Is the waiting list on the coming functionalities list? This would be very helpful to keep our agenda full in case of cancellations. Planity offers something similar, where customers get a notification when an appointment at a sooner is available. 

Hi,In the meetings page, I see after each line of event meeting scheduled, “1 Host | 0 non-hosts”.I am bit confused why it is showing “0 non-hosts”  even though meetings are confirmed by both host and non-host.Please can you help me.Thanks,Ram  

Hi,When, as a host, I want to reschedule a confirmed meeting, the invitation goes as a confirmation as opposed to a new meeting time proposed.Is there a way to send the rescheduled time (from a host) to invitee as a proposed new time as opposed to a confirmed time (as invitee has to confirm it)?Thanks,Ram     

Hi ,I noticed that in the confirmation email sent to the customer after booking the appointment, all available time-slots are shown including the booked (confirmed) one in bold.This might be bit confusing to the receiver/customer.Is it possible to show only the confirmed time-slot and hide all other time-slots?Thanks,Ram     

I have some parameters set on my schedule to allow event types to overlap eachother. As an example: We use Calandly to have cusotmers book a cold plunge session and sauna sessions. These are in different rooms and can be booked at the same time. I put the paremeters in the scheduling times in the Event Type Set up to allow sauna appointments to overlap with events that “Include” Plunge. But the system is not seeing these appointments and still blocks out that time slot for the sauna event type.  Any suggestions on trouble shooting? 

Hi, My client works with Active Campaign for communication with her clients and automisation of workflows. She offers an online course and as an extra her clients get the opportunity to book a 1-on-1 call with her. So when clients buy they come into a funnel that sends them an email with a Calendly link from where they can book an appointment for the call. We want the appointment link to expire after x-time (3 months for example). Is it possible to create a unique link for every contact that  enters the Active Campaign funnel, and that this unique link automatically is added to the mail AC sends out?

Ce ne sont pas mes patients qui saisissent leurs reservations, mais uniquement moi.Je suis amenée à reserver plusieurs creneaux différents pour une même personne.Sur ma page de planification, lorsque le contact est connu et saisi dans la base contact, je ne comprends pas pourquoi lorsque je saisis le nom de la personne, toutes les informations la concernant ne s’affiche pas. il faut que je saisisse tout à nouveau !!Il n’y a que si je passe par l’onglet “contacts” dans les paramètres, que je peux “planifier” un rdv. mais dans ce cas, si je veux saisir un invité, je dois ajouter son adresse mail. Comment puis-je faire pour enregistrer ce même créneau pour les 2 personnes?D’après ce que j’ai compris, je peux réserver un créneau pour une personne et inviter l’autre (qui ne recevra sa confirmation QUE par mail (et pas par SMS)).Mais je voudrais savoir s’il est possible de réserver ce même créneau pour la deuxième personne afin qu’elle puisse elle aussi recevoir un mail ET un SMSMerci beaucoup pou votre aideBien cordialement

Is there a master calendar in calendly where I can mark certain individual days in a month as unavailable when traveling and such?

I practice in 2 different places and on different days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in one place, Friday in another place). I offer the same services (therefore the same events).I would like to know if I can keep my events already create and propose different places for the different days of the week by simply changing the settings. I would like to not have to create new duplicate events just for different locations. This will do a lot on my appointment page.Thank you

Hi, I want to use calendly to schedule 1:1 sessions with around 50 experts. I want students to be able to:Choose from the experts, see their availability and then schedule.  Choose their preferable time and then see who is available for session on that specific time. Is that possible? 

I see the closed thread. I have it disabled. But it still shows. On every browser, on every machine, on every device. We are on a professional plan. It doesn’t make any sense.

A client scheduled with me for “12:00pm - Friday, November 22, 2024 (Eastern Time - US & Canada)” however, when they received a meeting invite, it says “Friday Nov 22, 2024 ⋅ 5pm – 5:30pm (Coordinated Universal Time).” This led to meeting cancellation and confusion for both of us. My Outlook calendar that my scheduling page synced to has the proper time zone, as does my Calendly account itself. 

We have staff who work fully remote one day a week, but in-office all other days. We would really like to offer meeting types within the same event form, but can’t because there is no way to limit a location based on day of the week. We would really love a feature that allows locations options within the same event to be variable based on day/date. For example, if someone chose a meeting on Monday, they may see phone, Zoom, or in-person as options, but if they chose Wednesday they would see only phone or Zoom. Because we don’t have this feature we have to have two events for the same type of meeting, the only difference being location options, where we can limit the in-person event to only being 4 days of the week instead of 5, but this makes limiting the total number of meetings in a day difficult.A routing form is not ideal for this, because then someone has to choose the day of the week they “may” pick but not see all available options if they know a time they want to have

Say we have 3 sales people and 4 technical advisors. We want to show booking availability when any 1 sales person is available and any 1 advisor is available. It does not matter who, we just want to make sure we have one person each. Is this possible to do with Calendly? I looked through documentation and don’t think this is possible, but wanted to check.

When a customer selects a time for a meeting, it add myself and co-host to my calendar but the customer is not included.  They receive a separate calendar invite and we aren’t included on that one.  If I manually add them to the one that was scheduled on my calendar, they now have 2 calendar entries.

Calendly started sending notifications of meeting bookings to junk. So I have added notifications@calendly.com and @calendly.com to my safe list. However, I now no longer receive any email notification of scheduling at all.How can I fix this? Today I have had no emails in junk, inbox or any other folder of 5 meetings that have been booked.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. 

Hi!  I am trying to set up 20 specific dates for group CPR classes.  The classes occur at specific times of the day over a one-month time period.  Some of the dates will need to allow for up to 6 students to select that date.  Other dates need to allow for 12 students.  Students will be given one calendar link and all 20 dates should be available as options so they can select the date for the class they wish to attend, assuming there are still seats/appointment slots available at that date/time.  I’ve read every resource I can find, but I can’t seem to schedule these group events correctly.  Could someone tell me how to proceed step-by-step.  (I’m on the standard plan = $10/month)  Thank you!

Hi there, my friends, I see that we can set a limit on the number of events/day.But my events are of varying lengths ranging from 15 minutes to 8 hours.So, limiting events makes no sense - for me - and, I’m guessing, for others. What I need to limit are the total number of hours per day. So, is there a way to do that?I ask because it seems that limiting factor is the number of hours/day - a much more useful because it's the number of hours available in the day that’s the true, real world limit. Not the number of events. Anyone else? 

We are a 2 member teamWe have a meeting type in which either of us can conduct the meeting on our own. We both will be available to take the meeting but on different days. For example: Member 1 is available tues and thurs and member 2 is available wed and sat. We want the customer link to display the availability of both members calendars and choose the time that works best for them. This should not be on a rotating round robin.

Depending on the size of our clients, we sometimes need to reschedule booked appointments within our team. Unfortunately, Calendly always cancels the original appointment and creates a new one when rescheduling. The "appointment cancellation" email causes a lot of confusion for our clients. Simply blocking the new time in the calendar of our senior while keeping the old appointment active isn’t a good option either, as it negatively impacts our booking stats.Have you had similar experiences? How do you handle this?And is there any hope that Calendly will address this issue in the near future?
