Hi,Most of my customers are Danish, so I'd prefer my Calendly booking page, including messages and reminders, to be in Danish rather than English.Could you please advise how I can set this up using my current free account?

Calendly has been sending appointments automatically to my google calendar. Today it is not working for some reason, and the calendly invites are not being sent to my google calendar like they have been. Can anyone help me with a fix?

HiI have just updated my Laptop and cannot seem to find the Calendly Plug-in for Outlook. I love this feature and had it running on my old laptop. I hope I am not just having a “man look”. Any thoughts?JTx

Hi, I paid for a Calendly account with another email and it malfunctioned so I ended up creating another account but now I want to pay for continued subscription on the account that’s working well and wanted to see if I could transfer my subscription over since I’m not using the malfunction a different email 

When I insert the link to my ninety minute event from my Gmail, the URL ends in /30 min and it also leads to page not found. I have to deal with very angry customers because of this! Please fixF. Binder

I was sent this link from a potential employer I met through LinkedIn - https://calendly.com/d/cnrs-2zzn-shr. I would like to know if this is a valid calendly address form.  I am beginning to be concerned about the quality of the employer, even though the contact up to this point had all been professional.

I work on a team of educators that frequently hosts guest speakers for our students. We use round robin to do so, so that only one of our team needs to take the time from their calendar to facilitate the meeting. However, the current round robin set-up allows for multiple events to be booked at the same time, as long as one host is still available. To avoid double booking our students (we only want one guest speaker to be presenting at a given time!), we have to manually update each host's availability after an event has been booked in order to avoid the possibility of multiple events occurring at the same time.We’ve been asking for several years now for this feature to be created - would really love to see it as it would free up a lot of tedious time spent manually adjusting availability for our team. 

I followed the steps to connect my meta pixel to my calendly account but when I’m trying to test the event in the events manager, nothing happens. I have a Meta Pixel Helper extension  Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi! I’m using Calendly to help customers book learning sessions, and I have a large team of people who can host these sessions. It would be great if Calendly could create a waitlist option so that if I’m not specifically available at the customer’s desired time, I could know what the customer prefers and then check with my team to see if anyone else is available to lead that learning session with the customer.

I have two events of set length, but three event types where the client needs to be able to choose 60min, 90min, or 120min session lengths. So if I create events for each, I’m looking at a screen of 11 events that my clients would have to weed through, which is NOT the experience I want them to have as their first interaction with my business, what a mess. On my site, when they click for a specific service, it might be okay if they only saw the 3 events… but not an option it seems. My clients are often already overwhelmed, it needs to be easy. I see routing forms are an option in the teams subscription, but why is that not available in standard? I need none of the teams features. I’m a small, one person practice on a budget.  Can you please advise of when Calendly might allow the feature of clients choosing custom session lengths? In the meantime, could routing forms be added to the standard subscription? Maybe just 3 forms or

I’ve just signed up with a digital marketing agency who uses Go High Level for calender sync and appointment booking. After speaking with them, they indicated it is a simple process for Calendly to disconnect my calendar from the back end, but can only be done by Calendly support.  I’ve had no luck getting any support from Calendly.. Does anyone have a good way to get this done?

We use a CRM system that sends the booking confirmations automatically. As we don't want to spam the customer, it would of course be good if we could switch off the calenldy confirmation…

As an admin, I was able to decide in Chili Piper if I wanted to credit back cancelled meetings or no show meetings, back to the round robin distribution. How can I accomplish this in Calendly? 

HI, we’re using Calendly to schedule user interviews. A typical thing one does when to recruit participants for a study is sampling. Say you want 10 interviews in total. Then you want 3 interviews with small customers, 3 with medium-sized customers, and 4 with big customers.With the current functionality, if I send out the same scheduling link to each segment, it might happen that participants from one segment just completely book all available slots since they were the fastest.To prevent that, I would need to set up three different event types. Since we’re recruiting in German and English, and since event types cannot be multi-lingual, I would need to set up 2 x 3 event types. That’s no sustainable.What I’m looking for is a way to create segments within the same event type to generate unique invite links that I can send out to each segment. Simply to control how many bookings I get from each segment (= segment).Does anyone know how to achieve that? Or if

We are looking to have the Country Code locked to +1 on the form. When we view the form it shows the US Flag but only a +, the “1” is missing. This causes the country code to change as people input their number. Is this a bug currently? Everything I have read it appears +1 should be the default. Thank you! 

I want to set up a system in Calendly where users can book up to 8 one-on-one sessions with my founder, but no more than that. I'm considering using Zapier + Google Sheets to track the number of sessions each user books.Here’s what I’m thinking:When a user books a Calendly session, Zapier logs their email and tracks the number of times they’ve booked in Google Sheets. If they have booked less than 8 times, they can continue scheduling. Once they reach 8 bookings, I want to prevent them from scheduling additional sessions.Is this possible? If so, how can I automate the restriction so that Calendly blocks bookings beyond 8? Would I need a separate integration for this, or can it be done within Zapier?Would love any insights or alternative solutions!

My Round robin Is giving me issues.We are unable to host meetings in the same timeslots.I have tried troubleshooting, but it creates conflicts in our schedules no matter if one of us is free.How do i change the access to allow both hosts to be scheduled out. 

I pushed the event delete button by mistake and there were already many invitees listed. For sure they have received an email from Calendly about the event cancellation.Is it possibile to delete a wrong event cancellation where many invitees were listed?

Hi, When you want to send a mass email to all past clients, the advice from Calendly was to download the list of clients, and then upload them into your marketing email software.However, that can only be done if the client has opted-in for the extra messages.So my question is: When a (new) client signs in for an appointment with me in Calendly, have they had the opportunity to opt-in for additional messages not related to the actual appointment?Thanks in advance for your answer,cheers,       Els

When utilizing the Book Meeting feature of the Chrome browser extension as discussed in the Schedule in real time with Calendly's extension post, we’ve noted that the text (SMS) reminder notifications do not send and the box to even enter a number to opt in is missing. This is presumably caused since the Book Meeting feature does not include the “Send text messages to” field that is found on the booking details page of the normal view on the calendly website.Is there a method to include that field when utilizing the extension’s ‘Book Meeting’ feature such that text message reminders are sent? How do people indicate that they are unavailable in any the options? Not responding to the poll is unhelpful, because then I have no way of knowing if they ignore the poll or if they are unavailable. Thank you!

HI,I set up last week to be alerted when someone schedules an appointment with me via text.  I am getting multiple alerts of someone scheduling but when checking the calendar, no new appointments.  What do I need to check and fix, please give suggestions!Thank you!

I have an event type that is 90 minutes. When I book through the mobile app, it asks me to set the duration and the pre-set duration is set at 30 minutes. I don't understand this. Also, the calendar view on mobile does not show an overview of bookable slots or indicates which days have bookable slots. Is this supposed to be this way?Thanks in advance

Hola! queria saber si hay posibilidad de sincronizar de tal manera con ZOOM para que si ya hay una reunión creada anteriormente en zoom, esa franja horaria por defecto aparezca bloqueada en Calendly y no tener que hacerlo de manera manual.Gracias
