Can I use Calendly for tenants in a large building to book appointments for closet installation in their individual apartment's. The client should only be able to view the availability of one or two days and a separate client should view the availability on a different day.
Hi all ! I use calendly for my solo-business : I’m a nutrition coach. People book an consultation with me. I would like sometimes to create myself an appointment for my clients: for example I’m on the phone with them, or during a meeting, and we talk about our next session. It’s not always convenient to tell them “have a look at my calendly and pick a date”. Sometimes I’d like to go ‘OK, I’ve set our next meeting, you’ll receive a confirmation email”And I would like to do so even on timeslots that are not officially available. The ones I keep for myself. How can I do something like that ? Thank you for your help !
When someone gos in and reserves a time slot on my Calendly page, what gets put on my Outlook calendar is only the Event Type Name, but nothing distinguishing the person or company who made the appt. So what I get is a calendar full of the exact same event name, like ‘Checkpoint - 15 minutes’, but there’s no way to identify who the meeting is with without manually opening each event. They are entering their info in all of the required fields in the appt request. It’s a PITA and kind of a deal breaker.Ideally I’d like to be able to put variables into the event title after an appt is made, but only emails seem to take variables in the workflows and it won’t let me create one that does it either.I spent several hours over the past week looking online for documentation and searching this forum but haven’t been able to find so much as a mention of the issue, so am I missing something? I just started using Calendly last week so I’m willing to except I may just not have figured it out. I’m
Hello All, I am having trouble customizing the weekends on the calendar. My weekends are Friday and Saturday, but the Calendar automatically picks Saturday and Sunday. How to change this please?
Hello, I am on Calendly Professional.I want to make it so [link removed for privacy] doesn't book slots that clash with my [link removed for privacy]. People have been booking appointments on both Cals and I’ve had to reschedule them - not good! Ultimately, we will settle on only one link - but in the mean time, is there any way I can make it so that people cannot double-book the calendars? Ideally without having to log in through Gmail to synch the calendars, due to privacy reasons (but if that is the only option, that can be arranged). Many thanks! :)
Hello, I have a event type for different coaches. If someone booked one Coach but now I need to move them under a different Coach, how can I reschedule across “event types”?
Is it possible to have Calendly coordinate availability between three team members calendars?
So we offer Hiking trips with Alpacas and would love to enable our users to book their favorite alpacas “personally”. All 11 animals always go on the trip in a group at a set date & time each week anyway, meaning the group of booking users would then escort the whole group of animals whatever the amount of users is. We have 11 Alpacas each with a name but without an email adress (We could set these up tho :))Is this even possible? What would be the fitting pricing model and event type for this kind of event?I havent found “multiple hosts & multiple guests” . CheersKarl
Once an event is booked by customers, is there a way to hide host names on the confirmation page? There are multiple hosts of an event and the user can book a meeting with any of the team member and their names should remain anonymous.
Hello! A new community member here. Can we set the rolling calendar just for this current week? The idea is they must book in the same week they want to meet. If they want to book for the upcoming weeks, they must wait for the first weekday in those weeks (even though the time slot will be the same).Thank you!
Hi there I now googled and watched many videos and I somehow can’t manage how to do it. We need to have the possibility for people to just choose a day and not a timeslot. So, for example - we can repair 5 Bikes per day (time slot is not relevant). So I just want to show on Monday there are 5 slots open. You only should be able to book a slot without any time, because you have to send in the product for us to deal with. Is there a possibility for that in some way? ThanksMike
Hi! I’ve noticed a few CX orgs (monday.com, Asana, Salesforce) have started offering CS Office Hours on their help center pages (example). Can I create a similar solution using Calendly and embed an interactive scheduler in our Zendesk support center?
Hi, I have several Event Types but, even with the Troubleshooting, I have Buffers clashing somewhere...and it’s driving me nuts trying to find what is causing it. So I am thinking that it should be easy to export my Event Type settings to a CSV. A basic requirement for any system to check the config. But I can’t find any such Export functionality. Am I being dim? I have looked everywhere. It will be a right pain to go through these manually, logging them all myself.
My live page for scheduling is totally blank. I also can’t fill in the box on the “submit a request” page. It’s the same issue whether I do it on Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
I work at Perkins School for the Blind. We are using Calendly for our events - we have found it to be accessible for all our users including those who use assistive technology, which is excellent. We have a yoga class that takes place every Thursday from 5-6 pm over a six week period. I would like to be able to ask particpants to select the dates they want to attend and have them registered for all those dates. What I can set up today is all the dates and then the user can only pick one date and if they want another date they need to register again, which does not work well. Any way to set up what I need?A related question but separate use case. If I have an event with a single group of registrants that runs on several days, is there a way to set it up so that they register and then get reminders on all the dates? Right now, once the first date passes, they don’t get reminders again. thanks!
I need to have meetings on specific dates, not specific days of the week. Is there a way that I can do this?
During the community registration process, you were prompted to create a community username. This part of the process automatically pulls in your first name from your Calendly account plus 5 random numeric characters. If you changed it from the default or let the default be, and now have some username regrets - let us know! We can change it for you. How? Click on my name at the top of this post and then select “Send Message”. Include what you’d like your username to be (note: we reserve the right to veto any username), click ‘Send’ and we’ll take care of it. You’ll get a DM back from one of the community staff letting you know the change has been made. You might need to log out and back in to get the change to take effect, but you’ll be under your new alias in no time at all.
I needed to interview childcare providers, but wanted to do a screening prior to an in-person interview, so I turned to Calendly. Here’s how I did it:Made a posting on Care.com (it would be great if there was a native integration as you cannot share URLs through their email platform). Received applicants and exchanged mobile numbers with the most qualified providers based on their experience and background. Via text, I shared my scheduling page complete with custom questions to learn more and a Zoom location. The interview was booked via Calendly and we connected via Zoom. The interviews went directly to my work calendar (it’s the one I use most often), and the availability checked both my personal and work calendar to ensure they only took place when I was truly available. It was super simple and a great way for me to manage interviews outside of working hours without having people come to my home. The most qualified providers moved to an in-person interview (also booked via Calend
I am going on an extended leave of absence from work and would prefer not to continue paying for Calendly while I am out, but, I don’t want to lose everything I’ve created. How do I pause my subscription rather than cancelling it so I can avoid having to start from scratch if I am gone for weeks or months? Thanks!
Have you ever wondered what kind of customers are using Calendly, what that looks like for them, and how it might relate to your own use case? I know that when I am learning how to use a new product (especially one that I pay for!) I prefer to see real world examples of that product being put to good use. Our Customer Stories page lets you take a look at Calendly Customers and how they’re doing!A visual snippet from the Calendly Customer Stories web pageFor example, you can learn how Dartmouth increased their capacity to advise students, despite staff cuts. Or, you can read about how CI Assante Wealth Management achieved 323% ROI with Calendly! I also suggest checking out how Lyft accelerates its B2B sales cycle with Calendly - and these are just a few success stories that might inspire you! How do you plan to use Calendly to grow your business? What have you already implemented within your Calendly account that you feel will lead to success? I want to hear about it!
Have you ever found yourself wanting to invite someone to book one of your existing Calendly events - say - an interview for a job posting you’ve had up for a few days, but also wishing that you could edit the availability, location, duration and/or other details of that event to meet the needs of this specific person? Maybe you can tell they are the perfect fit for this job you are trying to fill and the interview is more of a formality, but they’ve expressed they aren’t available during your normal set hours for that event type. Sure, you could use a One-Off Meeting, but that would mean creating the meeting from scratch and lacking an ability to include certain features, like the Workflows you’ve already set up for this event type! Great news - our Customize Once and Share feature allows you to meet this goal! 🤗⬇Check out the video below, where I go over how it all works: ⬇This feature lets you customize events for a specific invitee without needing to make an entirely new event typ

I’m nearing the end of my trial but I’m not sure what plan would work best. If I don’t subscribe to a plan before my free trial ends, what happens to my account?
I would love to connect multiple calendars to my calendly account, can I do that?
Let me paint a picture for you— You and your team have each set up different event types and are ready to start scheduling, but realize that many of your prospects don’t actually know who they need to meet with before booking a meeting. Enter, Routing Forms. By using a Routing Form, you can easily share one link with your leads, have them answer some quick prequalifying questions—configured by you—and direct them to the appropriate person or place. Their form answers will feed into your routing logic to determine where they will be directed to next. Using booking routes, screening routes, and a fallback route option, you have total control over where your lead ends up. You could, for example, use a booking route to direct all leads located in New York to Sue Smith’s “30 Minute Discovery Call” event type.Or, a screening route to direct anyone looking to spend less than $1,000 on their annual marketing budget to a “Thank you for your inquiry” custom message.A fallback route can direct a
