Hey Calendly team,We've been going back and forth with Zoho support about the two-way sync issue. Right now, there's no way to connect Zoho Calendar to Calendly for full sync, which makes it tough for teams like ours that run everything through Zoho.Any plans to add native support for Zoho Calendar? It would be a game-changer for scheduling and seems like a big gap in your current integrations.Let me know if this is on your radar or how we can help push it forward. Thanks,Matthew Mertens
I have made my website on GoDaddy. Does anyone know how to add calendly on that. I am not a developer.
Hello,Is there a way to block when folks can schedule an appointment. For example, is there a way or setting to ‘ghost’ or make your availability unviewable during the times of like 12am-4am? Without having to manually toggle events as ‘secret’. Our organization is trying to combat an issue of ‘fake’ appointments being created during these times and ensuring that our employees time is not taken up by appointments made by bots. I would love to hear any possible solutions or practices others have implemented.
Bien cordialement,
we only have one schedule calendar for Calendly and yet randomly it will allow more than 1 person to be scheduled for the same time and date. twice it has allowed 3 different people to be scheduled at the same time slots. we do not use another calendar both for our own convenience but also for keeping things simple for this app. most of the time this does not happen but when it does it creates a big mess with clients who expect this to be a very easy process.please provide some guidance. Thanks
Hello Calendly Community,I'm currently exploring the Meeting Recaps feature and have encountered some challenges. Specifically, I haven't been able to generate a recap when scheduling meetings with myself. Here's my setup and the issues I'm facing:Current Setup: Calendly Integration: Connected with my Google Calendar and Zoom accounts. Meeting Type: Self-scheduled meetings (i.e., meetings where I'm the sole participant or I am the host and a participant). Requirements Before Deployment: Recording Notification: It's imperative for compliance and privacy reasons that Zoom clearly indicates when a meeting is being recorded. AI Companion: I prefer not to have Zoom's AI Companion enabled during these meetings. Questions: Self-Scheduled Meetings: Should the Meeting Recaps feature trigger when I schedule a meeting with myself? Or does it require multiple participants to function properly? Recording Notifications: Will the integration between Calendly and Zoom ensure that participants ar
For my clients my calendar only shows availability until July 15. On my side the calendar seems open from that date onward. Why is this and how can I fix it.Thanks!
My Calendly account is set to use Google as my login. I need to work with a marketing team and they need a password. But Calendly keeps sending me the verification code and it is not showing up in my email on-file. Is there another way to get my Google unlinked and set up a password without losing my account?
Hi, sometimes the link works, often not I send the link via EmailTo me on the admin board all seems fine and set? What can be the problemThxDan
I’ve been testing Calendly for the past two days and was actually planning to upgrade to a paid plan after the trial – mainly for the Google Ads integration. Everything is already set up and successfully connected to Microsoft Exchange. My first test yesterday worked perfectly. So I replaced Microsoft Bookings and made Calendly fully live on our website, which is currently receiving around 300 clicks per day from a running ad campaign.Today, however, I’m getting an error page every time someone tries to complete a booking – right at the final step, after clicking the "Schedule Event" button. This happens both inside the embedded iFrame on our website and via the direct Calendly link, regardless of the browser. To rule out configuration issues, I even created a second test event with default settings, completely basic – and the exact same error still appears at the booking confirmation step.Is Calendly really that unstable?Since I’m still on the free trial, I can’t find any phone number,
Hi [Support Team/Helpdesk],I’m trying to raise a support ticket, and the Help Centre mentions that it can be done via the chatbot. However, I do not see the chatbot icon on my screen. Could you please guide me on how else I can raise a ticket?I have two concerns related to my calendar: Blocked Calendar Still Getting Booked: I’ve tried blocking time on my calendar, but I’ve noticed that meetings are still being booked during those slots. I’m not sure if the block wasn’t saved properly or if something else is causing this. Calendar Visibility Settings: I’d like my calendar to automatically reflect as Busy when I have an event, and Available during open times. However, I’ve noticed there’s no option for it, especially when meetings are scheduled directly via email (not via Calendly). Is there a way to configure this so that my availability status updates properly regardless of how the meeting is scheduled? Thanks in advance for your help.

It would be wonderful if the times you have marked as available in Calendly would be reflected in your Google Calendar, even if you don't have any scheduled meetings during those times, but in a visually different way to distinguish them from confirmed events.
There are auto generated emails when a client books a meeting via calendly that go out to the Meeting Host. Is there a way of changing the format? I am searching but have found that the initial confirm to the host cannot be shut off with Teams subscription. Please confirm. Thanks.
Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with Calendly Workflows where custom email and SMS reminders are not properly populating variables. For example, instead of inserting the actual data, the reminder shows this to the invitee:Hi, Invitee Name. This is a friendly reminder about your upcoming meeting with Event Organizer at Event Time today. Talk to you soon! The placeholders (Invitee Name, Event Organizer, Event Time) are not being replaced with actual values.I submitted a support ticket almost a month ago, but I haven’t received a working solution yet.Has anyone else experienced this issue, and were you able to resolve it?Any insight or workaround would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Does anyone know how to organize the events on the home page/dashboard? I have several events for the same client and want to group them together. The Help Center said to click and drag but nothing happens when I try to do that.
I run a business and use Calendly for clients to book in meetings, I have 10 different event types and I have set each one to max 2 per day. The problem is because the event types are all different, there’s nothing stopping more than 2 being booked each day. I have set 30minute buffers but don’t want really long buffers as it means clients have very restricted time slots to choose from. However, I also don’t want more than 2 events to be booked in a day! I don’t think there’s an ideal solution to this yet. But I think my best option is once I have 2 events booked on a day, I change my availability to “unavailable” for that day, so no other clients are able to book a slot. My question is, would this cause the already booked events to be cancelled?
I have organized the days and times of my appointments, but inexplicably days and times appear that were not selected by me. How do I correct this error?
Today I hosted an event with 80 attendees, but I as not able to act as the host in Google Meet. Only as a participant. I am the owner of the Calendly account and use the same email for my Google Meet. Is the higher number of attendees an issue?
One of our events includes buffers on the Outlook calendar, but we don’t want it to be there. Anything that I have seen in here has said that Calendly was working on this, but that was 8 months ago.I have 2 events in Calendly where one of them does this and our newest one does not.
I have done gaining on 7 weeks of two different successful webinars every other Tuesday using Calendly to get registrants...UNTIL NOW!On a page on a website I own, I have posted a link to Calendly for the Introductory Webinar I teach every other Tuesday, and a different link to Calendly for the Advanced Webinar I teach for the other Tuesdays. Back and forth. Each link HAS worked for seven weeks for registrants to sign up for, and pay for. What has worked is that I am doing a “Custom” scheduling. That means I make all days UNavailable for both, but create “Specific dates” availability for every other Tuesday. Again. that has worked for 7 weeks. So for example, for May and the Introductory Webinar, I have it set for Tuesday May 13th and Tuesday May 27th, and both dates show on the right side when I click Events, plus on the Introductory Webinar…but NEITHER May dates show up when the link is clicked on by a potential registrant, even though this has worked for ALL of April. The “Custom” sc
I really like the meeting recap feature. It is very accurate. But I don’t want to record the whole meeting too. Is there a way to just get the written recap without saving the video?
When I go to Meetings, it fails to show the “Webinar 101” I have scheduled for clients TODAY, May 13th. Jolly. I have four registrants, plus NO EMAILS for any of them as registering, which means I can’t see their two questions each. Yet, I’ve always gotten those individual emails before! What changed?? When I go to Meetings, it also fails to show the “Webinar 101” repeat for May 27th. Why? It’s clearly shown on my end. Meetings (and booking) also shows a FALSE date for Webinar 101 on May 20th. No!! And when I try to get rid of that date, there is no Delete. Plus there is a registrant for it. Yes, I can remove her, but then I have to manually refund her for a date that Webinar 101 was not meant to occur. For most of yesterday evening, I got an error message from Calendly. And guess what? Trying to get help from ChatGPT has them saying this: What you’re describing — correct availability still being overridden, registrants showing for the wrong meeting, and now a server error — sugge
Hi! For my One-on-One event types where "Allow invitees to add guests" is enabled, it would be great for there to be a link on the event (similar to the Rescheduling link) that allows invitees to also add guests *after* they've booked the event. It's somewhat common for the invitee to forget to add their teammates to the call, leading them to have to reach out to me to add them to the invite.I did see this though: https://community.calendly.com/topic/show?tid=819&fid=40 and perhaps just the “Reschedule:” in the event description could be edited to say “Reschedule or Add Guests:” if “Allow invitees to add guests” is enabled. Though, it would probably be ideal to have the “Add Guests” link separate and automatically take you to the 2nd page of the Reschedule flow, where the same event time is pre-selected. Thanks!
