How Do I...?

I’m setting up calendly to offer paid one-on-one coaching sessions. The initial set up was very smooth and easy including integration with zoom & stripe but now I’m hitting some issues.  As cancellation policy I would like to offer clients the option to rebook a max of 2 times and only with say 48h notice so there is enough time for the slots to be filled by someone else.  Calendly options on that front are very much lacking, I’m not able to enforce any limitations on rebooking - neither by time (only allowed 48h before the meeting) neither by amount. This essentially means I client could constantly rebook and then change their mind last minute again. Or I have to drop the included ‘rebooking/cancellation’ links and manage it manually - which is what I was trying to avoid of course and the whole reason for signing up to calendly in the first place. Please advise if there are any ways of achieving the above and/or notify your

I want to use Calendly to email 10 different clients saying “we should meet!” And suggest 3 available times for each. However, there are two problems with the methods I currently know. (1) once I’ve suggested times to client A, I have to manually keep track of those time slots to prevent me from offering those slots to client B. (2) I could send each of these as one offs and block the times, but if the client ignores the email then the times stay blocked off forever.Do you support any kind of automation that would allow me to suggest available times, based on some parameters (including that I haven’t already suggested these to anyone else), and basically have a button in my email that will pick these for me as we’re sending them out?

I need to determine a customer’s distance from my store when scheduling repair appointments. My trip charge will be based on 2 distances, 15 miles or less OR 30 miles or less. I would like to auto calculate the distance based on the street address they provide on the scheduling form. Is their an feature or integration that will allow this?

I sometimes need to book a Calendly event that ‘shouldn’t ‘ in theory be bookable.for example,that’s within the buffer zone of an existing booking,or outside my set available hours,or already has an event booked on my Outlook calendar (ie not booked thro Calendly).So I make the changes that should make the event bookable, for example, I reduce the buffer zones or change my availability or mark as free the Outlook event… and then I wait, and wait, and wait, for the changes to take effect and for the slot I need to show up as free.I refresh over and over, but the troubleshooter still shows the slot as ‘calendar’, or ‘buffer’ or ‘duration’, for ages, then suddenly it’s available. Is there a refresh interval ? How does it work?  In the meantime I have to sit and watch it so that I can book it the moment it shows as free, ie so no one else can book the slot before I do. HELP!!!  All of a sudden my Calendly calendars are not synching with my Outlook and Google calendars? Also, my links are appearing blank when someone tries to book a meeting. This is a disaster! Is there a bug out there? What do I do??? 

I would like to push my scheduled Calendly events to different add-to calendars based on event type. I upgraded my subscription from the free - basic plan because the Pricing Page  said I’d be able to connect up to six calendars. Why can’t I do this? 

Hi everybody,I’m about to finalize my Calendly. I have connected it to Stripe and my prices are in CHF. When I try to connect one event in Calendly with the right price in Stripe, Calendly does not offer me the possibility to choose CHF…  I have the Standard Plan formula Hope someone can help.  Thanks in advanceGrace

For one of our Event Types, we’ve set a buffer time of 1 hour after and a Daily Max of 2, but neither of these seem to be working. Is there a way to talk with Calendly to fix this?

Hello I changed my cie’s name and logo and email, but when I test booking a with my self in my calendar I keep receivning the notice with the old logo eventhough I changed the image,  the preferences and everything else, does it take a whild befor it applies ?

I have multiple calendars setup in Outlook for multiple companies I work with as a fractional CPO. When a meeting is booked in Calendly from my primary calendar, how can I get it to block the time off in all my other connected calendars as busy? Internally someone may book time on a connected calendar outside of Calendly not knowing that the time was already booked on another calendar through Calendly. This is the primary issue I was trying to resolve by subscribing to Calendly. 

I’m a Financial Coach who partners with different companies to offer my services. I need to assign specific dates for each company. For example, “Financial Coaching with ABC Company on April 1.” I can’t figure out how to assign a specific date for each event type - unless I block every other day, which isn't ideal. I can accomplish this if I create a one-off meeting, but this doesn’t allow me to edit the invitee form or the reminders and follow-up e-mails, which are important features for what I’m trying to set up. Any ideas on how to work around this?

Created a calendly scheduling page for a podcast guest to select a date to be on show. Currently its allowing two people per slot. I only want one but the minimum invites is two-how do i change this to avoid double bookings?

I use Calendly to schedule language testing appointments. Basically, I need to be 1:1 with the student for the first 15-30 minutes. Then, they are on their own for a written test. I want them to book an appointment for 1 hour and 15 minutes so they know how long it will take, but I want to move onto doing other 1:1s while they are doing the written test.  Right now, I have it set up in Free/busy rules to allow students to “book over” other appointments. But, sometimes I end up with three people arriving at 9:00 (until 10:15). I instead want only one 9:00 option bookable, with the next option being 9:30, not 10:45. This is what happened before I started the “book over” setting, so I was sitting there with dead time waiting for the next appointment. Is there another or better way to adjust the settings? I essentially want the booking page to look like:9:00-10:159:30-10:4510:00-11:1510:30-11:45 …. and so on I know as

Hello,Can anyone shine some light on the process for signing up using the nonprofit rate? I sent 2-3 emails last week to support@calendly with my info including my non profit document but I have not heard back despite my emails being read (I track them). On the ticket response it is listed as closed even though NO ONE at support ever reached back out to me. I was hoping to get my account back up again by the top of this month and the lack of response is throwing a wrench and is frankly a bit disappointing as a former premium user. I would like to be again so I am not sure what the issue is in getting the non profit rate. Maybe I am missing a step to claim the discounted rate?

Even though I have made myself available on Wednesdays for appointments, Calendly does not allow me to schedule appointments that day.  What do I do?

Hello! I’d like to edit/delete the copy on my booking page that says Pick a time and date and below Web conferencing details… etc. I’d like it all to be in my native language. Can those snippets of text be edited or perhaps removed?  Thanks for a great product. Best Kristian 

Is it possible to place a hold on credit card funds via the Stripe integration until we are ready to invoice and collect payment, or is the only option for payment to be made at the time of booking?

HI, we’re a Robo-advisory and wealth Managment app and have integrated with Calendly, as a feature, we want our users to be able to easily schedule an expert consultation within the app, so they can quickly get targeted financial advice. our UX design allows the users to pick which financial advisor they would like to book consultation with and then proceed with picking the available date and time slots available for that advisor, my question is how would we implement this with Calendly? what is the specific event type and configurations?  and what is the development considerations we should keep in mind  Thanks,  Abeer

Hi,I would like to have my Calendly managed in a way so my clients can book with mein even weeks at 09:00-10:30 and 11:00-12:30 and 13:30-15:00 in uneven weeks at 0930:-11:00 and 12:30-14:00 and 15:00-16:30.How can I organize this?Thanks for your help. Marco    

I’m finding dealing with Calendly to be extremely confounding and very frustrating. I’ve been using the service for a year and suddenly told by people that they get an error message, “No Openings at the moment.” I have no idea what the *&^%^% that means.Also all my mediation session options are “off” and require turning “on” each time I go on the www.calendly,com/soundmindsmeditation link!!!It’s causing me a lot of stress and distress as we enter the height of tourism. Why is this happening all of the sudden?! Additionally it’s very frustrating that Calendly has no customer service that is clearly comprehensible and easy to follow. It’s all very cumbersome. I need someone to contact me and tell me what’s going on!!!I send a email request days ago for help. Nobody has responded!!! It’s been many days! 

There are days when I want to allow one type of event to be scheduled but not another. Example: I want to allow a 30 minute checkin call but not a 60 minute business review. Is there a way to block only the business review events on specific dates?
