How Do I...?

Hi,I have a small company with 4 staff that need calendly.We have all been set up with different accounts unfortunately.I understand I can invite each of them onto my account as users, but do I get a refund when I cancel/deactivate their individual calendly accounts? 

Has anyone been able to use Google Meet but without using Google Calendar?  Our company uses Office 365 Outlook for email.  We don’t want to use Google calendar but love how easy Google Meet is to use.  You don’t have to click but one button and you are in the meeting. With Teams and everything else, you have to enter a password and a code and it takes 5 minutes to get into the meeting!!! Google Meet is awesomely easy to use …. but you have to use a Google Calendar.  Are there any workarounds out there? 

It was not the case earlier.Facing this issue from past two days - trying to add speaker to the Calendly account - however the speaker is never getting a Confirmation email to activate their account. The speaker has been part of Calendly earlier.What could be causing this?

My clients book with me three months in advance. I need to adopt a new schedule starting four months from now. How can I get that schedule set up without disrupting my existing schedule, and without having to use the availability override feature for all future appointments? TIA

Is there any possible way for a Zap to be trigger as an outcome from a routing form? I’ve tried setting it up with webhooks but it’s way too confusing, beyond the point of simplicity that I would like to see with the Zapier integration. Specifically I’d like to use it to ensure that people who get “declined” by our application form don’t receive any follow up emails asking why they didn’t apply. 

I know this is stupid, but when a client selects a Teams meeting option, Calendy sends out a teams link to me and the client.  When it’s meeting time, we both clink on the link from calendy, but we both wait for the admin to let us in-silly, since I’m the admin of the meeting.  Is there a system default to let Calendy know that I’m the admin of the meeting.  My work around is to have all clients abandon the Calendy teams meeting and I send them a fresh teams meeting link.Thanks,

I’m interested in connecting more than one Zoom account with my Calendly page. Is this possible?If not and I switch accounts (my employer started an account just for me), what happens to the meetings on my calendar that are attached to the first Zoom account?I need to switch to the new Zoom account, but am unsure how to safely do so.

With a Round Robin Scheduling approach, When using booking link, how do I know which team member calendar I am booking on (while booking the event) vs after the event is booked?

I have taken time to schedule out “date specific time”. for the next month and when I go to “check calendar it does not show uP ???I have refreshed my page and still it does not show up.  I have email my self to schedule like the site say do and it does not show???would love some help? 

I know when sharing a link from the Calendly home page, I can select the “Let this link expire after the first booking” option. However, I typically share from within g-mail. Is there a way to have these links expire as well?  Is there a default setting to have all links expire after the first booking?

How can I set participant limits that are different for different timeslots. For example, I’m scheduling a training. We run classes at 2pm and 4pm that have a max number of students of 12. The class at 6pm has a max of 6. I know how to make them all 6 or all 12, but I need to have different limits at different times.

Hello! My company is launching a new partnership and we want to create a co-branded Calendly link for prospect to book meetings, however I can’t figure out how to create a calendar with separate branding than I have in my admin settings, which is only for my company. Is it possible to have multiple branding settings in Calendly?

I’m European, based in the UK. Our weeks start on a Monday.I understand that the frontend booking calendars switch to local specifics and that works fine. But we need the same for the user account environment. It’s confusing an nonsensical that my backend availability settings and everything else to do with Calendly is stuck on a US format.Please advise on how to switch this. 

Hi, We are investigating using calendly to manage the use of a person as a bookable resource in Group Type situations. We are clear on creating multiple events (full day, half day) and the maximum number of people that can be booked against the Host at any one time. What we seem to be missing is a way to manage additional attendees without email address that come along with the person booking. For a day with max 20 attendees: We want to either:Allow the person booking to record they bring along 3 other people, so the availability of the full day booking and each half day booking reduces to 16 OR Have the ability for the administrator to reduce the availability for the full and half days each - ON THAT DAY ONLY - to be 16, based on a custom field this attendee fills out.  Is there anything in the settings or even the API that we can utliise? 

How many events can I add with my paid subscription?

I've embedded my Calendly using Webflow's HTML Embed feature. It works, but the problem is it sits in the middle of the page like this: https://i.imgur.com/XtYJzFF.png I either want to make the Calendly widget stretch to the container's width (1180px) or make it align left in line with the beginning of the header. I've tried playing with HTML code and CSS to do this but I can't get it to work at all. Is it even possible? I’ve been trying for hours.

I can't seem to unlock the calendar beyond 60 days. I want to use the Month of April, but Calendly blocks at March 25th (60 days). I didn't have that problem berfore. Any idea why? 

My business runs largely on Calendly, meaning my clients book paid time with me which is the nature of my business. To acquire new clients I offer a free 30 minute session for which I created a set of workflows, one of them being 30 day check in with a conversion attempt (basically links to book paid events). It would be so awesome if I could add the logic saying “if clientX booked events (list all paid events), do not send 30 day follow up email”Anyone else could benefit from this? Are there plans to add more logic to workflows?

I want to highlight an issue where invitations sent through Calendly don't automatically appear in recipients' calendars, and only an email notification is sent. To ensure that the event is saved in the calendar, the recipients need to manually open the attachment and save it, which the person finds inconvenient and a potential cause for missed appointments. I am seeking information on how Calendly is supposed to work regarding automatic calendar entries. Specifically, I want to know which calendars are supposed to receive entries automatically and which ones do not. I am looking for a solution to ensure that appointments are reflected automatically in clients' calendars to avoid the problem of missed appointments.

I want to set up calendly for my uncle's business. I see you guys have the option to sign in using Gmail or Microsoft, but my uncle uses a sympatico email address. I thought I could sign him up for a Microsoft account and use that to connect. But I also see you have you have option to register with only an email. I guess calendly has their own calendar that would be used that case? I was just wondering which of these 2 options you think would be better and if their are any drawbacks to either method.Thanks :)

How can I offer virtual meetings only on Fridays?  Currently each of my event types include the choice of virtual or in person meetings.  Thanks.

Hi, I’d like to create a Collective event where I will host meetings with one more person (as a 2nd host) - this person already has their own Calendly account and is not in my organisation.When I run through the wizard to set up the other host as a user for my Collective event it states that I will be taking over their Calendly account! Of course, we don’t want this - they need to continue to have full control over their own Calendly account. All we need is the availability checking for both of our calendars and then writing the meeting appointment to each calendar. Can I set up essentially an external user for my Collective event on Calendly? Fyi, I have a 2-user account.Many thanks for any help.
