Bonjour, Jai créé un événement et je lai cloné. Quand je copie le lien du nouvel événement, il me met le lien de l évènement initial.Quel intérêt de cloner si c’est impossible de copier le nouveau lien ?Que faire ?
The buffer appointments that show on my calendar are super distracting, when are these going away? Love the buffers, hate the clogging on my calendar visuals.
Hi Calendly!I’m currently using Calendly’s free tier and just noticed that invitees can now book over certain events on my connected calendars. I saw the “Free/busy rules” section with the option to “Allow invitees to book over selected meetings,” which I don’t recall being enabled or active before. Can you please advise how to turn off this setting or prevent bookings over any events marked as “Busy” on my calendar? Has something changed recently in the free plan that might explain this behavior? Thanks in advance for your help!
At one time, there was an option to be able to disable rescheduling. I can’t seem to locate it anymore. Where do I go in the event creation to be able to disable this option? Thanks!
We have a meeting booked at 10:30-11:00am Central Time in the Calendly system. My client is seeing this same meeting in her calendar as 12:30-13:00 Pacific Time. This client operates out of San Jose, California so Pacific Time is correct, however Pacific Time is 2 hours behind Central Time, whereas this meeting has gone into her calendar as if Pacific Time was 2 hours ahead of Central time. Can you think of why this would have happened, and what can we do to resolve? Please note, I have already confirmed our account settings to ensure they are showing the correct time-zone, and as this is an in person event, I have also “locked the time zone.
I keep having an issue that a number of people have had difficulty with. Calendly doesn’t recognize that I have an appointment scheduled, overrides it, and allows others to schedule over it, thus double booking.I have connected and synced my calendar, I have marked my commitment as busy, and it still happens- I have done everything I have been told to do, and this keeps happening. I’m very frustrated with this. Can someone help? I am at a loss. Thanks very much.

I followed the instructions to adjust time on calendy by removing my available time to where it says unavailable. Hit Apply but it doesn’t change on my calendar when I access it through my website.

How do i display the meeting durations along with the meeting names so people dont have to click into them to find out?
This thread was closed, but I don’t believe the issue was resolved.I need to be able to send a single link and have the invitee be able to choose the meeting duration from a list of options that I give.
Hey all. I generally love Calendly, but one missing feature bugs me. For some meeting types, I want to allow invitees to choose the duration of the meeting, within some choices I specify, sort of like this:Calendly support suggested this:The problem is, I already have multiple event types (Client, Prospect, Student, Client including evenings and weekends, Student extended hours etc.) If I clone all these events to allow for 45 / 60 / 90 / 120 min meetings, I will end up with an unwieldy list of way too many event types. Then if you need to edit an event, you also need to remember to edit all the various duration instances of the same meetings. It’s wildly inefficient and unruly. Is there any reason you could see why Calendly is not letting us specify these choices for SOME meeting types? For Calendly employees reading this: Is this feature in the works? If not, why not?
Hi thereI’ve seen this mentioned in other topics, but they’re now closed.I would like to request that the invitee be able to set the duration of the meeting.I’ve seen that a workaround is to use a Routing Form, however, this is only available to higher tiers. Seeing as the subscription fee is already high, and this being the only feature that i’d be upgrading for, I don’t think it would be worth the extra monthly cost, especially as it’s only a pretty clunky workaround. Please let me know if this feature is in the pipline and when it might be implimented.BestAlex
I just left Youcanbookme and was able to set multiple durations on the same booking page with them - I noticed a lot of people asking about a year or two ago whether they can do this with Calendly also but at the time the response was that you couldn’t and to setup multiple events or create a landing page. People will be clicking through from an email and I want to avoid extra clicks to avoid losing them - is this possible yet and if not, are you able to give a rough guide as to when you plan to incorporate it please?
I have a simple question but it seems complicated to me - new user, looking to upgrade, but need to make sure certain features are possible:I want to create different options to book with different time lengths, for the same day.Egsample:I want to offer:1] Short support session of 30mins2] Live support Zoom session of 60mins3] Done-For-You platform setup session of 180minsAll 3 apointments available to choose from, on the same day - between 7am to 7pm Should one of the 3 be selected, it removes my availability in my calendar, but the remaining time is available to fit in other options, if this makes sense? Please help me understand if this is possible, and if i can have all the options on one appointment scheduler page, instead of sending a link to different relevant appointments, depending on the clients needs. I cant wait to hear back from you, would be extatic if this was possible - i will upgrade immediately!
Hello everyone, we would like to give our potential clients the option of how long they would like to talk to us in our initial meeting. Therefore, we would like to offer two options, e.g. 15 minutes and 30 minutes. From what I've seen, I can only choose one duration per event - or is there a special trick or is this only possible for a certain type of event? Many thanks for your support.
Hi, can you create multiple duration selections under one event type?
I am looking for an event type with selection e.g. 15 min., 30 min,. 45 min. and 60 min and after the selection the customer sees in the calendar where I have time for it
Hi! Is there a way to mask email addresses for 1:1 events? I took a look at the group events feature outlined here, but since the invitee limit has to be greater than one, it doesn’t work for our use case.Similar to that use case, we don’t want the interviewee seeing the email address of our internal users. The group events works, except for the fact that it doesn’t block our internal users’ calendar when one person picks the time slot. Is there a way to accomplish this?
Yesterday was fine. Today events from Google Calendar do not show on Calendly.
I’ve been trying to cancel my account for several months now but haven’t been able to because I’m currently locked out of the email address associated with the account. Please let me know what alternative steps I can take to verify my identity and successfully cancel the account.
I would love to read the article that was mentioned in the above related topic for “How to create a multi-session event (like a 6-week class), but the article is not found. Can anyone assist in how to set up a multi-seek event - like a 6-week course?
Hello, so i saw this and it seems like it is new, is there a way to make it so that the invitee chooses his own custom duration (e.g. 90 min for this example)
Flexibility isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s how you meet the moment for your customers. Now you can bring that same flexibility to your scheduling experience. We heard you: “I want to let invitees choose how long we meet without sending multiple booking links.” ✅ Done! If you're on a paid Calendly plan, you can now add up to four meeting duration options to a single Event Type, so invitees can pick the time that works best for them, and you can simplify scheduling without managing a bunch of links. Try it out: Add duration options to an event Before: More clicks, more friction You had to create separate Event Types for each meeting length, cluttering your scheduling page and making it harder for invitees to find the right option. Now: One link, more choices Let invitees choose from up to four duration options in a single booking experience. Fewer Event Types to manage for you, and a smoother experience for them.
