Hi, I recently set up my first event but on my 2nd one, the date is different but the time is the same.Instead of over-riding to the date & time I need, it is adding extra times at the 30 min interval.On the event name page with the duration option, this is saying it’s locked because you have at least one booked event.How do I unlock this to use the same time on a different date?Thanks

I have 2 Calendars associated with my Calendly Account: an Exchange Account (Work) and a Google Account (Personal). Can I set up a booking link that only checks one of these Calendars?

I want to set appointments for 3 people to come during one appointment slot (30 minutes) with specifying increments.  We work on a first come first serve basis. We process 3 guests who arrive during the 30 minute slot.  It’s too rigid to allocate 10 minute slots. 

Hello,Is it possible to only output the first name of the event organizer as a variable in the notifications?I have a sentence there "{Event organizer name} is looking forward to the conversation!"Instead of“John Doe is already looking forward to the conversation!”It should just say “John is looking forward to the conversation.”How do I achieve this? Thanks in advance!Dominik

How do I take off the reschedule option on some of our events? Some events are paid for, and are booked weeks out. People will not show for the event and then after the time has passed, reschedule for another event. This takes up valuable scheduling that if it was canceled in advance, someone else could have taken the spot. Or we would like to charge a fee for a “no call, no show”. Is this possible? 

How many people can use the calendar to set up an appointment on the free version  

If my invitee is outside the US, will the text reminders still work if the country code is entered correctly? 

I dont need to start my subscription until 1 November but I need to share an event link in a news letter in October in preparation for the event. Is this possible?Is it possible to select the start date of your subscription?

I’ll preface by stating I have looked through Calendly resources and community topics but couldn’t find a solution to my question.  Business structure:➢ We are a mobile massage business. ➢ There are 4 team members (users) besides me (owner).➢ We have 4 different locations in Southern California that we serve.➢ End-users can select their closest location (from landing page / website), we then present the Calendly Event Type link for their booking with a preferred masseuse or we can select one for them. ➢ Each “user” (my team), has been invited and they have updated their availability, as well as integrated their calendar.  Question(s):→ How do we create a system within Calendly that helps us create the options (above) and add the right team members to those event types (locations)? → Which process will allow end-users to see all available therapists after selecting their day and time?I have looked at groups, teams, event types, round-robin, adding users….it all starts sounding the same

work as a massage therapist- I have a waiting list of clients and when i get a cancellation and free slot is there a way to reserve it and then offer it out to those wanting to scheadule in a session?? at the moment its quite long winded- changing my availability to block it out for all client base to find,  then emailing clients on waiting list, waiting for response and then manually sheaduling or resheaduling them. I know some purpose built salon softwares do this- fresha, timely- but Im so used to calendly now as are my clients Im not keen to changethanks all 

I need to document how many appointment spots I had available per event type. I want to be able to capture on (x) date, there were (y) available appointments for the event type.  Is there a way to export this? 

Hey!I cannot see the meetings booked with my calendly on my Google Calendar even though my calendar is synced with the correct email. I’ve logged out and logged back in both on calendly and my Google emails but it still does not show the meetings on my Google Calendar even though I can see them as upcoming meetings on Calendly.

Once again got an email from a client who signed up using my Calendly link and never received the call-in information email afterwards. I'm so surprised that Calendly seems to work great for everyone and it hardly works for me at all, so I wonder if you could let me know what I am doing wrong. Here's the deal:My Calendly is hooked up with Google Calendar, and from my POV it all works great and people's appointments pop up on my calendar automatically. My google calendar uses my own domain if that’s relevant.HOWEVER, after using it for about half a year, I'd say 40% of the people who make an appointment on my Calendly link don't receive the email confirmation (it lands in their spam, or they never get it at all). The result is, they think their job is done (since they used my link), forget about it, the invite pops up on my calendar and I sit there and nobody joins the call. As many of you know, Calendy is a great solution to time management. Trying to connect people to accomplish things within the same time and space, without forgetting is you know, the thing we all deal with, as humans, with limited resources  And if you are like me, you’re an intelligent human who, has high demands on their time but it is fairly limited and so, to keep track of yourself so you don’t fall off a cliff,  you use calendy. and right now, i hate that this product is unable to help someone like me, edit the start times to reflect a later start time and early end date, despite the fact that yes, time as we understand it, moves in a predicable linear fashion  8:00 am to 9:00 am is earlier than 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and therefore comes first  but what if you’re a weirdo like me? who gets her productive work time and collaborates with people at 10:00 pm to 2:00 am? what if you’re a new parent who’s coparenting with a partner who’s in another time zone ? what if you’re dating long di

I had started a dog walking service, and I have additional services to offer on top of the event. How do i add additonal fees for each event? Example: 30 min walk is $20, I charge $2.50 booking fee, and charge $5 per extra pet with max of 2. so it would look like $20$2.50 service$5 per extra pet (1 extra=$5, 2 extra=$10)

Why rescheduling the location of  an already-schedule event is impossible ? I am not a programmer, so I guess it’s something hard to program ? Otherwise it’d already be done you’d think !Everyone here says to cancel the event and then manually reschedule the clients, but the “cancel” message they’ll get is still there and it is so bad...  Another thing no one seems to explain - no reschedule button on normal weekly meetings (not one of) -at least I am not the only only frustrated with that.

New to Calendly. I’m just confused. Whenever someone books on my Calendly, it displays on the meeting detailss: “1 hosts (which is me) then “0 non-hosts”but when I click the details of the non-host, the details of the person who booked shows. Why does it says 0 non-hosts??

Hi,It would be very handy to be able to block someone from booking, rather than having to create new links. Surely something on the line if someone books with a certain name, email address and phone number, we could automatically block them from booking. John

I was under the impression that Calendly automatically sent calendar invites to my invitees upon booking with me via my scheduling link. I have Shared My Calendly Link with about 20 people, at this point. All of them have booked with me and received emails, but not the calendar invites. Help! 

I am using Calendly (standard plan) to book equipment in an education space. For example, 5 separate workstations are available for booking at the same time. My preference is to set them up as individual 1-1 events (i.e. workstation 1, 2...) and have them all populate 1 calendar, but when one station is booked for a time slot, all others become unavailable at the same time. The only option  seems to be set 1 group meeting with 5 slots, but then people cannot select a specific workstation so it is not ideal and a bit confusing…. Am I missing something here, are multi 1-1 meetings not bookable simultaneously?  

I feel like this has to be the dumbest question ever, but I cannot figure it out…. How do I simply view my calendar in Calendy? The view I am looking for is what I see if I go to creating a meeting poll.  

Is there a way to export historical availability information through the user interface or API? I use the event exports to analyze past data, but I’d like to compare it to availability, which has changed over time. I saw the API can provide the normal availability rules, but that doesn’t seem to be a day-by-day list.
