We have integrated our Salesforce to calendly to send out links to schedule a 1 on 1 appointment with our customers and an agent. But when an invite goes out to a customer to schedule the appointment by using the link we send via SMS and email from Salesforce, at the bottom of the invitation under the section Guests - it has the agent’s personal work email. Is there a way to hide this so it is not seen?
When working with local time zone, this is not needed, when using widget, the timezone display (Tijdzone Midden-Europese tijd) is present under the day in question. It takes up alot of space and not needed. Is there a way to remove it?
I saw this on another topic “You could ask each of your users to connect their Calendly account to your Stripe/PayPal account if need be (more below)!!”My question is, how can my users connect their Calendly to the same PayPal account as me? (I’m the admin, my events are connected to my PayPal but I also want my users to connect their events to my same PayPal account).
When you click my link it shows that my next day of availability is in September
I opened a ticket yesterday and even today I have not gotten a response from anyone. The chat support bot just asked me to open a ticket and when asking for a live agent, told me since I have a ticket to wait. Can I get a update for my ticket?I am trying to get the download link for the calendly plugin for outlook (not the addin) as I keep getting 404 calendar not found after trying to resync my calendar on the web dashboard. I don’t know why I am getting the 404 error, if it due to the plugin key I have not working or the plugin being outdated (was installed maybe one or 2 years ago).
I am using the scheduler to open up times on a specific date in the future . E.g., I need times open until 9 pm yet even after I update my preferences, the last slot available is 5 pm.
It would be amazing if Calendly could let us offer customers the option to PAY ONCE to book multiple slots at a time so we can offer them a discounted prices. For example, 1 slot for a weekly lesson costs $85 ($340 if they book every week, sometimes $425 if they have 5 lessons that month), but if they book a month of lessons in advance (even if that month has 5 weeks) they only pay $320. PLEEEEAAASE add this feature. TidyCal has this feature...
Hi all, I am on the free Calendly, but the only time slots go from 9am to 4pm … I have looked all through the settings but can’t see where to change these?THANKS!! Alex
When rescheduling the appointment I would like the customer not to be able to choose the hosting but the original one.I have set "Keep original host" but I continue to see both settings as shown in the photo. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I connected our SF Sandbox and now it's showing an error saying: This package can’t be installed. - when I tried to install the calendly package. Can someone help me.
Hi, if I cancel an event that has been booked by the customer, I still get the reminder before the meeting. It reminds me of the canceled meeting. Does the customer get the same message then? And how can I stop this. It is very confusing.
Dear team, I am facing an issue when connecting my Zoom users to Calendly. Setup: Each user has a Zoom Pro account which is part of the companies Zoom Pro account and can be administrated through the main account. Each user also has his own Calendly login. Goal: To connect each Calendly user to his personal Zoom account, so that customers can schedule meetings, which will then show up as meetings in Zoom. Problem: When I set it up in Calendly, then I can see that the user is connected to the companies Zoom account, which is fine for now. But when I log in as the same user, then it shows me that the user is using a personal account. When scheduling a Zoom meeting on the users Calendly langing page, then the appointment will show up in the companies Zoom account instead of the personal one. I don’t know why it shows to different connections, depending on who is logged in to Calendly, as it actually looked pretty straight forward in the tutorials. Could you have a check? Please feel free
My calednly booked 2 different types so i have 2 meetings at 9 am and 2 meetings at 930 on top of each other. where do fix this?
I am creating an event for a specific category of customer. When the customer books they should be offered all of the available dates and the location for each date; for instance…Aug 11 10-12pm Manchester Sep 9 2-4pm Birmingham Oct 23 10-12pm Bristol.I want it to work this way so that clients only have one link to visit and if they later need to reschedule they don’t have to cancel one appointment and find the url for another. How do I do this (and if I can’t how do I raise this as a feature request?)
I know that Phone appointments add numbers in the location field automatically, but for non-phone appointments, it seems like the only way to add it is by adding a request for a number as an Invitee Question, which doesn’t interact with the phone number intake for the text workflow, so you end up having to ask a person to enter their number twice, which isn’t a good enough solution for my business. Hopefully, someone knows a way to avoid this, thanks.
Hi everyone, i have a doubt to integrate the conversion invitee_meeting_scheduled from GA4 to Google Ads and i tried to contact with Google Ads support and Calendly support with no answer yet. What happens is i connected GAds to GA4 to import the conversion to my account but GAds isnt tracking and GA4 does it.So my question is: ¿how is possible that? ¿There’s a way to fix the tracking on gads?
I am wondering if anyone else is having difficulty syncing Outlook 2021 and Calendly in a Windows 11 environment using the Outlook plug-in. This started recently (w/in the past two days), and tech support has no answer as to how to fix it.Up to this point (for 2 years), I never had an issue. Four months ago Calendly posted a response to a query stating that if you downloaded your version of Outlook from the MS/Windows store, it wouldn’t work. (not true, mine did for 2 years). Also that the plug-in wasn’t compatible with Outlook 2021 (again not true - mine worked until two days ago). . What I’m seeing is that Calendly no longer syncs in either direction with Outlook. When I put an appt on my calendar, Calendly goes through the sync process but the appt doesn’t show up there and there is no error message. Conversely, if someone uses one my my invitations to book an appt, they can make the appt and I can view it online … BUT (1) it doesn’t get to my desktop calendar as it used to. The on
Bonjour,Est-il possible pour le client de faire un paiement par CB sans passer par PayPal ou Stripe ?Merci
Hi We have recently changed remote meetings from Zoom to MS Teams. We are also trialing Otter AI for note taking. Out set up is our main email & calendars on our Exchange Server, linked to Calendly and MS Teams (& Otter AI) on a different email address. I’ve noticed that Calendly doesn’t create a MS Teams link for MS Teams meetings and this is instead a Calendly link to a MS Teams meeting. It also doesn’t create the event in MS Teams, only on our Exchange Server. The results of this are:we need to manually copy the event into MS Teams The meeting link/location is not picked up by MS Teams as a MS Teams meeting, so you need to copy the link into a browser and then manually open in MS Teams Otter AI does not automatically join the MS Teams Meeting as the link/location is not a MS Teams link Generally creates a lot of manual work where the hope was to integrate and automate everythingIs there a solution available I am unaware of ()that does not involve us moving to Office 365)? Or
We are attending an upcoming tradeshow and would like to allow multiple clients to book at the same time slot.(ie)9:00 - 9:15 - Allow up to 3 customers to book during this time slot I cannot figure out how to do this in the settings. Please help!
Wouldn't it be great to be able to set a fortnightly repeating schedule? For example, I would love to be able to have alternating weeks where one week I’m available in the evenings, the next week in the mornings.
Hi, Is there a way to set times for meetings during the day but ones later in the day don't show availability until the previous ones are booked? For example, I can be in office from 9 am to 4pm but I dont want the 1 hour and 1.5 hour appointments to be at 9 am and then not until 3. I would prefer the morning appointments to be booked. This is for in person office appointments. I hope I am making sense with this. Would love some help. Trying to push appointment times closer together instead of gaps of times between. I understand buffering.
Not very helpful. The chat says, "The chat is experiencing technical difficulties and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again shortly." But it's never up, no matter when I click on it. I am needing technical support because I am based in Mountain time, and I have that set in my Account Settings, but Calendly keeps booking events in Pacific time leading to confusion among us humans as to when we're meeting. Yet, Calendly doesn't seem to have a way to reach a live person for help. Very upsetting.
