How Do I...?

So what’s happening is:I have bookings on days that I will no longer be available for. I’m changing my availability going forward and so I need to reschedule quite a few bookings, specifically moving Tuesday bookings to Fridays.Below, you can see that my availability is correct for this event type. I changed my schedule in “Working hours” and it appears correctly here.Below, this is the booking page for the event type I am trying to reschedule a booking from. You can see that the availability is correct.Now here’s the problem. I’m trying to reschedule a Tuesday booking to Friday. But here’s what I see when I try to do that:

I created a new meeting type and I've availability for all days of the week, Saturdays and Sundays included. When I go to view my calendar, my weekends are unavailable. I don't understand why this is happening.

I am a wellbeing practitioner and I sometimes choose to allow my clients to make a donation instead of insisting on a set fee.  Is there a way I can set up Calendly to do this?Thank you.

I have set up about six event types, such as “Discovery Call”, “ Financial Consult”, and so on. I can see them in the Event Dashboard. They are not grayed out.  I cannot locate a toggle switch (to turn on/off) next to the event name.   Are the events on by default after setup?  Why are they not displaying so that a scheduler can use them?  There is only one user, and that is me. Did I need to make an assignment for them to display?  Please help.  

Anyone else feel limited with having to click to see the rest of the options? Clients also go immediately to the calendar to book and are not seeing the full description of events which contain important details I’ve found myself having to clarify in DMs.Preference to scroll rather than click another button to “see more”.Thank you! Would love to see this update as soon as possible 🙏🏽

I’m stumped. I have a group event, and my understanding is that group events should not have the option for invitees to add guests - yet it is showing. There’s no option for me to disable the option for invitees to add guests - but I’m guessing that’s because since it’s a group event it shouldn’t be showing in the first place.Unless the option for invitees to notify other guests of the scheduled event would be more of a “sign up for this” rather than “here’s the zoom link”? Any ideas?I would rather not create a new event link because this has been used to advertise.  

Hola, he intentado mil veces desvincular y sincronizar de nuevo mi Google Calendar con Calendly y simplemente no se corrige el error. Calendly me aparece sin horas disponibles siendo que no hay absolutamente nada en Google Calendar. Y cuando doy click en Calendly, me dice que es porque Google Calendar tiene una cita, repito, no tengo nada.

And that’s it. I’ve encountered the same problem and see no solution at all. Nor can I read any of the 400+ replies that supposedly accompanied that thread. Am I missing something obvious?Short version for those who don’t want to click the link: the routing form gives the “+” symbol but not the “1” to make it “+1.” As a result, any American customer who starts to type in their phone number without beginning with a “1” ends up creating a phone number for a foreign country … with a missing digit.Tom

Hello!I am trying to set up my round robin event so that if two people land on my booking page they can each book for the 1pm time slot and they will each be sent to a different sales person. How do I do this?Thanks in advance!

Why are guest emails not searchable in the database? Especially for ongoing clients, we often are adding both spouses to all meetings. It’s a pain to have to go to the CRM to look up the spouses email address each time i book a meeting for the household.Potential solutions1. Add another field that allows searching the contact database2. Allow the creation of a household where both email address would be automatically added. My wife is an attorney and has the same issue with calendly. So it’s a needed feature for most professional services, which I imagine are among your top users.

I have my Calendly booking set up so people can choose either an in -person (in their home) or a virtual consultation.I have the questions set up for people to enter their home address, and I can see that it is there when I'm logged in to my Calendly account, however, that field has disappeared from my actual consultation form that potential clients can see.It was there before when I was testing out Calendly to make sure my settings were correct, and that all the questions I needed were there, but now it is gone from the public-facing view.I wonder if this is because initially I had set up my account with just a virtual consultation option (linked to my zoom account, everything was great), and then went back in a few days later to give potential clients the option to have in-home consultations.Either way, I can see it on the back end in Calendly, but potential clients cannot see that field. Fica parada nessa opção e o cliente não consegue avançar para a página seguinte para efetuar o pagamento. Poderia verificar o mais breve possível? Obrigada

Hi,How can I get notifications to my phone that someone has booked a Calendly appointment with me. It seems strange that I am not being notified, and only the person who booked the appointment is. Can you all change this situation? It’s inconvenient because I keep having to check Calendly to see if anybody has signed up. Maybe I’ll have to install a different program instead of Calendly because I don’t know how to stay on top of this situation. 

I want to set up the followingBook a meeting with Client Advisor Check conflicting meeting times with Client Advisor and Meeting Room Book Client Advisor - appear in their outlook calendar Book Meeting Room - appear in meeting room calendarI can get the conflict to work but I can only get the booking to go through to either or.  How do I set this up or what is the work around.**To make it easier I have assigned each client advisor with a specific meeting room so this never changes.

How to look up a client by phone number?

On the popup window to add a new contact on the Admin side, How to make adding an email address optional but add a phone number field to include new client’s contact info, without having to go to Contacts page to add a phone number? 

MY ADMIN PERSON IS UNABLE TO VIEW MY CALENDAR.  I’m a new account and wondering if there is a super user in the community that could help me with my setup.  I would gladly pay for your time as I am frustrated with myself. I don't think I set things up properly. 

Bonjour,  Dans mon activité, je propose des réunions de nature différente, avec une durée différente.Pour mon exemple particulier, je propose majoritairement des rdv de 45 minutes. Mais j’ai également des réunions plus longues qui sont nécessaires de 90 minutes à faire paraître sur le même planning.Les réunions de 90 minutes sont planifiées, mais impossible de les faire apparaître comme réservables sur mon planning. Seules les réunions de 45 minutes existent. J’ai effectué plusieurs manipulations pour tenter de résoudre cette difficulté, sans succès : modification de la disponibilité en proposant les créneaux de début de ces sessions de 90 minutes pour le type d’évènement concerné, l’incrémentation de l’heure de début passé à 90 minutes, le nombre maximal de réunions par jour. Rien ne fonctionne. Je vous remercie de me faire un retour à ce sujet,Bonne journée ! 

This is my first time visiting this community, and I was happy to see that other users have already started a thread complaining about the terrible new layout.However, it seems the thread was closed and nothing happened.No support? No reply? Really, Calendly team? Is it time to switch to a different scheduling platform?And please, don't ask me, "What don't you like?" You know exactly what users are complaining about.

In a given month I may be in three different global time zones. Pacific, China, Europe. I understand that I can change my time zone in my availability, but that doesn’t help people who want to book time with me in two weeks when I’m in a different time zone. I’m happy keeping my same working hours on each day...but want them in the time zone I will be in, not the time zone I am in now.  Is there any way of doing this other than choosing a “master time zone” and then manually adjusting the times for each day I will be in another time zone?

Hello,when people try to book a meeting they see this error: Oops, something went wrong.Your meeting request could not be finalized with this host. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please reach out to support with below error code.  Even when I try to preview the booking page here in Calendly and try to schedule a test event I see the same error.Has anyone seen similar problem? Any idea?Will appreciate any help.
