How do I reffer a friend to Calendly ?

During the free trial, I had three types of meetings.Once the free trial ended, I only have one type of meeting - no problem here.BUT, I cannot now change or reschedule the types of meeting that have been discontinued. How do I change these? Help! Thanks.Alliott

Español:Hola, tengo mi Iphone con cierta hora (10 am), y mi Macbook con la misma hora (10 am), estoy en las mismas cuentas, mismo wifi, mismo todo.Cuando me agendan una reunión, en cambio, me aparece en la computadora que es a las 5 pm y en el teléfono y zoom me aparece que es las 6 pm. Esto hablando de la aplicación de calendly.En zoom y google calendar se me muestran las 6 pmSolo en el Calendly de mi computadora me aparece una hora menos.Ya revisé que esté configurada la misma hora en Calendly de la computadora (y en el celular ni siquiera encontré cómo configurar la hora, me imagino que debe ser igual)¿Qué podría estar pasando? Hello. First of all, I meant to sign up for the free plan because it’s all I really need at the moment. But apparently, I got a free trial of the teams plan, which is more than what I need. At least for now. How do I change that?Also, how do I find my Calendly URL so that I can add it to my website?

Hello, I recently noticed a $102.14 charge on my credit card for Calendly, however, when I look at my account, I notice that I am on the free plan. I was also charged last year, 2024 for about the same amount $102.34. Can someone from billing help me resolve this billing issue? I would like a refund if possible. Thanks,   

I am feeling frustrated.  I often book clients appointments for them on the phone and can do one and then get server error.  i seem to have to close it down and reopen to book the next.  Especially annoying when i’m booking 6 or more.  Does anyone have any work arounds or advice on this? 

Hello,Is there a way to organize my workflows?…I thought maybe the 3 dots would allow me to do it. It would be nice to be able to move them to see them in the order, before I create one that was already at the bottom of the page.

how can I look at the calender to see whats booked for entire month or severe; 

Calendly leaves my meetings when we do breakout sessions, and then when we come back from breakouts the rest of the meeting doesn’t get recorded.  We need a way to either ask Calendly to remain in the meeting during breakouts, or to instruct it to re-join the meeting when breakouts are over.   Additionally, it would be nice to have a way to have Calendly join a meeting that isn’t on my Calendar.  (Ad-hoc meetings)

I have been getting all my events when booked with one event type link and they show in my calendar.  However, when someone books with another event type link it doesn't show in my calendar.  Why?

Hey everyone,I’m using Calendly integrated with Google Calendar to automatically generate Google Meet links when someone books a meeting.By default, Calendly creates the event on my Google Calendar and adds invitees as guests — but I’d like to automatically assign a co-host to those Google Meet sessions, so they can start or manage the meeting even if I’m not available. Note: I am hold calendly account with single user, don’t want to add new user

How can I prevent clients from changing our appointments in Calendly?Once they accept I don’t want  them to have on ongoing access to my availability to make last minute changes without going through me directly. 

Hello! I was just added as an admin in my organization. I’m hoping to look at my colleague’s availability ‘calendar’ style, similarly to the below image: Does anyone know if this is possible? The problem with going directly to his Calendly appointment page is that meeting slots are only available in 30-minute increments- so if I wanted to know if he was available at 11:15am instead of 11am, I wouldn’t be able to. Additionally, does Calendly have somewhere that I can see all of the individual events from his 3-4 calendars compiled into one (so that I could see the title/location/etc. of all of his events)?

I recently upgraded to the Standard plan. I’m trying to create a “Collective” meeting type but I keep getting this message.

i want to change this section - we have our own policies etc we need to present and we do all of our marketing etc journeys outside calendly can i do this?  also schedule event is not on brand for us how do i change the text?  thanks 

Until October 22nd, I would get an email of my Notetaker recaps with the subject line: “Your meeting recap with John Smith is now available”.    Since then, the recaps now have the subject line: “Your meeting recap is now available”. Removing the name of the other party makes it harder to find them in my email.   Can the name be reinsterted into the subject?
