How Do I...?

I have been using the same Event Type to send to multiple clients, editing the date range for when I am looking for them to book. Clients are coming back to me saying that the scheduling window that I am looking for them to book during is not open to them. What I realize now is that the link in the email I have sent will always use the latest date range that I have saved. Oops.What is the best way to deal with this situation? All the basic parameters of the meeting will be the same but the meeting window will change. Do I just keep cloning the meeting with different date ranges?     

How do I modify the automatic confirmation to the host after a booking? I wanted to add in some of the UTM parameters to more easily identify the point of origin for the meeting request.

So I've created a calendar event for the first Thursday of every month… how do I block that out in my calendar so no one else can book in Google cal without blocking it out for calendly, as it won’t then let anyone book into the event I read a post that said you can leave a placeholder gcal event as ‘free’ but people could still book other calendlty events over the top of that. This is not the only calendly event I have

Hello, I have several questions that invitees are required to answer before booking a session and paying. This has worked well in the past but no longer works and invitees are able to book and pay for a session without answering the questions. These are health questions so it is imperative that people answer before booking. The questions are asterisked on the booking page and marked as required in the settings but it is still possible to ignore them and pay via PayPal. How can I fix this please?

I would like to create an appointment myself for my client.  When I looked at the prior questions, I saw the same thing from Marion about a month ago.  Her answer was from Jillian.  I followed the advice, however, when I went to click the button to “schedule the event’” I go an error message that said I needed to enter the payment details through PayPal.  When I tried to log in to PayPal, I got n error message that said “You are logging into the account of the seller for this purchase. Please change your login information and try again.”How can I correct this?  (I have already sent the client a PayPal Invoice.) Thanks in advance for your help.

Dear all,I am looking for a specific option and I am not sure how to create it. Or if it is even possible, even with integrations.I’d like to find way to send an email to all the invitees who have already booked an appointment with me in the next future, in order to propose an anticipation.It would be great if I could choose the type of event and the time span to choose, but I can be flexible.Any help would be much appreciated! Hi, we have changed all our event types availability to the same time and day in error! Is there any way to revert back to the previous schedule and availability?  Also is there a way to turn off all events in one go (we have 160!) while we fix the error?  Thank you 

Can I share u link for just one day? So when people open the link, they only see that day and do not have to move to the correct day?

Is there a way I can separate my appointment times with limits? For example, we’re creating an appointment for 4 attendees, but we’re breaking it down to 2 males and 2 females (it's for animals, not humans...). Is there a way to set an appointment up with those choices? So there are 4 in total, but two different types. Or even if I could set up a 10:00 am and 10:05 am appointment (limited to 2 attendees) - could I title one “male” and one “female”?

I would like to use calendly for an upcoming event where we will have meeting rooms within a hotel that our attendees can book/request. However, one attendee might need it for 30 minutes, another might need it for 60 minutes and another might need it for 2 hours. Is there a way for them to book multiple time frames or clicking and dragging the time they need?Also, is there a way to set up an approval process so when they do request the slot, it comes to me for approval?

I have different appointment types for my coaching business, so I marked them by color.  Is there a way to organize them in an order at least by the color I marked it? Right now when the client goes to my Calendly page, all my appointments are scattered.  It would be beneficial if was a way for the categories (ie. blue, green, purple appointments) were grouped together in some kind of order.  Is this possible?

I’m on a Mac. My Calendly shows every time slot as free. My Google calendar events are showing up as free on Calendly when they should be busy. Why? I don’t see how to add Google Calendar events on “connected calendars”. Google calendar is not even listed as an option.

I have created two events, both one-on-one and using identical parameters but different dates. They are sequential (2 weeks in May, one week in June). I have bookings for both events. Calendly now tells me I can only have one ‘event type’ on the free plan. But they are the same type. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong please? I don’t want to lose the bookings by cancelling from Calendly but I only need to use this feature for 2 months a year. Upgrading seems to require I pay for a whole year. The only solution I can think of is to make one event by extending the first event. Cancel the bookings for the second event and add them back in to the single extended event. Thanks all. 

I’m meeting clients at a specific location (“X”). I need to change the location to location “Y.”  How do I update the location so my clients receive new emails and texts to let them know of the change? 

Hi. I’d like to create a series of ten minute meetings (18 x 10 minutes in a 3 hour time period), allowing students to each book one of the ten minute meetings. I have created an Event Type of 10 minutes in length. However, my Calendly page only displays a time every 30 minutes as available (e.g. 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm, etc). I want to show available slots every ten minutes (e.g. 2.30pm, 2.40pm, 2.50pm, 3pm, etc)

My event’s time slots are NOT showing because of OVERLAP when I click on the trouble shooting. Checking my Scheduled Event tab, I have NO other event happening at that time. Please help!!  

Hi to everyone! Is there a way that we can edit the UI of our form for our Calendly Routing? Is there a way that we can select the things that we want to see online? To choose the things that will be on display? We have a company logo that is in use for our Calendly Links but we would need to remove it from our form in our Calendly Routing form. I don’t want to take it off from our settings menu because it will be removed everywhere. Thanks in advance for those who can help!

I worked  at a company a few years  back.  created   a calendly with that email, but  my calendly link is my actual name.  I am not at that company and want my name back.in fact,that company doesn’t exist anymore,  it got bought. how do i go about asking, there seems to be  no way to talk to  calendly direct. thanksSean

Hello All, I’d like to discuss the Calendly Teams licensing model.I book collective meetings with people that are not in my organization. The way the licensing model is set up now when I add these people to may team I have to pay for their license, ostensibly even if they are already a Calendly licensed user.This doesn’t really make sense as I have many colleagues that I am booking collective meetings with.I would rather have them pay their own licensing fees and have teams and collective meetings capability based on that. What do you think? Eric  

Hello, is possible to mark as book event only those meeting who will reconfirm by the customer?Now, the way Calendly works is that every customer who books an event will automatically be marked as "booked," and that particular time slot will become unavailable for others to book. However, I would prefer to only consider those meetings as "booked" when the customer clicks on the confirmation link to secure their spot.

I want to change the location of a meeting that’s already been accepted by my invitee. I know I can open the event in “scheduled events,” and then use “Reschedule” to make the change. However this particular meeting doesn’t have the “Reschedule” option. What do I do and why is “reschedule” not there? 

Does anyone know why I cannot see an event type to select when trying to establish an integration with mailchimp?  I have a round robin event that I would like to integrate with a mailchimp. That event does not appear in the dropdown menu when trying to establish a new rule if someone schedules this event.  

Users are a pain so we like to have an admin control as much as they can with little access required to the platform (we link to Outlook calendars and Salesforce so they practically never have to login to Calendly). Through Managed Event Types, we can control all aspects of the event, even going so far as to be able to set custom hours for each individual user assigned to the managed event. However, there also exists a need to create specific schedules (which Calendly allows us to do) but it does not seem to allow me as admin to select said schedules for each individual in the managed event type. There is an option to do this but the only schedule that appears is the default Working Hours schedules, none of the other schedules created. What is the reason for this? I can’t quite work it out.To summarise:I’ve created a Managed Event Type and assigned users I’ve created specific schedules I cannot choose these specific schedules for each us
