we have multiple locations and work at different ones on different days. Can you set the days for that location available for clients to schedule an appointment? For example a client can only book an appointment for the Echuca location with me on Wednesdays?

Is Calendly going to adjust the reschedule settings so we can choose to disable rescheduling within a chosen amount of hours of the appointment, to ensure clients cannot reschedule at short notice?I was previously with acuity and they offer this as an option. it would be so useful!

How can I add these registrations to the online dates so that the number of available slots can be updated? Thank you for your answers.

Quick question for you– Do you want to offer your invitees the option to book a series of events, or an event package where they pre-pay for multiple sessions?While event types don’t natively support a series or package of events, I have a neat workaround you can use to accomplish your scheduling goals! Problem: Event types in Calendly do not natively support a series or package of booked events. Solution: Using the invitee redirect feature, you can “daisy-chain” event types together. How can I use  fathom with meetings booked in Calendly and meeting via Microsoft Teams by default? Even when I paste the Calendly meeting link that leads to teams, fathom doesn't recognize it.

I work in a school and am trying to set up meetings with students and parents. They have to fall at specific times in the day, i.e. lunch, before school, and I try to fit in two meetings per 65 minute class period. Is it possible to set up a calendar that allows me to open up very specific times, i.e. 8:20, 8:45, 9:15, 9:40, etc. to maximize the number of meetings that I can fit in a day. Here is what it looks like on another program I have used. I need for a student not to be able to sign up for other times. It doesn’t fit a tight pattern because sometimes I need 5 minutes and other times 10 minutes between meetings in order for the meetings to land in the available class period (i.e. PE).  Any suggestions?  

Exactly what the title says. A basic search option for previous clients/calls is not available. Not sure if it’s there but this is a really basic function that should be easily accessible.

Is there a way to limit the same person registering 2x.  I have my “invitees can schedule” set for 30 days, but some schedule 2x in one month.  Is there a way to limit this via their email - block message that they have already registered for this month.

I have my account synced with Outlook (desktop). It has been working great for at least a year.Now, even when my day is completely empty on Outlook (like NOTHING), it is showing that I am unavailable on Calendly, so no one can book. Calendly has (seemingly) randomly closed off the next 2 months from my calendar (on Calendly, not in Outlook). I have tried the troubleshooting tool (not helpful for this problem). I have checked that the calendar plugin is still engaged and supposedly syncing (yes).I don’t know what else to try and Calendly tech support has not been helpful (they sent me the original message to use the troubleshooting tool and then have not responded when I showed them screenshots of the problem).HELP! How do I fix this?

I send my Calendly link out dozens of times per week, and no one has ever had an issue with it. My name/URL does not contain anything that would trigger a Scunthorpe problem. I’ve now gotten someone who works at a small medical practice telling me the link is being blocked as malicious (and of course doesn’t seem to understand that this is something their IT team has chosen to block, not a problem with my setup).Has anyone encountered this? Any idea what filter would be blocking Calendly and/or what sort of categorization it would be under? The person did not suggest that their employer massively locks down the internet, and it would seem that people there would need standard web access to perform their jobs.

I have set up two different event types basically with a different hourly rate: evening rates are more - is there a way to have both event types in the same calendar?Actually the best way to do this would be to set your event types and then when you set up your calendar availability you can choose the event type per time slot - is that possible? I’m missing it, if it is... 

Hi, I’m booking a series of market research interviews. Once they have booked a time, I don’t want participants to be able to reschedule their invitation by themselves. How can I remove this capability?  Cheers! 

For some reason, I am not able to sync my calendar any more. Why cant I sync my calendars?

I am having an issue with scheduling appointments where I used to be able to override the calendar availability, now I am no longer able to. It says that override for this event type is controlled by the admin. I am the admin and do not see any settings related to allowing override.  Is this an error or did something change recently that is now limiting my ability to override my current set availability?  

Calendly minimum booking time notice—with no option to set workdays—means people can book on Saturday and Sunday—this is far from ideal! I have just had, on a Saturday, somebody book a meeting for Monday.  I had set 24hours notice to book.   Is it possible to put 24 working hours notice? Currently not possible to do working hours is there any other workaround,  other than change the minimum booking time to 72 hours (at end of play on a Friday )?  There is this on the Calendly community portal  - Add workday as an option to event notice settings | Community No thread is closed - no update for 11 months 🙄 wne I posted this I got  how about that ability for us users!!   “We’re out for the weekend!  minimum booking is  24 working hours“and, clicking on the read more: how about that includes pre-moderation option :   Count on pre-moderation being enabled during weekends, U.S. holidays, but also other select times based on company requirements.​​​​​​​

Hi there,Is there a way I would be able to set my event where the customer doesn’t have to click “show more” every time they are brought to the Phone Consultation page?Or secondly, is there a way that right underneath the title Phone Consultation, I can add our phone number and it can be clickable to a mobile user to dial the number from there, without having to read the description? Thank you!  

Hello, We have a sales calendar with signs ups from across the US, and it seems that our last 3 bookings didn’t have their ‘auto-time zone’ adjustments work, and they thought they were scheduling based on their local time zones.  I tested this calendar out via a VPN in a different country (European Country), and it still showed as EST.  Is there another setting that could be overriding auto- detect for our calendar to be defaulting on EST time zone? Thanks! 

Hi all!I would like my calendly call booking page to force Time Format display to 12h am/pm style for everyone. I’ve already changed my time format in my personal settings, but this doesn’t do anything for my booking page.I’m located in Europe, and US leads often book the wrong time because they assume the displayed 24h/military time is 12h am/pm time. Is this possible? Thanks! :)

My All Day Events created in Outlook for Mac were not showing up in Calendly and one of their CSRs just showed me how to mark an All Day Event as Busy in the Google online calendar.  That’s a manual two step process.What I’m trying to find is how can I get Google Calendar to mark All Day Events to BUSY by default.  I can’t seem to find that info anywhere or I’m overlooking it.Thanks!~Robert

I need help with something. I am a meeting host and I use google calendar with to manage scheduling meetings with my work colleagues and I use calendly to allow clients and those outside of the organization to schedule time to meet. I am going to a conference and I don't want colleagues to be able to schedule time with me so I have blocked myself as busy on my calendar. However, I want clients and prospects to be able to schedule time with me at the conference. What do you suggest that I do?
