Invitation Form unknown sender, how can i fix it?   and how to changer the sender's Email add?  

We offer our clients an option to select Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.When they select Microsoft Teams, the teams meetings link is provided automatically - Great!However, when the clients select Google Meet, they still receive the Teams link.Is there a way to integrate with both Microsoft Teams and Google Meet?Or is there a way to remove the Teams link when clients select Google Meet? ThanksJesper

I used the inline embed code to add the booker to my WIW website. But it shows the event type first, before displaying the calendar booker as a step 2. This is redundant and requires a second click by the user. I would prefer to show the second step (the whole calendar) first by default. Current inline embed calendar. Shows my one event type that the user has to click on first.I’d rather save them this step and just show the calendar as the default embed and avoid the click to get there. How do I do this? 

I am looking to add seats for a short period of time, but because I have a yearly plan, it will only let me add seats for a yearly rate. How do I fix this so I can pay for additional seats for just a month or two. I tried cancelling my account and starting over but it makes me restore my substription before making changes. 

How can I contact Calendly support?  I have tried the “help page” or ”get help” option on two different browsers with the same result, an empty box that doesn't allow me to enter anything inside of it, and a page that doesn't have as send button or any phone numbers or email numbers to actually connect with Calendly and get help.Why isn't there a way for paying customers to get help?

I have no clue why a couple of my time slots that I have in my availability is not showing up on the booking page. This is occurring only for one specific day of the week. I tried a lot to solve it, spent lot of hours trying to figure, I cannot understand what is causing this. Refer screenshots attached. the first screenshot is the time slots from my availability and second one is the booking page. 

Hi I need to be able to sahre a viwing page to my calender which shows avialbility and not just 30 min or 60 min How do I do this?The reason some mmeting lenth is not know in advance I also wanted ot see if there is a view where I can see the combined calendars?

Hello!I created a Calendly link with specific slots on the same day and shared it with a group of people so that everyone can book the slot that best suits their calendar. After the first person booked a slot, this message appears and no one can book other slots. Despite it is only one slot that has been booked, this message appears on my side “Someone has already scheduled a time with you via this invitation”.Please help me. 

I want to do individual interview with my candidates (more than one)on one day only. and allow them to choose the time I am available in it. but I can’t make the calndly to choose only one day it shows it’s recurring. Can you help ? Also when I choose one off meeting the link gets disabled if one candidates books an appointment.please help as soon as possible

I would like to stop recurring dates on the calendar where can I find?

Is there a way to see the contact list for all team members when you click contacts? When someone schedules an appointment they may pick one user for this appointment, but next time they may meet with someone else and I’m wondering if we can login, click contacts, and search for a contact that has met with any team member.

Hi there, how can I capture credit card detaiis only  when customers book without taking the payment upfront? I want to be able to charge only after they have completed their sesion with me, but want to have their credit card details on hand only in case they do not show up. 

I would love to be able to customize this setting per event. For example:Event A (high priority event): Only consider me unavailable when “busy” Event B (low priority event): Consider me as unavailable when “busy” or “tentative”Thanks in advance for considering this feature request! 😊  

HiI cloned one of my events and then edited it.  I thought that this would be a quick way to create a new event with very similar settings as an existing one. However, my issue is that now the URL that I copy for clients is showing the name of the original event and then -clone after it. How can I change the URL please?I found a topic similar to my need, but the information there did not help me. Hi there, I used to have a feature in square when I can show only a % of my available appontments. Hi, please I would like to know if there is anyway to integrate Calendly with my MailerLite account?

Is there a feature that allows for the meeting link or calendar invite to be automatically sent to all email recipients after an individual selects a meeting time? For example, if I need to meet with a group of clients, it seems that either A) the first individual has to add all other invitees to the event when they select a time, B) all invitees have to go in and select the same time, or C) I have to go in and manually add all other invitees to the call after the first person signs up.  I have used other services that will auto-send invites to all included on an email thread and am hoping Calendly can do the same. 

Hello! Is there any way I could include the selected location in the title of the calendar invitation that goes out after an event is booked? For example, I’d like for it to say “[Host] and [Guest] (Google Meet)” or “[Host] and [Guest] (Phone Call)” if those locations were selected. I don’t see the location variable available in the title editor, only in the description editor, so I’m curious if anyone knows of a workaround I could try here. Thanks! 

Hello, I offer differet appointment types to clients. However, for not-yet customers I only want to offer them my free 30-min intro call.To keep things simple and streamlined, I don’t want these non-customers seeing the one and two hour appointment slots via the embeded widgets on my WordPress website.Is there any way to achive this without setting up a second account/team member?

I’d like to use my Calendly (professional plan) to help set up the meeting. The workflow I’d like is:I create a meeting time (eg, last Wednesday of the month at 4pm) and with the meeting name and the call details (in this case, Google Meet) I share a Calendly link with my community that people can then subscribe to, creating an event in their local calendarSo far, I’ve been using the Meeting Poll workflow with a single proposed time. I’ve gone through all of the appropriate steps to sync my iCal to my Calendly, but only some of scheduled events are showing up on my iCal. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to which ones are and which ones aren’t showing up. More than half of my scheduled events aren’t syncing… any tips?

Hello,Both in my Calendly app and on the desktop, it shows that I am unavailable from August 1st through August 25th. I set this up weeks ago. However, today a client managed to book an initial phone consultation for tomorrow (I work as a psychotherapist). The client is not at fault, but this is very frustrating for me because I was hoping to take a few days off during my vacation.All the unavailable days are correctly highlighted in blue. What could be causing this issue? Could it be a bug? I would greatly appreciate any advice.Best regards,Sabine.

Hi all, I use Calendly purely to schedule appointments with clients and send reminders. I don’t have clients making appointments directly and I don’t want them to be able to see the schedule.I can’t work out how to limit visibility of the schedule to just me but also be able to make appointments. At the moment I have to go into Scheduling Settings and change the “Invitees can see # calendar days into the future” to enable me to make appointments (however many days ahead) then once its booked go and set it back to 1 calendar day. I know Calendly is designed around multiple people being able to access a schedule to make appointment but it’s not my use case so if I can’t solve this I’ll have to switch.
