How Do I...?

 I put my payment information but I do not want. That payment information anymore how do I remove that payment information? The card, how do I remove it?

Why rescheduling the location of  an already-schedule event is impossible ? I am not a programmer, so I guess it’s something hard to program ? Otherwise it’d already be done you’d think !Everyone here says to cancel the event and then manually reschedule the clients, but the “cancel” message they’ll get is still there and it is so bad...  Another thing no one seems to explain - no reschedule button on normal weekly meetings (not one of) -at least I am not the only only frustrated with that.

New to Calendly. I’m just confused. Whenever someone books on my Calendly, it displays on the meeting detailss: “1 hosts (which is me) then “0 non-hosts”but when I click the details of the non-host, the details of the person who booked shows. Why does it says 0 non-hosts??

Hi,It would be very handy to be able to block someone from booking, rather than having to create new links. Surely something on the line if someone books with a certain name, email address and phone number, we could automatically block them from booking. John

I was under the impression that Calendly automatically sent calendar invites to my invitees upon booking with me via my scheduling link. I have Shared My Calendly Link with about 20 people, at this point. All of them have booked with me and received emails, but not the calendar invites. Help! 

I am using Calendly (standard plan) to book equipment in an education space. For example, 5 separate workstations are available for booking at the same time. My preference is to set them up as individual 1-1 events (i.e. workstation 1, 2...) and have them all populate 1 calendar, but when one station is booked for a time slot, all others become unavailable at the same time. The only option  seems to be set 1 group meeting with 5 slots, but then people cannot select a specific workstation so it is not ideal and a bit confusing…. Am I missing something here, are multi 1-1 meetings not bookable simultaneously?  

I feel like this has to be the dumbest question ever, but I cannot figure it out…. How do I simply view my calendar in Calendy? The view I am looking for is what I see if I go to creating a meeting poll.  

Is there a way to export historical availability information through the user interface or API? I use the event exports to analyze past data, but I’d like to compare it to availability, which has changed over time. I saw the API can provide the normal availability rules, but that doesn’t seem to be a day-by-day list.

My availability is synced to Calendly from my Google Calendar, but it does not sync to “Other Calendars” that are linked to my Google Calendar.  These other calendars are imported and appear on my Google Calendar but do not affect my availability on Calendly.  I don’t have the ability to connect these accounts to Calendly because they require admin authorization for my work calendar.  Is there a way to get them to also block out my Calendly availability?

Hello, I’m looking for a way to have Calendly email me a notification other then the one it already sends the host. Basically I need a way for another team member to be notified who doesn’t check the hosts email box. I’ve invited another member to the group but cannot figure out a way they can get the same notification (to their email) as I get (to the hosts email addy). Thanks !!

I’d like to protect the privacy of my clients by not allowing my spouse to see *details* of the Calendly events that sync to my personal Google calendar.  How do I do this?As background - I’m syncing Calendly appointments onto my Google calendar.  Because of how my spouse and I have our Google calendars set up, he can see all my personal Google calendar events. For events from Calendly there, I want my spouse to just see that I’m busy, and not see my Calendly event details (customer’s name etc.). Is there a way to set up sync with Google so that only I as the calendar owner can see the Calendly event details in Google?I’ll add that my prior calendar app (Acuity/Square) allowed this functionality with a setting, and I only just realized my spouse is now able to see details of my customers since I started using Calendly.Thanks for any help you can provide. 

Hi! I operate out of two locations, each with a different schedule (I don’t work the same hours regardless of timezones).  I have two sets of events that I enable or disable depending on where I am, but that’s clumsy and prevents me from allowing someone to book ahead for a meeting where I’ll be in a different timezone.  I can imagine a couple of ways to fix this - one is to allow multiple schedules for an event with start and end dates.  Another is to have multiple events, each with a start date.  I don’t want to use fixed start and end dates for these things (although that’s what I’m doing now) since I’d prefer to avoid having to edit these events back to the usual rolling date schedule.  There’s probably a new feature or two in all of this or maybe just something I haven’t discovered yet.  Thanks!

When will calendly send the reminder text to a person that I manually entered a meeting in for? I have entered meetings in for tomorrow and set up workflow to text them one day before. However, it looks like no one has be sent a reminder text .

Is there any possibility of manual translation? This is very important to me, unfortunately, you have further not introduced many languages.

Ideally, I’d like when client John at Doe Inc books a meeting with me, it doesn’t show up as “John and Kwam.” I’d prefer for the meeting name to automatically know John is associated with Doe Inc (from our CRM - SalesForce) to make the meeting name “Doe Inc: John and Kwam” so I don’t have to click into the Gcal event for more information.Here's a breakdown of why it's beneficial:Efficiency: You don't have to manually add the company name to each meeting. Clarity: The meeting name provides immediate context about the client. Organization: It helps you keep your calendar organized and easily find relevant meetings.Unless I’m missing where to do this. I feel like I remember in Hubspot, you’re able to set parameters like “[Company Name]: [Client Name] + Kwam” or something of the like.

I am trying to upgrade my subscription to “standard” with one seat (I will be the only one using the program) but it keeps telling me I need to remove a seat. I only have one user. I cannot get any support with the chat bot because I do not have a paid subscription which is frustrating because I want to upgrade but I need help doing so. 

I am planning an online event (4 weekly meetings) via Zoom in December. For that I offer:bundle for all 4 events, payment outside Calendlysingle booking with the Calendly where they can pay directly per eventHow can I manually book the clients in Calendly, without having to pay for it myself? If I just go to the link myself and book them in, I have to pay… is there no way to manual book?I tried cloning the event and removing the payment, but the other meeting for the single bookers (with payment) gets blocked… because the cloned event blocks my calendar.HELP I would hate to have to outsource the paying.

Hi Team I am having an issue with appointments already booked in my Outlook Calender that are not getting picked up in Calendly , I have checked and the appointments are showing as Busy and my calender is showing as configured/ synced  in Calendly. When I send out my link it is not showing the times that I already have appointments booked as unavailable.  Any assistance available please??

Hey everyone! I have seen this question posted before with an answer from a Calendly employee stating that they were working on a way to incorporate a no show / late cancellation fee onto the booking system. Has this issue been resolved? if so, how do I go about doing that? Is there a way for us to accept payment through the app as well? It would be amazing to streamline our service and payment options.

I already have the intervals set to 10 mins. But I also want the duration of the booking to be 10 minutes. The minimum option that is available to me is a 15 minute meeting. (30, 45, 60, so on...). Is there a way for me to set the duration to only 10 minutes? Or is 15 mins the minimum and the duration options are fixed?

When I click on the Calendly icon for quick access to my event types list, the list that appears includes all the event types that I haven’t deleted There are some event types that I’d like to retain for future use but don’t need now. I’d like to be able to remove those event types from the quick access list for the time being, so that the only event types that appear are those that I’m currently using. Is there any way to do this?Thank you. 

Is there a way to set a reminder when a subsequent appointment is made?  I and my customers like the reminder for their initial appointment!

Hi,How to display different profile names under a single account?I want to use Calendly for two ‘categories’ of events, those that my business offers and those that I offer as an individual. Correspondingly, I want to display first category as events of saying “MyLovelyCompany” and the second as events of saying “John Doe”. Sure, I want them to use the same Google calendar, so if an event of one category is booked, this blocks the time for another category too.Is this possible with Calendly? If yes, on which subscription, and how to setup this?I understand that this could be possible with registering two accounts on Calendly - but this means paying twice for subscriptions that I will be using myself only, plus setup corresponding mail forwarding, calendar access etc.
