave the reason blank. I’d like to make it required so that they at least provide the courtesy of an explanation.

We have instances where we need to oscillate b/w 1, 2,and 3 time slots for a given day.  Group event type only takes a value greater than 1.  We find it incredibly cumbersome to maintain 3-4 calendars just to support this.  Any suggestions on how to do this?

I am new to Calendly and have some appointments I made before I had an online calendar. How do I add those so I have everything in one place, they get the reminders, etc. Thanks!

Hi I had to make a new account to try and contact customer service is there a number where I can talk to someone directly? 

I am the administrator at a small organization and need to create and manage meetings on behalf of two individuals.  From what I understand, I can log into their calendly accounts to set up their events.  Would I have the ability to handle all the notifications and communications for bookings?  We would also want both them and myself to be notified when something is booked?   Would I need access to their email accounts to do this?  If this is doable, which subscription would we need to manage this?

Ich bin neu bei Calendly und melde mich über mein Microsoft Konto an. Nach erfolgter Anmeldung kann ich keine Änderung im Account speichern.  Kein Profilbild einfügen, keine Zeiten ändern et.c.Bei jedem Schritt erhalte ich die Calendly Meldung:  ” Serverfehler. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut.” Ich verwende die neuesten Browserversionen und habe es mit Chrome, Firefox und Edge versucht. Der Support von Calendly hilft nicht wirklich weiter. Kennt jemand dieses Thema?

Hello there,Before using Calendly, I would manually go to the Google Calendar website to create an event, and I would invite guests to my events.All of my Google Calendar permissions are setup to (1) allow guests to see the full list of guests, and (2) all of my guests are allowed to add new guests to the event.This has always worked just fine in the past, whenever I manually used Google Calendar in the past.However, now that I have started using Calendly so that my guests can book their own events with me, my guests are telling me that they (1) are NOT able to see the list of guests, and (2) they are NOT able to add new guests to the event.These are 2 extremely important features to me, so is there a way to get this to work with Calendly?Thank you!

Hello, I have a client that is booked out 6 weeks all the time.  I have to manually go in and adjust the URL to default to the correct month that is the first available timeslot.  It’s an annoying hassle to have to continually monitor when a month has no timeslots and go in and update the URL to show the first available timeslot to customers.   How do I default to the first available timeslot?  Note: Yes I know there is an identical thread with this name that is locked. That thread did not answer the question so I’m hoping to find an answer here. Thanks!  

Can I use calendly to offer joining an online class that I'm hosting?the class is in specific dates and hours (not always in the same weekly day)I want my clients to choose a class and join it while the number of participants is limited.

Tengo un calendario vinculado a mi embarcacion, me dedico a rentar yates, pero tengo un problema y es que cuando alguien reserva un viaje por 3 horas en el calendario tambien se bloquea 3 horas antes y 3 horas despues, lo correcto sería que solo se bloqueen 3 horas despues de la hora seleccionada pero esto tambien pasa con el tiempo detras de la reserva, alguien sabe que puedo hacer para solucionar esto?

Has Calendly updated the One-off meetings in the mobile app to pull integrated location data (such as connected Zoom URLS, phone numbers, etc.)? I am trying to use the app to create a one off meeting with a teams link but it will not allow. Has this feature been added or soon to be added?

Hi!If I have two calendars synced (both Google) is it possible to check for conflicts using AND logic - so if both calendars are busy at the same time, then calendly disable booking, not when only one of them is busy.

Hi, I just upgraded my plan (from free to standard), and I'm actually very disappointed. There are things I thought would be easy and they are not, or not possible at all.The way my business operates is as follows: people are charged for every 4 sessions that they book. I have 2 different prices for it, depending on the time (peak time and off-peak). Anyway, I don't really see a way to do this with Calendly:Step 1: I want to manually book recurring sessions for my existing clients, so they don't have to do it themselves. They will just receive a notification and they can cancel or postpone individual sessions any time Step 2: Going forward, I want them to prepay the 4 sessions (instead of me sending them an invoice every time, after the 4th session), so they could pre-pay and then book the 4 sessions in my calendar. Step 3: After all this is implemented, I wanted to implement a cancellation fee if it happens last minute (same day) and a no-show penalty as well.So far, I can't even comp

How and where do I change the host name ? 

I couldn’t find if there was a place to post suggestions or ideas. I’d like to recommend that you consider moving the cancellation details higher up in the email.The booker has to scroll down to find the reason why we cancelled it. We’ve seen a few people completely miss it, and even respond to some of the details in the original booking request instead. When you book with us, the details say we need a business email. That is repeated in the cancellation so they think that’s why we sent it. At this point, honestly, all that detail could be completely removed from the email, and just the cancellation details remain.Thanks!

Hi all, we have marked all events as free on our google calendar but they are still now showing as available on Calendly. We do have times booked in with Calendly but my colleague is still free and marked the calendly appointment on the calendar as free so we are wanting this to show as available. Any advice? 

I have created a one to group event with a maximum number of 3 attendees. The breakdown of booking could look like:One per person  a couple and a single a family of three. Three does not appears to be a way for a family to select a number of session they want to book. And based on that decision the price is updated. So if you are a couple you could book 2 sessions at the same time and pay the price. Rather than booking one session, then trying to book another session. In that time the session could have been taken by someone else.  Is there a work around? I want the ability to have 3 slots that are all at the same time. And have a client pick how many people they want to attend. The price should reflect the number of people attending.     

A colleague and I have a round robin shared Calendly link for a 60-minute time slot that we share with our customers. We want to be able to offer multiple time options 60-minute, 30-minute, and 15-minute.  When I create multiple options for my own calendar, I can display all of these on a single link and this works well.  Is this something I can do for shared events too?  

I am not sure the purpose of Reconfirm Workflows if the appointment is not canceled if they do not confirm. Am I missing something? I would like all appointments to be canceled if the person (attendee) doesn’t confirm the appointment. Please advise!  

If someone cancle scheduled event, can Calendly send to other people which already have their event scheduled an email with new avalibility date? Thank you.
