How Do I...?

I have connected Calendly to my Google account and when people book time it shows up in Google. But it doesn’t block out my availability in Calendly, so I can’t use the link without getting over booked. I also have other types of appointments I put into my Google cal, but they don’t update Calendly. So it seems like the updates are only going one way (from Calendly to Google). I only use Calendly for 1:1 meetings but want it to reflect my actual avability.

How do I stop people booking too soon. For example if I do not want people to be able to book a meeting within 3 days of the current date to give me time to prepare.

When I enter the link and open Calendly to book in a student for a call- it prepopulates with my work email rather than being blank.     I am not sure why or where to look to fix this.

I can’t seem to find the pending meeting tab these days.  Any ideas as to where it went?  

I noticed that sometimes I just get a push notification and an email that says to add the event to my calendar. But I really need calendly to add the actual event to the calendar it’s associated with vs me having to click a button from an email to add the event to my google calendar.  How can I resolve this?

How can I contact support to change our organization admin? The chatbot ticketing system does not seem to work (no ticket found after creation). Chatbot itself is useless with this.I’m on a free plan and in need to evaluate the app for our use. Current admin is not working for the org nor is reachable by us.

Hi there Community,I am trying to schedule a one off event at a specific time and no matter what I try it just isn’t happening. I’ve customised the date and time in the creation of the event (July 1) and look fine there but when I tested the link no availability is showing up! Also, I need the time to be a set time of 7pm but Calendly isn’t allowing that which could be very confusing for clients. But then, if they can’t see the date the book who would they choose a time!Going out of my mind. Wasted almost 2 hours on this. Can anyone help?

I have a paid subscription and cannot speak to a live agent.My live.com outlook calendar is not syncing with calendly.Customer support is ineffective, chatbot says I need a paid subscription when I’m logged in.  I’m a loop of ineffective communication and support@calendly.com is not helping me and does not have an escalation process to help a paid subscriber in chat or phone.  

I have several events and I manipulate the availability to ensure that I can manage my time. It works well. I would like to have one event set so that they can only book that one fr the last week of the month. How can I do that for the one event type?

Hello. For the love of god, PLEASE create the ability to have recurring meetings booked in Calendly. And please do not respond with a “workaround.” While that is all well and good, I do not pay a premium for Calendly to then have to add yet another third-party app in order to create a function that Calendly should AUTOMATICALLY HAVE. Virtually every other scheduling service offers this functionality. Honestly, I am just baffled as to why it isn’t a thing yet. I have seen posts from years ago asking for the same thing. I understand this takes a lot of time and manpower, but it has been YEARS! What on earth could the holdup be?!?! I truly love Calendly and want to continue on as a customer - it seamlessly works for me and my business except for this one feature - but it’s been too long asking for the same thing. Recently, someone set up a meeting on my Calendly. I got the reminder but didn’t see the answers to the questions that are part of the booking page.  Essentially, I’m flying blind.  Where can I find the answers to those booking questions. Thx.

The new duration option is a great start!  I do have a couple thoughts:Why is it limited to four options?  I’d love to offer ½ hour options from 1-4 hours, but that would require 7 slots… I’m worried that people will easily overlook the current placement of the option and sign up for the default setting when they really wanted more time.  Could it be a right-hand selection before or after people select their start time? Or maybe just the option to select an end time?Thanks for the work - really appreciate the added functionality!

Issue: as titled. Appointments booked with “Customize Once and Share” cannot be rescheduled by user and always shows “That start time has been filled” or other types of errors. How to replicate:Create a link for ANY event with the Customize Once and Share feature. Book an appointment using that link. On the mobile app, find that appointment and select “Manage” and “Reschedule Meeting” Choose “Full Availability” Select ANY day, ANY time slot, it won’t allow the reschedule to be completed. this problem has been present for several months and it’s extremely inconvenience and frustrating. Other users have reported the same problem and Calendly team closed the discussion without providing solutions. Would love if Calendly could only allow people to book the first available free slot (we use it to manage appointment bookings for school enrolment and we want to encourage people to come sooner rather than later).

I am running Office 365 as a small business and trying to use my email address. Everything worked great with gmail and not with Microsoft. I have googled and tried everything people have recommended and nothing works. I disconnected the integration with Microsoft. Cleared cache and cookies, added it back in. As I continue to work with younger and younger clients I’m running into the problem that they don’t know how to format addresses properly, so when it ports into my calendar I don’t always have valid location information to properly plan travel to the location that they are selecting for our meeting. Is there a way to constrain requested locations to only valid physical locations?

I am a college professor and use Calendly for students to schedule office hours. I have three locations: Zoom, Phone, and my office. The issue is that I am available to meet in my office during a subset of the available hours. Using a second event for my office is confusing, how would a student know which event to use? 

We are real estate agents and are looking to improve our booking process for booking video appointments with our videographer. The videographer needs a 2 hour slot to shoot a video. The agent only needs to be there for 30 minutes. We need to be able to present the seller with availability where the agent has any 30 minute window within an available 2 hour window of the videographer. All calendars are on google calendar. Is it possible with Calendly??

I created a Calendly account for a client. Unfortunately, they accidently created another free account. Now Calendly won’t let me transfer the account to this client because their email already exists in the system. How do we go about removing his new account account and give him access to the account that I created for him? Thank you!

I keep getting people signing up when I have a day or multiple days marked as “Busy.”  For example, I mark a Friday to Saturday All-Day appointment, change the availability to “Busy,” and I’ve still gotten some appointments booking during that day.Is that a bug?  Is there another setting I have to check?Thank you!
