Hi,I would like to have my Calendly managed in a way so my clients can book with mein even weeks at 09:00-10:30 and 11:00-12:30 and 13:30-15:00 in uneven weeks at 0930:-11:00 and 12:30-14:00 and 15:00-16:30.How can I organize this? Thanks for your help. Marco
I’m finding dealing with Calendly to be extremely confounding and very frustrating. I’ve been using the service for a year and suddenly told by people that they get an error message, “No Openings at the moment.” I have no idea what the *&^%^% that means. Also all my mediation session options are “off” and require turning “on” each time I go on the www.calendly,com/soundmindsmeditation link!!!It’s causing me a lot of stress and distress as we enter the height of tourism. Why is this happening all of the sudden?! Additionally it’s very frustrating that Calendly has no customer service that is clearly comprehensible and easy to follow. It’s all very cumbersome. I need someone to contact me and tell me what’s going on!!!I send a email request days ago for help. Nobody has responded!!! It’s been many days!
There are days when I want to allow one type of event to be scheduled but not another. Example: I want to allow a 30 minute checkin call but not a 60 minute business review. Is there a way to block only the business review events on specific dates?
Hi all,Our venues are bookable per 2 hours. Is there a way to adjust this to make it more user friendly? As in, bookers don’t have to book several timeslots separate but can just select “want to book this room for X amount of hours”? Thanks in advance!
I love Calendly and have used it for many years, first in the free version as my business got started and now as a paid user. The #1 feature I see missing is Minimize Gaps, the ability to show only the available slots that are directly before or after other bookings so that you don’t login in the morning and see four bookings with an empty slot between each as I currently have booked for tomorrow, and not quite enough time to ever make it out for lunch! Of course, one can manage this manually (create a ‘filler’ event on the linked calendar, and then delete it or move it around as events get booked. But of course one could schedule with clients manually as well if one had the bandwidth! This feature is so crucial in order to be able to offer broad booking availability, adjust as things get full, and not have to worry that you’ll end up with a day that you’d never schedule for yourself that it prevents me from being able to recommend Calendly more broadly (my hair stylist, for instance,
Hi, I am a trainer and will have training of multiple Day's but 1 day per month. SO if I have a training that will be in total 5 day's it will take 5 months How can I set this good in Calendly. I do use Standard PLan
Our nonprofit all share a calendar (I also have 3 other calendars) and I have linked all of them to calendly. That went pretty smoothly and I was so excited to start using it BUT then I realized that all of the events in the shared calendar show up on my calendly as not available. Is there a way to change that so that I can either add time slots to calendly or I can choose what events don’t apply to me?
I need to fix a problem with my account and I am trying to get support to do this. the chat bot keeps saying that I cannot access 24/7 support because I don’t have a paying account, but I do. I pay it every month without fail, yet, now that I need support, I can’t get to the support I need because the chatbot doesn’t recognize my account as a paying account. This is troubling as there is no number to call to speak to an actual person, to help you get to the 24/7 support.
Some of the dates and times entered for availability are not transferring correctly when I share the link in emails. Initially set up was for 9:00-5:00, M-F schedule. Switched to a date/time specific schedule. Updates show in Availability but not when I share my booking link. I created a new schedule hoping this would fix the problem. Now Calendly is requesting that I select the event type whenever I click on the Availability screen. I only have one event. How do I fix this?
Hello Calendly Community! We currently use Calendly for managing RSVPs for our company's fundraising events, where we send the Calendly link in invitations and follow up with guests who don’t RSVP.I wanted to check if there's a feature available (or the best way to request it if not) that would allow guests to decline the invitation directly on the Calendly booking page. Thanks so much for your help!
I set this workflow up and I am not getting the notices. I did change it to be when meeting is booked vs ended. Has anyone else had similar issues? At first I said immediate notice then I changed to after 5 minutes.
I love using Calendly, and I appreciate how it streamlines scheduling. However, I’d like to suggest an improvement to the availability logic. Currently, Calendly allows for buffer times before or after meetings, but this doesn’t fully solve my use case. Here’s the issue:• I often have back-to-back meetings (e.g., two 1.5-hour meetings) with a short break in between (e.g., 30 minutes).• Calendly treats this break as available time for booking, which can result in an unintended “marathon” of meetings without a real break.• If I enable buffers, they apply uniformly to all meetings, which isn’t ideal because I do want some meetings to be scheduled back-to-back—just not indefinitely. Feature Request:Introduce a rule that prevents additional bookings if they would create a continuous block of meetings exceeding a set duration (e.g., 1.5 hours). This way, multiple meetings can still be scheduled back-to-back, but only up to a reasonable limit before a break is enforced. This feature would mak
How do I create a meeting type that only offers times that are available on my calendar, as well as on my team member's calendar? She already connected her calendar to Calendly, but now I need to reference it for one particular meeting type. These meetings are offered to our clients so that my team member and I can both meet with a client at the same time.
Hello,I am interested to know how to setup my new account, and to which plan should i upgrade. We have counseling clinic and we have consultants who work with us, the consultants will have their calendar linked to us, so we can have their availability, and they can get their schedule ones someone booked. Do we need an account with few seats or 1 seat only? Also, Do we need to provide an access for each consultant or we just need to link their calendar to our account in order for us to confirm counseling with them? Can we have different prices for each consultant or we need different even for each?
I just set up Calendly, great service! How do I make sure that only the people I specifically allow can schedule a meeting with me?Things I have tried:Making the event secret this doesn’t work because anyone with the link such as calendly.com/username/30m could sign up for the link I also think that an adversary could easily guess that above link name, including variations Using the “Let this link expire after the first booking” option this is good because it means the link becomes useless after it’s used the first time Setting calendly to let me confirm the meeting when someone books Calendly doesn’t support this Setting calendly to only allow specific people to book meetings Calendly doesn’t support this Changing the event url there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this
Bonjour, est-il possible de paramétrer l’e-mail de confirmation suite à un envoi de rendez-vous ? merci pour vos retours, Cordialement, Zouhair
Hello!I have a workflow that sends a custom email notification to users right after they cancel a booking, and I noticed that users are also getting this Cancellation Notification when they reschedule. This is causing a lot of problems, because my Cancellation Notification says something like “we reviewed your application and cannot help you”, so when someone reschedules and gets this message gets confused and sometimes even offended.I get that a Reschedule is a Cancellation + New Booking, but I don’t understand why Calendly works this way. There is a “Right after an event is rescheduled” trigger in case I want to send a specific notification for that, so I don’t know why Calendly sends a different notification.Anybody could clarify? I’m I missing something?Thanks,Ángel.-
In Calendly, when I connect my Zoom integration and then want to connect a different email address to both Zoom and Calendly, I disconnect the current integration. However, when I click 'connect' again, it automatically connects the email address that is logged into my Zoom account. Shouldn't it ask me which email address I want to connect (like Google meet integration)? Is there any way you can help me with this?
Wondering if there is a way for me to offer specific location options for each day in an event. For example, on Monday I want only Zoom to be available as a location option and on Tuesday I would like In Person and Zoom meetings to be available, all within the same event. How can I do this without creating separate events? I work at two locations, only one venue I can see clients in person, the other I cannot. Someone asked this question about 12 months ago and it wasn't possible….hoping there has been an upgrade as seems it wouldn't be that uncommon.
Hi! I provide two different types of “camps” for my clients, one that is either 2 hours or 3 hours depending on what it is they want to work on. I offer these on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The problem I am running into is that if a 2 hour event is booked on a Tuesday, clients can still book a 3 hour camp that same day. I don’t want this to be a possibility. I am wondering if there is a way for me to override the option for clients to book both separate events on one day without me going in and changing the availability? If there is an option like “if anything booked with ‘camp’ in the name is on that day then nothing else with ‘camp’ in the name is allowed to be booked” to still allow flexibility for my clients without extra backend work on my part? Thanks!
I want re call please urgentely And I want French language thanks regards
I just set up Calendly, great service! How can I ensure that only specific individuals or groups I approve are able to schedule a meeting with me, while preventing others from accessing my calendar or booking time with me without my permission? What settings or tools can I use to control and restrict access to my scheduling system, and how can I manage permissions to allow only selected people to book meetings with me?
We work on flexible schedules where we have the power of definition for meeting times and are looking for the ability to create time windows that meetings can take place.
I have searched for my question but can’t find any answers to what I specifically need. I have my appointments set up for specific days and times. Not all day every day. I let my clients know ‘if these days and times don’t work, shoot me two times that do, and I will check my calendar.’ So sometimes I am available for a call at a time that is not set up in Calendly. Every now and then I get a client who schedules a call, and we need to change the date and time to one that is not set up in Calendly. Is there a way I can go in and change the appointment time in Calendly to a day and time I don’t have on my schedule? Like a manual override for that? It would be so nice if I could go into the scheduled appointment, and it let me Customize the date and time, I need to change it to. I also have workflows for reminders set up so I would like to keep that to the changed timeline as well. I am able to reschedule easily on my Google calendar and send a notification from there- but the
My clients and I are in different time zones. It seems that they can book in their time zones most of the time but some are receiving the confirmation in another time zone and this creates a lot of confusion. I have tried contacting the help center but it is useless. I’m not sure what hours it is staffed but I have been waiting to connect to an agent for 2 days now.Any thoughts?
