I’m trying to make it so a specific date and time is not available for my customers to schedule a time with me. Every time I follow the steps to make myself unavailable I go to my calendar and it is still showing me as available. This is extremely frustrating. I have to bring my son to a doctors appointment and a customer was able to book at that time when I made myself unavailable. Why is this happening?
I noticed the footer of the emails sent to my (admin email) when a appointment is booked has a “pro tip” that keeps changing everyday. I’m using email parsing to automatically update records and it seems that this “pro tip” is changing the format of the email and breaking my parsing rules. What can I do?Is it possible to send the “custom confirmations” to a different email/additional email?
Hello,I’m facing the following challenge:I want to schedule a meeting with three people from the same company, and all three participants should receive a meeting confirmation. How can I achieve this in Calendly? Here’s my ideal scenario:I’d like to define the maximum number of participants for the meeting in the event settings. On the booking page, I should be able to add all participants by entering their first name, last name, and email address. Each participant should then receive an individual email confirmation for the meeting (based on my workflow setup). Looking forward to your support and help!Thank you in advance!Best regards,Dominik
Hi everyone, I’ve been facing an issue where my Calendly events are not syncing with my Google Calendar. I’ve checked the settings, but the events still aren't showing up. Has anyone experienced this problem, or could anyone guide me on what might be going wrong? I’ve tried troubleshooting on my end but haven't had any luck so far. Any help would be much appreciated!
When I clone an event type to create a new meeting, while I can change the name of the meeting, the copied link includes the word ‘clone’ on the end of the URL. Can I get this to stop?
My available hours are 7 PM to 11 PM. I only allow one meeting per week and require at least two days' notice for scheduling appointments. These rules are perfect and work exactly as I want—for the most part. The issue? I can’t manually override my own rules or make exceptions when needed. For example, I wanted to reschedule an appointment to 5 PM, but to accomplish this, I had to:Change my available hours for the event. Adjust my general schedule availability. Temporarily allow more than one meeting per week (because the system incorrectly flagged me as booked).Once I rescheduled the appointment, I then had to reverse all those changes to restore my original settings:Reset my available hours for the event. Adjust my schedule back to 7 PM - 11 PM. Re-enable the one-meeting-per-week rule. This is frustrating for two reasons:Tedious and time-consuming: It requires multiple steps and excessive clicks. Risk of interference: During this process, someone with my scheduling link could book the v
Calendly obviously doesn't want to talk to potential customers. Does anyone know if Calendly is compatible with a Android Tablet?
I am the team manager for our company’s calendly account. I have a team member who is attempting to book an appointment 6 months out from current and when they’re in the calendly override availability it keeps popping up an error message “oops something is wrong” reach out to calendly support. They have booked these appointments before. They primarily use the edge calendly widget, but also tried in the edge internet browser. They have cleared their cache, and restarted the browser with no success in being able to open the override within those future months. Any ideas what could be causing the error to occur and no open the calendar override availability?
Has there been any work on letting users create events that span more than one day? This question was asked a year ago. I like that the rep suggested workarounds but they were too complicated. I do not see how hard it would be to create a programmatic process, internally, where a function would repeat booking one 24-hr-day multiple times depending on the number of days the duration is set for. It does not even have to be 24-hr-days either, it could see how many hours are in the work-schedule and book the day for that many hours.
My title may sound confusing but I am basically trying to create one calendly link for multiple interviews with different people. So there are about 6 different people who are being interviewed and they all have different time slots. Is there a way to customize the event type so that when people book the time slot, they can see exactly who they are booking to interview. I would like it all to be on the same calendly link. Right now, all that is showing is the times but I want to include the names of who exactly is being interviewed during that time slot so there is no confusion when people are booking times. Thank you!

Hello,I’ve been experiencing recurring issues with the connection between Calendly and Exchange. The connection seems to disconnect intermittently, which prevents my clients from booking appointments as they receive a message saying the calendar is unavailable.Similarly, when I try to create a poll, the system doesn’t seem to retrieve the available slots and instead shows an error message. When I check the synchronization page, I occasionally see that the Exchange server is disconnected. Refreshing the page sometimes resolves the issue temporarily, but it’s not consistent. This is puzzling, as everything worked perfectly for the past 1.5 years, but over the last few months, I’ve encountered this problem repeatedly. I haven’t made any changes to my configuration during this time.Could you please help me resolve this issue?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,
Greetings,The business case we have is the following. We are currently transitioning to Admin Managed Event Types for scalability reasons, and we noticed we had fewer options regarding the merge fields related to the host. The only merge field available is “{{my_name}}”, however, on personal event types,we have access to a lot more information, such as phone number or the personal emails. Our request boils down to this:Could it be possible to have the same depth of merge fields regarding the confirmation/cancelation emails in the admin managed event types as in the personal event types? This type of personalization is at the core of our company culture and would be really helpful. Regards,Jim
We are using Calendly as a round-robin team event where our clients are not aware of an assigned staff member before the day of their call. We do not use our personal emails to connect with clients, for privacy purposes, but those emails are linked to our calendars. Clients are somehow using personal emails to connect with staff members directly about calls, and we’re trying to sort out how these clients are getting our direct contact info. Notifications clearly indicate that a noreply email is used for confirmations and reminders; however, workflows do not have that option. Is they only way to use noreply emails to use notifications? If it can be used in workflows - how?
Bonjour, j’ai réussi à synchroniser outlook exchange et calendly mais je ne vois pas les rdv s’afficher dans mon agenda outlook; quand ils sont pris.Que dois je faire ou où trouver l’information?
I am having an issue with the book a meeting pop-up button widget. When a user clicks the button, it only shows a temporary meeting created, not the two main Admin-managed meetings it usually displays. I know that the widget was working correctly yesterday when, while working on the site, I found an issue I returned to fix today. The original issue I found was that there was no convenient way to close the pop-up window once a meeting was booked. When I returned today, the meetings didn't even show up to be able to book a meeting.I have tried recreating the script, but it has not fixed the issue. I have taken the button off of our website until this is resolved. How do I fix this?I tried to contact support (I have a paid account), but the contact page seems to be busted.
I am dyslexic and need verbal communication to ensure i am understanding - not only the product itself but also the services I do need and setting them up correctly etc… However all I get are uncaring Chat people who get inpatient and nothing can get resolved as the amount of writing to ensure I am understanding it. Sometimes a 5-10-15 or30 minute conversation and give clarity to a 2+ day chat marathon - I do not understand companies like this who leave learning disabled people on an island with no solutions. I gave up on the last chat as I fell rushed and more confused than why I contacted them. Of course - I never have confidence in a support/service system when I find out it is ZenDesk. Now I have a system that I can’t be used as I can’t get answers. So now what? PS the ZenDesk person did not care that I was dyslexic and/or had no idea of what that means?
When I try to send a message on the requests page using the “How can we help you?” field, I cannot type, like the field is just an image. I tried Chrome and Firefox both regular and private windows.
When clients consult my agenda on Calendly, i would like them to see only 5 options a day: 9:00, 10:40, 13:00, 14:00, 16:20. I’m holding sessions of 1:30. When my calender is free clients book at 10 AM for example and block the morning. In advance, thanks for your help en inspiration on how to handle this!
We want to send a customer to a specific salesperson. We have built a flow where the customer answers questions, and depending on the answer they get a specific salesperson and their calendar. How do we do this?
Hi All, My Calendly was working fine until this week when an issue developed. I have noticed that when my client books a meeting, I can’t see his/ her details (and whether they have accepted or not) in my calendar. When I open the meeting in Outlook, it shows more like an appointment than a meeting, with no attendee details.Having run a test by setting up a meeting for myself, I can see that the invitee is not receiving a not receiving a calendar notification to ‘accept’ the meeting as before. They’re simply receiving a message that says ‘confirmed: meeting with...’ with an invite attachment. Please help!!
If I schedule a paid event for my client, will they then be charged when they receive the invite I scheduled? I know they would have to pay at scheduling if they scheduled the meeting themselves. Yes, my Stripe is integrated.
Cheerio CalPals!I’ve come across a frequently asked question in my support conversations recently that inspired me to make a little how-to on a workaround I recommend on the regular that answers the question– How can I add additional meeting attendees to existing booked one-on-one meetings? While yes, adding your guests directly to the calendar event in your external calendar is a perfectly good solution to loop additional guests to your meetings, there are a couple of drawbacks to this method:Guests added in this way will not be included in any Calendly reminders or Workflows. They are kicked from the meeting if it happens to be rescheduled. This isn’t ideal, so I wanted to drop a super helpful workaround I’ve found for this that allows you to add guests to one-on-one meetings within the Calendly loop. Problem: At this time, Calendly does not offer a function to “Add Guests” to an existing booked meeting directly from the Meetings page. Solution: Using the “Reschedule” function, you
This is really the ONLY thing that sets you apart from other calendar managers. Please add it back or I can just go with a cheaper version like TidyCal
Title sums it up. I’m trying to change my profile picture, country and timezone, yet I keep getting this error message.I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies as well as attempting the change from multiple devices, including one that’s never had a Calendly log in ever, all to be prompted with the same message, so the error is clearly either in my account or server-side.Anyone else have the same issue, or ideally a solution?
